Little Swans have wonderful staff and gave fantastic care to my child since she started in Smarties, growing into a Rolo and finally a Hero. Its such a hard decision to find the right place to trust and care for your most precious gift, your child, but we knew that Little Swans was that place and was worth the 6 week wait. Our child has grown in confidence and learnt so many new skills. She now says she is going to be a nursery nurse when she grows up! We really cant praise the staff enough.

Fantastic nursery, couldn't recommend highly enough

I must say to others this nursery is not a good nursery my son recently started 4 weeks ago and of to move him, 2 occasion the dad picked up the baby and the baby wasn't taking care of in the proper manner. All they care about is the money not the well being of your child.... not good!!
Manages are very ignorant also

What amazing nursery after pulling my daughter out of another nursery i decided to enrol her into the little swans day nursery and they have gone way and beyond for her . My daughter was put into the sweeties room and the amount of support from the staff was overwhelming I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone thank you little swans day nursery for everything you have done for my daughter . Also a big thank you Sabah (sweeties teacher) for everything you have done for her you truly are absolute credit to the nursery .

Would not recommend at all. Staff are rude horrible and racist. The "manager" is unprofessional I certainly do not understand how the nursery is still open. Staff are unbothered about the children they clearly are just money grabbers. I was there for 1 day only and could not take another day being in that nursery as they made me feel so little and knocked my confidence massively. I am also not the first person who has had an encounter like this with the nursery. Several others have said they are racist which confirmed how I also felt. Would certainly not recommend at all and advise parents to keep their children away from this nursery.

Under no circumstances hand over any money what so ever, they will not give you a refund. Parents be very careful when considering this nursery for your child, as they make you sign a contract and pay a weeks fees in advance with no intention of allowing your child to start at the nursery, as they are not any spaces available for your child. The nursery manager is very unprofessional in the way she speaks to parents by being antagonistic and very condescending. I wanted a place at the nursery for my son and signed the contract. I also paid the fee upfront before he attended any settling in sessions. The manager did not make me aware they do not cater for children with allergies so I called up to ask why my son had only bread and butter. The manager during the phone call was very rude and made a number of derogatory remarks which leave me to the conclusion that she is racist. One of the phrases that were used when she spoke to me and my child's father were, "we will not be taking calls from you guys". She also said that I was aggressive, when I just told her she took my money under false pretences as she already agreed to making alternative meals for my child, as they have an allergy. As I would not of given her the money if I knew that my child was not going to be fed and the staff was going to insult me. The manager terminated the contract that I signed because there was no spaces for my child in the first place. The staff in this nursery are all just a bunch of con artist.

Our little boy started attending little swans at 8 months old and now at just over 2 1/2 we are relocating and having to change nurseries. We cannot thank everyone at the nursery enough for the care they have shown and how they have aided his development. We have never had a single issue or complaint and we know he will miss the staff and his friends dearly! Each room has been as lovely as the last, settling him in at his own pace and making every transition as smooth as possible. His key workers have always been so friendly making it so easy to build a special bond and the communication has always been spot on. Thank you for making the whole experience of going back to work as positive and stress free as possible knowing he was in such a lovely environment. Thoroughly recommend!

My son attended when he was one. I witnessed a staff member physically dragging a child by his arm off a chair as he had spilt his milk. Children were always left crying with snot running down their faces! Also, staff were very rude and unprofessional when confronted.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for the past 2 and a half years. Throughout our time we have been impressed by the care and effort put on by all of the staff.

We recently had a bereavement in the family and the manager was great, was able accept our daughter for 2 additional days while we sorted things out.

we changed two nursery around Birmingham on last year and this one really professional, my son always happy when coming in morning, after two weeks I seen progress on the cognitive and social , also have daily diary online with all activity about what him does on all day in nursery

My daughter was very well looked after while at the nursery the staff were brilliant with her and she really blossomed as a young child. I can't thank little swans enough for the care they given to me little one!!
