Disappointing shopping experience. I bought an iPad Pro on May 5 with a delivery date between May 17 and 22 (because in the store they had no inventory and they told me it would be much faster online). Today I ask K-tuin customer service where my iPad is, and they tell me that it has not arrived. That delivery is now sometime next week. If I don't ask, nobody informs me. Of course, the excuse that the situation of the Covid-19 makes the processes more complex always comes out as a solution to everything "the fault is not ours, it is the Covid-19", but if you want to buy it at Mediamarkt they deliver it to you in 2 days and in Apple.es in 10 days (it must be the one that Covid-19 does not affect them), and the best, I call the K-tuin store in Orense and if they have inventory to buy it physically. In short, a disaster. I don't know why people buy in K-tuin if there is Apple.es or other more serious stores (Mediamarkt, El Corte Ingles, Amazon, etc). It goes without saying that I will never buy on K-tuin again even if they give me a 50% discount ?.
