My stay started out not so good, however, Josefa from the spa was my first encounter to explain my problem, she immediately made me feel at ease and went to get her manger Miss Carlyn, Miss Carlyn was wonderful beyond words, she went so far above and beyond it is quite unbelievable, thank you Ladies from the bottom of my heart! Thank you to an extraordinary spa pool team also Marina, Trey and Damaris, you made our two days pool side fabulous, so friendly and helpful! Akiko and Carmen, your massages were the best we have ever had! Thank you soooooooo much Carmen for making my neck feel so much better, you are awesome! Nicoleta, your compassion and caring manner is refreshing and much appreciated! Altha and Leslee, you ladies are on-top of everything, paying attention to every need, want and detail, thank you for all your help and always with a smile and a kind word! My friend and I will be back, highly, highly, highly recommend the spa and their wonderful staff for the most relaxing, wonderful time!! Thank you again, all of you!!! Linda Rueff
