The other day I was at the K-tuin store, on Orense Street, and I was honestly delighted.
I had in mind to change my phone, since mine is a few years old and I already had the idea of an iPhone, so I decided to go.

Not only was I completely delighted, but I was encouraged to continue to be interested in some more product, and that is what it has when you feel good, when you are treated with professionalism, kindness, and above all, great empathy towards you.
