What a great place to stay! Clean and very friendly environment!

Was not impressed. Our tower had ac problems and it was not resolved in our entire stay. The personnel and valet parkers were number one. They made me feel like I owned the place

Old and outdated townhouse rooms in the back. Hotel seems reasonably nice.

After reading some of the reviews, I was scared to stay here; however, we had an incredible vacation from the time we checked in until the time we left.. Angela at the front desk was very informative and sweet. We upgraded to a suite and we're not disappointed. The suite was massive and our room had a huge private porch that over looked the lagoon. Perfect for us. We enjoy walking so we didn't mind the walk from the villas to the spa, pool, pub, etc. Everything you need is on site. In fact, we parked the car and didn't even leave the first day. Relaxation at its finest. We brought beverages and snacks while we relaxed in our balcony then went to the pool and had a cool server named Vicky. She was attentive and bright us food and drinks while we chatted with another couple. After that we enjoyed live music at pub and ordered the mahi tacos which were delicious! Played a little chess in the lobby bar a then kicked my boyfriend's butt in corn hole outside before retiring for the night :) Next day we toured the spa which has an adult only pool and jacuzzi. Maybe next time! And we took the shuttle to the private beach club. Fun! I can't wait to come back. We truly had a relaxing, fun vacation. Thank you to the Marriott staff!

Our visit was to the Arbor Conference room. It was a lovely space in the middle of the water surrounded by lush foliage and water.

It is a far walk from the front of the resort but walking through there was a pool, miniature golf course, bars, and outdoor spaces to relax.

The area is beautiful and the catering was amazingly delicious. They served this shrimp and grits that was creamy and flavorful.

Overall, I'm excited to say that the goal is to stay there for a few nights to get away from it all. It's a lovely resort and I recommend it to anyone!

The room i was in was beautiful. I had the chicken tocos, they were awesome. The whole place had me in awe, I have nevsr been somewhere so nice.

The room next to us was obviously smoking which cause our connecting room to reek of cigarette smoke with 4 youngs children in the room. After numerous times of calling the front desk they did nothing about the issue and to smooth us over they asked if we would like to switch room on our last night. Really? For this hotel to be so much it is quite ridiculous. They are nice and friendly people but it's obvious their white residents can do whatever they please with no consequences.

Villas are older....with 2nd floor villas being spacious. Hotel rooms have nicely kept beds floors and furnishings.

The staff is very friendly. The suites are roomy and in very good condition. It's about half an hour away from St. Augustine and less than an hour away from Jacksonville. There are several pools and a shuttle that takes you to the beach.

Quaint and quiet. Great location. Beautiful grounds. Needs some updating.

Amazing! My boyfriend took me there for Valentine s Day a few years back and it was such a lovely time.

Beautiful resort with lots to offer for the whole family. The location is fantastic set back from busy roads but close enough to plenty of shopping. Traveled with a lot of people so a variety of tastes and there was something to do for everyone. The pools at the hotel are very nice. Only 1 is heated so we stayed there since it was still early in the season. The beach is a quick shuttle ride away and that is probably the best feature. Easy access, beautiful pool, great bar, and so much more. There were only 2 downsides here 1. The spa staff was not as friendly as other Marriotts. We got a spa service one day and they were lovely. However, we returned to use the hot tub and they were extremely rude. 2. There is no hot tub available to guests unless you are platinum or get a spa service. For some that isn't a huge deal but it was something we found lacking.

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful views with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The grounds are beautiful. It's an older building. Main tower is well maintained. Villas could use more love. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel isn't on the beach but their Cabana Club is. The combination makes it a good spot for a beach visit.

At Sawgrass for a professional event for work. Grounds are beautiful, the food served at meals for the event over a three day period was spot on. The room was not so great. Stayed in what they call a villa, no chair to sit in and relax after busy days with the exception of an office chair. The room could definitely stand an update, air conditioner sounds as loud as a freight train when it kicks on where you can not hear the tv. I m not a golfer but I do know that the course is supposed to be fantastic, I guess if you do come for the golf you don t pay attention to the not so great accommodations.

