Company “Jeep Commerce” Review

I called them on the phone (Karadjordjeva Street office) and explained what I needed. Since it was a weekend, they told me that they could do it, but that they could not tell me the price or other details, but that I had to come on weekdays. I left today around 1pm. When I started explaining to the worker what I needed, he immediately told me "we don't do it", that I had to go to the workshop on Pancevacki put and ask if they would do it for me "but I don't believe it, it's a small job" . When I asked him to turn them around and ask them directly he told me that it certainly won t work and that I wasn t going to go crazy. To my statement that he doesn't even know what I need (because he didn't even let me tell him), he said "they don't call me", and when I asked him to give me at least a phone number, he said "I can't, they don't work their phones have not been answered for 10 days ". Otherwise, they needed to cut a steel plate for me about 0.5 * 10 * 25 cm and drill 10 holes in it. I don't know why and who dragged me, but as far as I'm concerned, from now on I'll bypass them ...

This company is one of the largest suppliers of raw materials for heavy industry in the vicinity of Belgrade with extremely professional staff. And yet it is ready to cooperate with individuals. Unfortunately, most of these same 9/10 individuals do not even know what they want.

Unkindness and insubordination!

Dear Jeep Commerce (Owner), the call was during Great Friday because there was a notice on the Internet to work. The employee who contacted was extremely unpractical and rude. If there is already so much a believer in the church at the liturgy, as you claim, he did not even have to answer the cell phone. There is no excuse for non-culture and lack of inspiration, only mischief.

I was with you today and never again, I have never experienced such rudeness of employees and arrogance anywhere. Very rude, impolite old guy (I suppose security man) attacked us because we were standing on the grass in front of building. The worst experience in my life, regards to contact with unknown people. This old man should be fired, and opportunity should be given to more professional and kind persons.

The retail employees on Batajnicki Drum are quite correct.
Especially zigzag that cuts material. He even offered to take my goods to the car so that I wouldn't get my hands dirty.
