This location is such a great place to stay. If your looking to visit a strip that's kid friendly I would recommend Disney Springs. For the night life club experience tryout international Drive.

Lovely hotel and great pool area with 3 pools and large kids area. Rooms are what you would expect from a jw Marriott, clean, comfy bed and up to date. Food options in the hotel were solid. Gym is shared with Ritz Carlton next door but the gym is modern and is a great facility. Over great property and would come back.

I stayed here for a weekend conference. Our room was partially cleaned (the beds were stripped, but not made, and the restroom glasses were not replaced) when we arrived. Without missing a beat, our hotel porter called the front desk and made arrangements for a new room as well as a free courtside upgrade. Excellent customer service!

The property has many amenities and is quite gorgeous. You can easily look up all the activities on their website and you don't ever need to leave the resort. The room bathrooms are nice and the TV in the room was gigantic.

Their wifi worked really well and they have internet television. The resort is close to Universal. The staff was completely professional and the property was well maintained. However there are little inconveniences.

No pay per view, no vending machines, they charge you for parking but the parking lot could be better maintained. The trick to this property is getting a good rate. Use points, get deals through 3rd party websites or haggle with their reservation system. If it's pushing $500 a night, I would question the value.

Overall, not a bad resort especially if you have kids.

I stayed at this resort for a work conference overnight. The hotel room was a double queen, I thought the beds were very comfortable. The room size was average. The bathroom was nice although the stall shower was a bit small. The room did not include complimentary coffee which was disappointing to me, since I like to drink coffee immediately after waking up. We used multiple conference rooms which were all nice, the hotel is massive with tons of space for social events. We ordered late night food from the bar one evening and it took a long time but the pizza and wings were good. The pool area is large with a lazy river, it was mostly full of families, lots of kids. The pool bar and food service was fast and yummy. Great experience overall.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I'm here for a conference, but the little things stand out. It's clean, well maintained. The TV supports Netflix, Hulu, and they even provide easy access to BYOD: a menu option for your device and an easily accessible hdmi cable. The pool is beautiful and gigantic: lazy river style. The view is amazing, overlooking a lake and golf course, and a nature preserve beyond that. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with my stay.

Highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed at the Waldorf, I've stayed at the Gaylord Palms, I've stayed at all of the greats. This hotel is still my favorite. Never have I been so relaxed in a hotel. If your cozy room can't do the trick then try the lazy river.

Came for a conference. The rooms were all well-equipped. The catering for refreshments were EXCELLENT, and the service was impeccable.

And there are the small touches -- their A/C were not frigid. The stores in the hotel had everything a business traveler could possibly need. The wireless internet was fast (unlikely many other conference centres).

I would love it if all conference centres were like this place!

I stayed here during the week of Super Bowl and I just say this hotel was incredible, amazing amenities throughout the hotel. I rate it a 3 due to their staff in the front, I was confused on the group discount and felt as if I was any getting the best help that was needed. The manager James didn t want to come out to assist me because there were other customers in the line . He finally did come out and tried to call for some confirmation, I did appreciate that. However instead of trying to move me aside, it will be best to try and help since I m already in front of you waiting. I m still waiting for an email so hopefully I ll get someone who is patient enough to look through this situation. Overall, the bar staff is amazing and even the house keepers !! Keep up the good work

We live in Denver and had booked a 3 day stay at the JW Marriott for Spring Break with our kids, (booked directly with their website 6 months prior) planning to join another family who are also staying at the resort. On the evening prior to our departure for Orlando we received an email notifying us of a change in our reservation. After several hours of trying to get through to someone who could help us I finally spoke to the Front Desk Manager and was informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to a "lack of inventory" attributable to last years hurricane. Only at the last minute was this evident to them? Ridiculous. To their credit they did book us in another hotel. Sad to see the JW Marriott is providing a shabby customer experience on par with an airline.

