One of the Beautiful hotel with all the high class facilities available....Great pool side for fun...

Nice hotel with a nice pool facility and nice golf course and driving range. Limited range of affordable food options on site though.

Because of the people at the spa and spa pool area....Akiko, Carmen, Damaris,Trey, Marina, Ms.Carlyn, Josefa, Altha, Nicoleta and Lesley( not sure if spelling) . I flew in from out of state to meet my BFF from high school, we were so excited about our stay and our spa day. We both had massages and when I came out to greet my friend, I could tell her massage wasn t as wonderful as mine was. After I spoke to her and she shared with me what happen , I found Josefa and shared my concern, she immediately went and found Ms. Carlyn. I shared my concerns and they both listened and treated me with such kindness and genuinely cared about mine and my friends feelings . They went out of their way to make things right for my friend . To say they went above and beyond doesn t give them enough credit, they are truly beautiful people and so kind. We were treated like royalty by them and by everyone I listed out in the pool area. We feel truly blessed to have met each and everyone of you and hope we see each of you when we return ! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and to the person lucky enough to be their boss, be grateful you have such gems representing your company . God bless each of you! Staff was excellent, room was very clean, I am super picky, and the food was delicious.
The only downside of staying with my family was the rest of the guests.
They were rude, loud and did not follows rules or proper pool etiquitte . We went to the lazy river , which seemed more like a traffic jam in a busy city and when 4 young men were rough houseing, the young life guard more or less smiled flirtatiously rather than asking them to behave. The majority of adults were blatantly drinking while floating along and I guess there is no dress code because some of the bathing suits I would say we're pretty x rated.
Hey, we can't help what people wear but if we could make sure people are not too rough around small children and do not smoke a large cigar poolside (this happpend too) then it would have made the stay more pleasant.
I will say that if there was a problem (like with loud neighboring guests) the hotel management was prompt to correct.
So the hotel for me was excellent but I am not sure if I will be back with me family because of the people.

We stay here every year. Great lazy river and really nice walking in the area. Kids this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here. Every employee was so friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Great pool area with nice walk way along a small pond and golf course.

Beautiful rooms and the lazy river was a great experience for people of all ages.

Excellent hotel, well overpriced, but great, with many options on the leisure side, good breakfast.

I went to the JW Orlando Grande Lakes Marriott for a fire watch at one of the ballrooms there I love the staff there very knowledgeable very helpful especially security

This place is great. 2 complaints:

1. They allow people to just mark off huge areas of the pool without anything but a towel. At 9 AM you will find no chairs available and hardly anyone at the pool. Annoying.

2. Everything is just absurdly expensive. $6.50 for a Michelob Ultra...come on

Stayed for a few days for a work conference. Really lovely rooms and would look forward to coming back in the future.

In the Covid times this hotel did a great job. Only complaint is that I wish they would put a pause on trying to upsell guests on checkin. Yes, I would like a balcony and a view, but you know what it s a pandemic and my entire industry has been shut down. I don t want to be asked about spending more money when I can barely afford this trip at all. A little sensitivity would go a long way.

Clean. Elegant. Quick check in. Amazing service. Andre M. was some of the best customer service I've seen. Also the service from the pool bar (Rafael) was fantastic.

Hands down the beat staff on site and best property in Orlando!

Everything is great. Our house keeper is amazing (Phuong) she left extra amenities with out being asked but she saw it was 4 plus a baby and just figured which was awesome. Room has small refrigerator and lock. No MICROWAVE. only downfall. NO MICROWAVE ANYWHERE ON FACILITY. Valet was very nice although parking cost are $32 a night with in and out privileges.

My Night at the JW Marriott was quite enjoyable. I had a beautiful view across Orlando above the pool and it was wonderful. Service at the restaurant inside was nice as well.

Great location, great restaurants, excellent bathrooms in the room but sheets weren't clean and housekeeping was rude about it.

Nice big rooms with large wall mounted tv. Located just minutes from tourist attractions. Daily resort fee includes wifi and tubes for the relaxing lazy river.

Large, comfortable room with an outstanding shower.

Went to a dance competition there. The place is like a maze and the price for parking was ridiculous, especially since I was there a total of about 20 minutes. Anything over 15 minutes is charged the same as parking all night ($22 +tax)!

A bit pricey with the high resort fee and high valet parking fee anymore and Orlando high hotel tax. It's a clean and pleasant destination though.

We absolutely loved staying at the JW Marriott Orlando! The hotel is beautiful, the staff were super friendly and the pool was amazing! Our suite was pretty spacious with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. We wish we could stay longer!

A wonderful and beautiful hotel booked through Bucking and I had the finest 10 days of my life and the staff were very helpful. I asked for a room on the pool and they gave me a room overlooking the garden, swimming pool and lake.

I pulled into the hotel at midnight...waited for 20 minutes for valet and he never showed. I parked my own car and then the valet comes. I asked where he was and said he just woke up. I went inside...they didnt have my room. I asked if they were full and they said no but just not a King. I said that I had just made the reservation 20 minutes ago and they said they had plenty of kings. JUDITH, the front desk girl was so rude, said sorry, all we have are queens. I asked how they sold out of kings that quickly at midnight. She said, we cannot guarantee over the phone. I said, I guess ill have to find another hotel at midnight...because Im not paying $350 for a queen...she never said sorry, but only okay! Never tried to acomodate. I asked for a manger. Ricardo came and said he would try. He found a king. JUDITH just rolled her eyes! I travel all the time in the US and Internationally...she is by far the rudest person I've ever encountered at any hotel. I will never stay here again!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel; however, kids activities should be better organized and they should have more activities around the pool. Also, service waa lacking this time. This was our 5th stay here within the last year. Also I noticed the complimentary coffee at the downstairs restaurant is gone. This may seem small, but it was a nice touch.

I stayed here for work. All the staff members were excellent. The lobby bar had some great food. Rooms were nice and clean and tidy. They went above and beyond for me when I had left my wedding ring in my room. They Fed Ex back to me, Thank you so much

This hotel is really starting to show its age. It's high end but the little details are not being kept up. Some examples door hinges throughout rooms squeak and were rusted. Many doors look in deperate need of repainting. Towels feel course like they've been washed too many times. All in all still a nice hotel but for the star level it needs some TLC.

Resort grounds are amazing. Great for kids, with the lazy river.

Excellent Wedding Venue!! Serene and beautiful veranda by the lake. Perfect for photography! Unmatched quality of service and professionalism. Beautiful dining amenities - again, excellent photo-ops. The least you will find in the staff is sincere and meaningful politeness. Outstanding lazy river pool yard complete with waterfalls, Jacuzzis, outdoor bars, kids play pool, fountains and more.

It's really great, great pool, great service. But the restaurants we're really expensive, 30$ for Mac and cheese... 30 DOLLARS

The place is very nice and huge. The rooms and service was excellent and definitely provides a lot in terms of dining and activities. Would have liked to stay longer to take advantage of amenities. Really liked the food.

Beautiful hotel, swimming, golf, plenty of restaurants and bars. Only downside like many tourist areas is the prices on food, spirits and the rooms are kinda small . Otherwise, great place to stay with comfy bed and soft pillows

The lazy river is reason alone to come stay here. But, get down there early to place a shirt on a chair to reserve it, they will be gone by 11 am.

Daniel at the bar was a great sport and truly made a special trip amazing. Britney at The Kitchen is a great character - so sweet! Truly amazing stay!

This is a hotel like no other. The lobby is by far one of the most beautiful ones in the Orlando area, the high floors rooms have an amazing view, are very clean and have a sober look. 100% recommended
