The property is beautiful maintained. I attended a business convention that took place entirely on the property. The venue easily held our 1500 person even and included both indoor and outdoor events (in February)

Great resort!!! Lots of activities. Kids have plenty of things to explore and do. Staff are very helpful. Swimming pools are all very clean with a decent amount of sitting. Great location with being close to quote a few larger stores and grocery stores.

Everything was great. From the appearance down to the service when you first pull up. The only thing to complain about is The Hidden Resort Fees. Pay a lot of money to stay there and to have to pay more, unexpectedly when you get there.

You know how hotels usually have some nice staff and some not-so-nice staff? Not the case with this Marriott literally interacted with 12+ members of staff during our 3 night stay and EVERY SINGLE one was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful to us. I wouldn t actually have believed it except that it happened to me! Also, the resort grounds couldn t have been nicer. The only drawback to the property is that the rooms were slightly outdated.

Stayed here many times and this time was the WORST.

Want to schedule a massage? You cannot reach the spa by phone. Called 8 times (four from room) and left a message after a direct transfer from the front desk. Two days later, no one has called me back. Shared my concerns with the two ladies at the front desk. They could have cared less. Fire testing closed the elevators, which is understandable but would have liked a heads up prior rather than just before it occurred (likely being nit picky). The Green option was explained as not bringing towels and when I asked for more info, was told it was in my room. The info in my room was vague. Don t recommend it. Also, waited to be seated for breakfast, as staff was perhaps on an extended break. The staff used to bring water pitchers out by to pool but didn t see this in the two days sitting near the pool.
The gentleman who took the room service order was friendly and helpful. Bri in the Stonegrill was excellent.
This entire visit just seemed off, which is disappointing because this is my favorite place to stay when visiting the area.

An annual tradition to view the gingerbread creation and then enjoy light snacks, wine and hot chocolate for the kids outside at the bonfire tables. This year there was a really beautiful meat, cheese and veggie tray offered with a bottle of wine for only $42. It was large enough that I brought leftovers home. The hummus and veggies were delicious as well. It is so relaxing to slow down and visit after the busy holiday season with friends around the fire.

My most favorite place. I've been all over the world and stayed in various hotels, but none compete with this one. It haunts my dreams in a good way because it was so gorgeous, clean, and the staff was so understanding with the little predicament my family was in. I would love to come again. Also, highly recommend the breakfast buffet, 50/10 loved the food.

Fantastic hotel. Here for a work conference. Large since with very nice conference rooms. Excellent food. Staff have all been very nice and thoroughly helpful. My room was on the first floor. Was large, nice TV, coffee pot in the room. Large bathroom with a separate tub. Had an amazing view of a mini pond and the horizon. Would definitely like to come back.

When I checked in I was told that my room number was 4250. When my key card didn't open the door, I was told that my room number was actually 4520. It is a very long distance from room 4250 to room 4520. It was a very long walk for a 65 year old man with two bad knees. I wrote a bad review on their survey and I received an email back saying they would try to make sure that this didn't happen to someone else in the future. That is not what I would call satisfactory customer service. Especially from a Marriott Resort.

This is a beautiful resort property. A huge place w/2 golf courses, multiple restaurants, classy spa, gorgeous landscaping and grounds, several pools, and tremendous meeting spaces. The views are stunning, the staff kind and professional, and our room was terrific. Very impressed by how clean the property is at all times. A luxury oasis in the middle of the desert. Wow!

I stayed at this location for a work function. The room was reserved and payed for online, as my organization does at all Marriotts s across the country. However, upon checking out I learned that the card I presented (for incidentals as explained by staff) was charged for the 3 night stay. The staff did absolutely nothing to address the situation and was rather smug about the whole thing. My organization chose Marriott as a partner for convenience, for our staff. Some might find this review unwarranted. However, I had a discussion with the staff upon check in regarding this possible situation and was told very clearly that the room was in fact paid for and the card was just for any incidentals during my stay. This situation has completely changed my view of Marriott and I will not be using them moving forward. Such a disappointment!!!

We are very disappointed. We never had such a horrible day/weekend. On our account we signed up for " EARLY CHECK -IN, EXTRA PILLOWS, EXTRA TOWELS, NEAR THE ELEVATOR, and LOWER LEVEL!!!!!!!!

WE CHECKED IN AT 11:30AM, waited for 4 hours for a room. Elizabeth told us we are being upgraded to a premium room/suite.we were put a room with a king bed & a couple of chairs for 3 people. Called the desk to say that room won't work. Let them know we need a room with a king bed and a couch, by the pool. Took them awhile to find a room, but it was the very last room down the hall. NO WHERE NEAR THE ELEVATOR, THE 4TH FLOOR!!
IN the end , we were charged more for the room. We were put an executive suit, thats all they had, i guess. They refused to give us a AAA rate like we had on the reservation that I had booked 2 weeks ago. After all this we deserve a free night or like 50000 points to stay at another resort.

Its a big property, but some things are just not great . Drinks are watered down. The servers are few, now with that being said, I know they are busy, but they dont seem to cover all areas. Some food at the restaurant, definitely over priced. I just feel for the prices of the rooms, they should be a little better.

Such a beautiful place. There was a small garden with gravel trails and mood music playing that was incredibly relaxing. I could feel the stress melting away. I was there for work but got to sit by the fire with my laptop and it was so enjoyable.