We had not stayed in this hotel in a few years and honestly, we did not have as great an experience as in years past. This hotel is still very nice but there are now many newer, also very luxurious hotels in Orlando. The JW may be losing its position as the "grand dame" of luxury hotels in the area, unfortunately. The lobby is still very impressive but the rooms are starting to look a little "tired." They are in need of updating, particularly the bathrooms. Overall, this is a fine hotel but it is far away from most of the attractions and while it may be less expensive than some of the newer hotels, it used to be worth it because there was nowhere as luxurious and with such great service. That is no longer the case and this hotel now does not seem to serve the same clientele it used to. Also, the restaurant that used to be so good is now quite average. We had breakfast at Citroen and it was not great. This restaurant used to be fantastic and was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now it only serves breakfast and quite an ordinary and expensive one at that. I think next time we come to Orlando we will stay at one of the newer, more exclusive properties closer to the parks. We will certainly pay a little more but now there are some very good options for hotels in the area, which are worth the extra expense. I still give it 4 stars because we really had no major complaints but this is a hotel I used to rate a solid 5!

Staff is a bit presumptuous. Dont like being treated like im not good enough to be there just because i rather wear jeans and sneakers instead of the fancy clothes they are used to. Besides the feeling of judgement from the front dest people, the others are polite and attentive. Beautiful place to stay. The cood is a bit over priced ($15 for a tiny wrap) but i think thats everywhere nowadays.

Honestly I felt it was way too pricey. 110 dollars american for 2 adult and two children at the breakfast buffet on our first morning definitely set the tempo. 14 american for a bud light beer at the pool. Fun lazy river with a big enough pool for all. Rooms were alright but nothing deserving of the 360 american per night rate.

I will start with the good then rule out why I gave them one star . The hotel it self was beautiful, As far as it looked it spoke luxury the place is well keep and it shows but as far as staff and the way they treat Marriott associates guest is horrible. I wanted to believe that each guest is treated equally no matter if they are an associate or booked from a third party , a guest is still a guest . I was wrong . They treated me as if my money was not worth it just because it was discounted they charged fees on my account with out my knowledge . And when I asked for explanation they made me come all the way down stairs to the 9th floor to basically tell me that someone didn t do their job and that they were busy . They gave so many excuses also why my bathroom sink was never saw about it kept flooding over or why I ask for something to brought up to my room it never came and I had walk to front desk to get it . They were rude I absolutely think they were discriminating towards me . I talk to management it was nothing they could do but give me a box of candy . I never want to visit this hotel again . This was not the Marriott standards I was taught and something needs to be done . Associate guest matter to . i would never treat a guest this way . It makes me afraid to use my discount . Even the waitress were rude about giving me the a 20% meal credit . Ugh it was the worst and I never honestly complain but this was the worst do not visit here the front desk staff is rude and the management don t care .

5 star hotel chain Marriott. Much marble in the entrance area, nice pool area with golf course behind. Direct connection to the Ritz. Bar in the evening full and mostly very loud. Terrace is also worth it.

How Can explain this hotel in one word. This hotel not only has amazing prices, but very neat, clean, and amazing service. With all of this combined this hotel includes amazing food, activities, and service. l recently lost my valuable sentimental chain tag my dad recently gave me for Christmas. As my parents drove me home almost 4 hours l realized l left it on the bed , l immediately called as they answered right away and were on the look out for it. My mom received a call from the hotel that they found it , this absolutely made my day. On top of that when my mom asked for their info to pay for the shipping , they replied not to worry that they got it and it s going through Expedited shipping. This just goes to show how generous and caring this hotel is. If there is any hotel that l recommend you say, I d say this one out of all, this is the one to stay. , l also want to send a big thank you to wilmari Cruz for having amazing customer service and for going out of her way to help me find my necklace.

I first have to give a shout out to our hotel front desk agent Andre! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were amazed by the service and atmosphere of this place. This is now our go to hotel in Orlando. Big thank you to Andre and the rest of the staff.
*Military/Gov*: This hotel has great discounts and really shows their appreciation for those who serve.
