if you are planning visit the disney land, hollywood studios or anyof the main theme parks of Orlando then will definitely recommend this hotel!

located close to all prime theme parks has it s own lazy river to spend ur tired evening kn a relaxing fashion.

Hotel had great amenities. Room was what you would expect from jw Marriott. Staff was friendly and close to universal studios. Definitely will stay again.

I was here on a weekend trip at The Truth About Cancer Convention. Wow! This hotel was fantastic. The view was stunning, the gym was top class with more machinery than some membership gyms, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy & the food choices were extremely healthy. 5/5!!

Room phone didn't work, was told someone would check it first morning but heard nothing further. Bathroom has no ventilation.

Thank you for the followup Jaime. I did want to say that I wish to commend the staff as they were very pleasant and willing to assist us during our stay. I also want to say how much I appreciated talking with Misty from Tennessee when I called this past Monday to find out why I was charged an extra night that posted to my credit card on July 3rd. It seems that both my roommate and I were charged the full amount for our stay on the 30th. We had gone down to the front desk on the 30th and split our bill. I was charged for the 26th - 28th and my roommate was to be charged for the night of the 29th and 30th. I received my receipt an my roommate was informed that the last night would appear on her card in the next day or so. Misty was able to see that we were both charged the full amount for the last night and she put in a refund for me to receive a credit on my credit card. She was very apologetic for the mistake, even though it was something she had no control over. It seems your staff, no matter where they are located, are very customer friendly.

Amazing hotel, best stay I've ever had. This is where we stayed for our trip to Disney World back in 2019. Room service was available at all hours, we could take a dip in the pools at night, everything was just perfect.

Amazing in every way! Fantastic resort for adults and children! Lazy river is amazing! Many great restaurants located on property too! No need to ever leave!

Just got seated at the Citron restaurant in the very front and sat there for 15 minutes and watched 4-5 waiters/waitresses walk by our table with no one one taking our drink order or saying a single word to us. Finally got up and just left.

There are a lot of different meeting places. The hotel itself is great and has fantastic amenities if you were to bring family to any meeting function. The food was also fantastic that was provided at the conference. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to host a party or corporate event!

I m staying here now beautiful hotel but I am sitting by the pool for at least 30 minutes seen the waiter several times go to other people and has yet to come ask me if I need anything not sure why they re skipping over me ..I thought for sure I made eye contact the last time thinking he d be over I started looking in my phone and gone he was ..so much for that
Guess I ll go to the gift shop and get a drink , other than this

This is a great facility that meet the needs of our conference. The meeting rooms mee our needs, guestguest were very comfortable, and golf is available on site

While this hotel is very isolated from the rest of Orlando, its rooms are excellent and well organized. Everything you need is on the grounds. It also has excellent jogging trails.

Service was very good, facilities very nice, rooms substandard for a JW Marriot, the food : that was mediocre for the standard expected at a JW and price. Ate at Primo, at the breakfast and pool, I expect much better at this level of hotel.

My Wife and I recently celebrated our Wedding Anniversary while staying at the J W Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. The hotel Italian restaurant Primo was excellent and the lobby restaurant Whisper Creek Farm was delicious as well. The Spa experience with cold and hot pools, saunas and steam rooms were a nice start to our Spa day. The massages we had were top notch. The pool is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. It is apparent that the Manager I met Jamie is among one of the top leaders I ve met in the hospitality business. I would highly recommend the J W Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes to anyone and feel this property is the nicest property in all of Orlando and Central Florida!

Location was easy to get to. The bell men were very helpful when I was there to pick up my rental vehicle at the hotel. The lobby was clean and decorative.

This property is one of it the best in Orlando hands down. From the guest rooms, to the meetings facilities to the service. Everything was fabulous!

I appreciate you guys/ valet as a uber/lyft driver I am able to pick and drop off there even when I have disablites .

Beautiful hotel with relaxing landscapes and family fun in the endless pool. Definitely my top pick when staying in Orlando. No need to leave the property for dinner. The restaurants in the hotel are top notch and have something for everyone. I recommend the JW Marriot Orlando

Came here for a work conference. They allowed us to lock our equipment overnight in one of the conference rooms. Still didn t stop the staff from stealing my 200.00 sunglasses. Should of known better from a corporation that gave away it s client data with one of the largest Cyber breaches.

Excellent resort. We had a great experience here although we barely used the amenities because we were at Disney all day. Good Sushi in the lobby bar, and the Starbucks cafe had really good bacon croissant breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is Starbucks but not the food which is actually better! Scored here.

The buffet was awesome. In the staff was amazing. So friendly and so nice.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but the conference I attended had the closing dinner at the Marriott. The food was good, considering that they made for about 700 attendees and the staff was attentive.

I stay at a lot of different hotels for work and leisure and I was pretty disappointed in the service by the pool area but a young lady named Tara (one of the managers on duty) was nothing but exceptional, and I just wanted to thank her for going above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you again Tara for turning the service around.

Property located really close to the airport on a quiet area with a great view nice for golf and large group events. Not too far from the parks.

Upscale/Resort vibe and nice place to getaway and/or have a conference. I was there for a conference and enjoyed my time here. Great balcony views and close to the theme parks if you want to visit (I didn't have time). Loved the pool!

Stayed here for a conference and I have to say that it was truly a great stay. My only complaint is that the room was booked on their website with a company card, but I was told when I checked in that they couldn't charge the card on file because it was against their policy (which was posted nowhere on their site when booking) so I had to pay for a company sponsored room with my personal card since the company card was not present. They did say they would transfer payment from my card to the company card once I checked out, but it still added an unnecessary stress to my trip. I also want to give a shout out to Khalid. He was always in a great mood and always smiling during the evening conference activities which made the it much more enjoyable.

I been here since Wednesday and it has been a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the property is gorgeous. It is a little pricey, so be prepared, but to be honest, it has been a great experience starting here.

Good hotel, good food, but too many people everywhere.

Loved rooms, restaurants, Bodega for breakfast, Lazy River, free bikes,bRitz next door shared pool areas.

Great location with free, easy shuttles to the parks. They have great packages making the hotel a good value. The grounds are well maintained and the golf course is a good challenge, even for low handicap players.
