Spent over 1 + hr in the drive thru. You guys need a better system or faster staff.

Waited 1 hour and 25 mins to make a house payment. Unbelievable couldn t get out the line so I had no choice but to wait

We spent over an hour waiting in the drive thru lines to do our banking. You would have thought that Landmark would have had better coverage of the drive thru windows know that their inside lobby is closed and everyone would have to use the drive thru. Not to mention that their tellers seem to be slow on their handling of the transactions.

Drive-through service is absolutely horrible. I'm glad that I've gotten accepted for auto loans through landmark. Before the covid-19 service was a lot better but now the drive-thru service is terrible, you shouldn't have to wait an hour do a transaction.With as many people that are unemployed out there you would think they would hire a couple more tellers.

Awful location and organization altogether they are like the worst of the worst next to tri city on 76th Oklahoma. ..do urself a favor and avoid it like the clap

Waiting 30 min. Trying to ask questions and establish a new account. Waiting line well past me. Avoid this location if possible.

Currently this location has one drive thru AMT, it would do wonders for the location if it worked and was updated and filled. If they put two new ATMs at this location and maintained them, I bet people would not hate this location as much. Can't wait for Greenfield location.

Have to hire more people for the drive through. Waiting time is ridiculous at this location

Horrible during the week day they need to stay open a lil longer than 5pm just a thought but their not going to change that

May 1st 0930 hours - EXTREMELy busy - I would bet close to 50-60 cars in the drive thru. Hope this helps someone today

They should open later, most people are busy in the evenings and mornings.

I love Landmark, but this location isn't the easiest to use.

One of the busier landmarks in the area definitely not a place you want to go to the drive through during peak hours but otherwise the service is really great branch manager works with you right away. People that give a place a 1 star for long waits need to check the hours and decide if this is a place for them.

Their ATM machines do not accept cash deposits.
Of all the banks they have the longest lines in their drive through every time I am here it is 40 mins to and hour wait.
No one ever answers the phone at the branches it is a call center that has often stated a 3 hour wait to speak to a representative.

Seriously the worst banking experience of my entire life, and filled with the single worst customer service I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

This is one of the worst banks to go to the bank manager is very rude and disrespectful I will never open account here again in my life too many account fees and miscellaneous charges by the bank.

I concur with those who say this place is slow. Just wanted to quickly go through the drive thru with one small check. I've been waiting for 25 mins... and still waiting. It isn't Friday or evening either. It is 2 pm. Been to this location twice. Both times I had to wait. I like landmark, but will drive to a different location from now on.

Its great here even though it be packed on every 1st and on pay days and they fall behind on busy days but still a great service and polite employees!!

Man this place really drops the ball with management and waiting times. If you consistently have 30-40 cars in the drive through hire more people to work the drive through. There is no excuse in having these ridiculous waiting times.

Slow and they did not change my address like I requested.

Currently in the drive thru for a whopping 45 minutes on a Friday. Why bother???

I have been a landmark customer for 5 years and I have been sitting at the one on 27th street for 25 minutes now while 2 people had skipped me and even though I had said something they had proceeded to say sorry just wait until someone is done. It's not even busy in here but the people that came after me got to go before me. Kind of upsetting. I will still to Oak Creek location and Bayview location from now on! Both are dog friendly and give my puppy a treat when we come in.

I am managing 54 cash accounts for work. Typically smaller amounts, but 54 of them. I have to deposit checks, cash checks, change out bills, cash in change etc at least twice a month to make sure it's easy to manage. Everyone is always so patient with my transactions. I try to come as prepared as possible with how I want the money and they always get it right.
This is definitely a busier location as they have so many bilingual staff and they are always so patient and helpful with everyone else as I wait my turn. Thank you to the whole staff for being so patient with everyone who comes in the door.

Avoid this location at night and weekends. They are always ridiculously busy and severely understaffed. Even the ATM has long lines.