This place is gorgeous! The staff is so friendly and professional. Have to be honest though, a place and patrons like this can make you feel uncomfortable if you only have $50 in your pocket. But either way, the bar has amazing food and drinks and the staff make you feel like you belong no matter who you are. Enjoy your time

Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa was an incredibly nice hotel. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a king bed & it was the most comfortable hotel stay I've ever had.

It's a beautiful hotel but I'm really here to do work and not to enjoy myself.

Only at convention center for Taekwondo tournament. Pretty and clean hotel.

We were staying for 2 nights, but we're so take with the resort we added another night.

This place was beautiful. There's a lot of land around to look at and enjoy. This place comes off pretty fancy, but it's still enjoyable. The rooms in the villas are nice and big. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

The views from the room were wonderful. The driver of the shuttle to the Cabana was very friendly. The Cabana pool is beautifully kept and warm 24/7. And beach access is awesome.

It's out dated as far as rooms go and in hotel ... the grounds are nice

Went to the Sawgrass Resort for an evening wedding. The service was excellent and the grounds were gorgeous.

The hotel itself is quite nice and always enjoyable to stay at.

Our first visit to Sawgrass Marriott, and hopefully we'll be back soon. It was a great location for us "townies" to drive out and stay near the beach. Check-in was quick. Stayed in a Villa suite with adjoining room which was great for our family of 5, plus grandparents. Pools were a good size with shade for those who prefer a break from the sun. Just a short ride over to to beach club which just gave us trouble because the toddlers couldn't decide between beach or pool. Impressed with the friendly, prompt service, and we've stayed in nearby resorts that could learn a thing or two about service from Marriott. Just minor issues with the door lock and the parking pass for the Cabana Club. Suggestions would be for the website to reflect free self parking, and Marriott Rewards internet should be an option when signing into wifi.

Since I was not an actual customer, I was treated with respect from the valet staff. The location was great for the TPC events that they hosted. TO me, it seems to be first class hotel and organization.

I can't review much of the Sawgrass Marriott facilities. I was there for a sporting event, karate testing and then karate competition.
However, this is a great environment for most. Large multi purpose rooms. Very clean environment. Large parking area with covered handicap parking area.

The best place in Jacksonville to go to stay. Hands down. The staff is very helpful and sweet.

I think you'll be impressed with the Marriott Resort at Sawgrass TPC. Impressive entryway overlooking the large lake as you walk through the hotel. A nice little bar area to with seating at the bar and tables. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also quite good. The menu includes something for just about everybody.

This place is old but they claim they just completed a 25 million dollar upgrade. They must have spent that on the golf course only. The staff was very good and very helpful though. It was not bad...just disappointing overall.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was excellent thought the entire resort. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Several of stores and other restaurants outside of the resort within walking distance was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

If only we could give the Sawgrass Marriott 10 stars we would!!! The property is absolutely stunning! Everything from dining, activities for the kiddos, golfing, indoor & outdoor pools, a spa and wait... STARBUCKS is at your fingertips!! The villas are the perfect setup for families that include a living as well as dining area and a private room with a comfy king bed!! We are customers for life!!!

What can you say really. It's a resort right next to where the PGA players tournament is. Beautiful place.

Just WOW. The gentleman, Steve, at Soothies anticipated every need before we even knew we needed something. We had a girls spa day and we have been referring to it as the Best Day Ever . Steve just knew everything we needed and made great recommendations. All expectations were exceeded! The massaged was also wonderful and great facilities.

I would've given 5 stars but it took some convincing to get them to provide customer at Alice and Pete's pub... which I consider part of the resort... after sitting in the restaurant for over an hour without anyone coming to our table

Nice property. Good Rooms. The service could be better. Not terrible but definitely not best in class.

This place is my absolute favorite and never disappoints. My husband and I "staycation" here a lot. The grounds are so beautiful and quiet, it's perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend the Spa too.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I called two weeks in advance to ask if they allowed massages to be preformed while pregnant in your first trimester which I was told YES it was no problem at all. I specified how far along with exact weeks and days and they said it was perfectly fine. So I bought $200 worth of massage package, booked our spa day, and drove over an hour to bring my friend for her birthday, only to be turned down when we get inside to check in. Will NOT be back and WILL NOT recommend. Ridiculous waste of $200, a birthday, and a road trip.
