The other day I went to the store to see the price of some computers and the truth is that I was very satisfied with the attention and information that the store clerks gave me.
I was impressed since I only told them that I was going to look and not to buy, and in many stores if they see that they happen to you completely, but it turned out that they helped me a lot to choose a computer to my measure.
A week later I was convinced and thanks to my student card, I got a discount and I bought the computer.

It seems incredible that in a place where the latest technology prevails, customers have to organize the wait as in the neighborhood butcher shop "asking for the time" to those present. That leads to misunderstandings if someone arrives after you and you are not very aware. Waits can be one hour or more (last days of offers / sales) but do not put more staff. On July 1, 2019 with the store packed with customers who had not yet been served, they began to turn off the lights 15 minutes before closing, as they do in some restaurants at night to throw the customers behind. The wait for you to attend the technical service is another story, and I recommend bringing supplies because you can catch the time of the snack or food and are hours (if, sometimes, hours) standing. Because that is another: although they know there are many people waiting, there is no sad chair to sit and wait. Many people leave during the waits, tired of seeing a store up people and only 2 people attending (and if you play a financing can be up to 30 minutes with a single customer). A lot of design, a lot of email marketing, and they fail in the most basic.

I am very unhappy with the treatment given to me at k-tuin in Madrid, my whole family buys from Apple and the attention is exceptional, in fact all four of us have last generation iPhones
Before the new iPhone came out on the 11th I went to Apple to buy a new phone, they didn't have the model I was looking for and I saw in K-tuin that they had it and with a sale it was the red Xr
I went to the store and they informed me fatally they were willing to finish with me to attend another client, before buying it I asked if the new iPhone would be like this in size but they did not want to tell me anything, all they wanted was to sell, when I bought it they told me that They opened it and put a protection glass on it, the truth is that they don't even ask, they open it in front of you and that's it, when the new iPhone came out 10 days later, I went to return it to buy the new one, I still didn't have my data inserted and they didn't let me They claimed it was open without a seal when the seal was removed by them, I'm sure they do it so that you can't return the phone
They treated me badly with very rudeness and it took me several days to fill out a claim form that I will deliver in the community of Madrid

I don't know how apple allows such a store to ruin its prestige and I advise everyone to go to the apple store in Madrid, which is in the sun
the wonderful attention and help you solve problems do not complicate your life like these people

Never in my life will I go back to a k-tuin store and send this review to apple so they know who sells their products

You have to get in the same queue as someone who is going to find out about a product and who may need 15 or 20 minutes of conversation with the employee, or someone who wants to return and has to go through a long process, etc ... We We need the employee for 10 seconds but we wait for him more than 25 minutes ... and five more in the box.

When asking the reason for the blockade of the lines that prevent free picking from customers, they told me that it is because they "steal a lot" ... well, here is an opportunity for companies that sell anti-theft systems for retail: the lords of K tuin still live in the technology of the twentieth century and the only thing they can think of is to block the linear and condemn their customers to absurd and unnecessary waiting. It is no use the excuse that we are in complicated dates and there is accumulation in the stores that generate waiting ... can you imagine what would happen if all the stores did the same thing as K tuin? That we had to wait (for example) in El Corte Ingles for an employee to give us the pledge to test us or in Carrefour to open the shelf to put the cereals in the cart? .... Sounds ridiculous right? and it is!

Srs K-Tuin, please, if there is a theft problem, protect your interests of course, but look for solutions that do not harm your customers' experience.

Excellent business support and I have installed the office on the computer before I left.
The technicians are very "commercial", as much as the salesmen (it is not the normal thing and it is very appreciated).

Unfortunately I expected from this establishment another attitude especially as an apple dealer.
The fact is that less than 2 years ago I bought a MacBook and while it was still under warranty, it stopped working and on the screen appeared a few strange stripes.
I left it to repair and they gave me a budget of 470 euros for a screen break.
The truth is that there was no sign of impact. But they argued that sometimes it happened when closing the laptop was some object that when pressed against the screen broke is internally.
Finally as it is a work tool, I swallowed my pride and went to pick up the equipment and to pay the screen at the price of 42 inches TV.
Unfortunately I found that I had also replaced the hard drive to be broken.
I wonder. Because the hard drive and not the screen ?. Would not it have been more elegant than a premium product in an establishment whose attention at the time of selling is exquisite would have covered this incidence with the guarantee?
In short, a shame.

I tell you what happened to me a few days ago in the K-Tuin store. I took my MacBook, which although it worked perfectly and practically normal, I had a warning that it had to be repaired on the battery icon. Before that notice, I decided to take it to the store to repair. I was told that the budget would be about 315. I accepted it. A few days later they send me another email saying that they had detected a fault on the computer motherboard and therefore the budget amounted to about 910. Due to the high amount of the budget, I decided to reject it because I thought it was more worth buying a new computer. Therefore, on Monday I went to pick up the computer. The surprise I get when I get home is that the computer does not turn on. I decide to go back to the Orense street store to tell the technical staff what had happened. They tell me that the computer was subjected to a lot of stress during the diagnosis, stress to which it is not accustomed, and that during these tests the motherboard failed.

In conclusion, I have finally stayed with a ROTO computer and they have not given me any solution. The least you expect when you take your computer to fix and a seemingly serious store is to take it as it was, that is, in perfect working order. It is not my case and, therefore, I HAVE REMAINED WITHOUT A COMPUTER AND THE K-TUIN STAFF HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY SOLUTION. The only solution they gave me was to pay the budget, which I think is incredible. I find it VERY UNFAIR to have to pay that high amount for something that I HAVE NOT MISSED if not the technical staff of the store. Also, I think they should warn in advance that something like this can happen. That way the client decides whether to risk it or not.

Faced with this lousy service, I decide not to recommend this store to any acquaintance and I will not return. It is not recommended.

The boys are very friendly and take good care of you. They didn't want to fix my imac because they said that one day I changed the hard drive for an unofficial one, because they no longer want to give you service. I left my computer 3 weeks ago and I had to find out on the web that the store had been closed for renovations (they didn't send me news), I sent emails and called by phone and I had no explanation or answer.
