I placed my order having product availability in 24/48 for an iPad Pro and keyboard in 6/8 days. I did it on December 10 to make a Christmas gift. And on day 24 after calling several times they tell me that I will receive it after the new year since the keyboard has caused everything to be delayed. At no time have I asked for things to be sent to me simultaneously. It is a shame. The solution that they have given me is to manage a refund or give me an Ipad that is not the one I asked for.
I was already angry about the Ktuin money scam but this seems incredible to me.
I spent the last plus almost 5000 here, my recommendation: do not let yourself be fooled by easy offers that are cheating, go to Apple or some other distributor that really manage problems well. It's my last time here.

I do not recommend k-Tuin at all. I have been scammed with a faulty iPhone. They have tried to repair it under warranty, even changing parts, but they have not been able to solve it, so they have given it to me as is and they are no longer in charge. K tuin refuses saying that it is Apple's responsibility and Apple saying that it is K-tuin's responsibility. The most fun is that I have 3 official documents from Apple and k-tuin where they certify the failure of the mobile. I have written several emails and they have not answered me once. A store shame.
