Friendly staff, good food, comfortable beds and bathroom, but no shuttle from the airport, unreliable wi-fi, turn down service "on request" and inconsistent housekeeping. I spent about an hour a day messing with the wi-fi, which when it works, only works in the hotel, not in the conference center or by the pool! I had to call for housekeeping which hadn't made up the room by the end of the day. I was told I'd get a $50 credit, but it wasn't on my "final" bill so had to follow up. Overall, not worth the cost of the room.

Very nice and relaxing stay; the rooms were very clean, the hotel itself is beautiful, the valets were helpful and courteous and breakfast in Citron was delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is the rooms are a bit dated and the hallway carpet has seen better days.

Very nice upscale hotel. however dont drink the water. It has a bad after taste. Their filtration system leaves alot to be desired. I suggest bottled water only.

One of the best properties I have visited. Very hospitable staff. Good and cosy rooms. A very clean and large swimming pool. Nutshell my 8 nights stay with my boys was fun. Overall food is good ... a bit pricey (which is expected) for the amount of serving .... but one has to try the BBQ chips with onion dip. That s amazing.

Will look forward to when I can make a trip back to the resort again

Fourth stay here. We love this place. Great service. Gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff. I hesitated on the fifth star for a couple trivial reasons but overall, they deserve it. Starbucks and the bodega lines are always long in the morning, albeit sometimes they move quickly. May I suggest complimentary coffee station in the morning for those of us that don't want to stand in long line for specialty coffees/ breakfast? Also, the kids camp babysitting was a nice offering however $90 per child seemed excessive for 4 hours. Our children are nearly 5yo and 6yo and can entertain themselves. We would be dining at one of their establishments during babysitting hours so I would think this would also help the hotel. Regardless, we look forward to our next stay and are appreciative of your hospitality!

Beautiful grounds, clean facilities and nice staff made our stay enjoyable. It s definitely not the same as your Ritz Carlton, but offers over the top amenities for the price per night.

It's a resort. You never have to leave!. We had a great stay!

A great Valentine's Dinner at H&H with excellent cocktails. The live music was amazing. Dessert and espresso at Primo to end the evening.

Nice hotel, we spent the day at the pool visiting friends. Parking was expensive and there was long waits for drinks. But the facilities we're great.

I was impressed with the grandeur of the hotel itself while I was very displeased with my room. The room very basic and worn looking. The desk chair should have been taken out with the trash. The hot water did not work in the shower. Very poor toiletries in the bath room. Room service was quick and the food was very good.

I ve been a life long Marriott fan but this is the most meh , under average JW I ve stayed in. Got woken up by loud hammers and drills right above our room at 8 am today IN A VACATION RESORT. We heard the noise EVERY DAY but earlier today. Everything else was just good or ok, massive hotel, everything was too crowded, small room. Just name it a regular Marriott it s not good enough for JW especially if you wake up guests with construction work.

When we checked in we were told that parking fees, and resort ammenities were included in the price of the stay. When we got our bill, we were charged $23 per Night for parking, and $30 a day for resort ammenities. I called down to the lobby and the lady was very rude, and told me that was never offered to me. I am not delusional, it was offered at the time of booking and the time of check in. They also want to charge $17 for a single drink by the pool which took 45 minutes to get. The overpriced pizza I ordered for room service also took about an hour to arrive. The resort is nice, but the lack professionalism and respect from staff, overall made this a pretty unpleasant stay.

Exceptionally clean and we'll maintained hotel. The staff could not be any nicer and accommodating. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The pool is amazing as is breakfast. I will be back!

Great lazy river, you get two floating tubes for the lazy river per room. The outdoor pool restaurant was pricey, they include an 18% service charge. The food was good, but pricey, we paid 67$ for 2 burgers, 1 soda and a kids burger meal.

Amazing hotel, really fancy and great architecture, amenities (parking, on-site restaurant, etc) are super expensive

I attended a wedding at the JW Marriot. The service was immaculate, the outdoor wedding venue was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious.

The lobby, grounds, pools, and other facilities were amazing. The rooms were pretty lackluster. In another hotel they would seem fine, but in comparison to the rest of the hotel they seemed dated and dingy. They were very clean though. It was purely cosmetic.

The house keeping team for 19014 was amazing! The view was great too

Aside from a couple of inconveniences, my stay at the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were pleasant, the bathrooms were shmancy, and the employees were very cordial.

We were there for our wedding anniversary. It was the perfect setting. We had a lovely time at the Primo restaurant. We paid for a package including parking breakfast and $25 resort credit. Upon receipt of a bill we noticed parking and breakfast we're not included. We went to the front desk and then quickly fixed the problem. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go again soon.

The entry and common areas are beautiful. The accommodations need a refresh and working air conditioning! Our room was sweltering and uncomfortable. It also had a horrible musty smell. Other guests compained of same thing. OVERPRICED!

Not great, being a bonvoy member doesn't do anything. I ask for simple requests and they just want more money. Covid 19 has destroyed all customer service here, sad. Also, they charge your credit card multiple times for absolutely no reason, after they charge me for incidentals when I checked in. I am currently locked out of my room for the 5th time today.

Absolutely AMAZING place. Some restaurants a little too pricey even for resort. But overall very beautiful. Golf greens look awesome. Plug in on lamps don't work. So bring an extension cord. Only a few outlets to charge devices.

Went there to meet the wife. Beautiful lobby and great staff. The chairs in front of the Starbucks were very comfortable. Wish I could have stayed there, next time.

$29 to park for 2 hours and a lot that was nearly completely empty.

Be aware the Bed Bugs in this property!!! My families got many bites while staying in this property. The manager (Andrew Eames) replied "We cannot take responsibility for such a COMMON occurrence in Central Florida". What a customer service??? I will never return!

Wow. Dinner and a stroll through their huge personal garden... We just ate some of this stuff just a moment ago. This place is amazing. Must see. I am going to book a room here just so I can float along the lazy river listing to waterfalls and then go relax on one of the beach chairs that has a flag on top, like a mailbox flag works, put it up and sevice comes to you. Too cool!

It's a nice location .. but be aware from self parking , they charge 30$ for a 20 minutes occupation !! Hilarious .. never saw something like this before.

Attended a professional conference here, and the space was excellent. Beautiful building and amazing food service. Had delicious breakfast, lunch, snacks, appetizers rotating throughout the day. Very enjoyable experience. Only negative was $29 for single day parking. I was able to get someone from the hotel to validate it, but it took significant time and effort to find someone who could do it for me.

Nice hotel but Orlando is having this continuous rain so we couldn't spend much outside, the room is nice, comfy but terrible internet connection no matter what time of the day, couldn't work as the net was practically crawling. I hope they recheck this. Could have gotten a 4 but as a businessman internet is important.
