Purchased a new box spring and mattress along with new pillows. The service was excellent and the delivery men couldn't haven't been nicer .

I was there to see Polar Express with my friends. Enjoyed the ride as well as the decor. It reminded me of my LOVE for trains

My wife and I needed a new mattress. Yeah I know that is not what most people say on an ongoing basis. But are mattress was shall I say "long on the tooth". Walking into Jordan's of Avon we had the delightful pleasure of meeting John Harding. He was of good nature and most knowledgeable on everything mattress related. After having both my wife and I "measured" on the JAZZ system, he was able to determine what would be the best fit for the two of us. We installed the mattress on Sunday and can not be more delighted with our purchase. John was amazing and I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new mattress to drop in to the Avon store and ask for him. The guy is funny and makes the whole process enjoyable and educational.

Apart from furniture showroom..Good place for christmas experience.

Nice furniture, there are some mess ups on our furniture we purchased. I did not feel that the store itself did a lot to take care of this situation, I called customer service and found somebody very willing to help. I will keep working with them to resolve this issue, however the furniture is a good quality.

We recently spent the day at Jordan's looking to buy a new living room set. The Sales person was knowledgable, fun to work with, and very patient with us! I'll write again after the furniture is delivered to let you know how it is.

I had a great experience at Jordan's furniture! I went to the outlet section of the store in Avon. I was on a very tight budget and found a very helpful salesperson, Beth Ward, who went out of her way to fax and make changes on the sales as needed. She provided me with excellent service. In addition, I got quality furniture at a very good price. I definitely recommend everyone to visit this store and ask for Beth Ward!

I took my daughter to Jordan s to look at bureaus and she was so happy when she found the right one. The staff was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable shopping. We got an email 2 days before the scheduled delivery day to give me the 3 hour window as promised. The delivery also went very smooth. The delivery guys were great! They were very friendly, they called when they were on their way and they were quick and careful when carrying it in the house. I was amazed at how quick they got it up the stairs because we have winding stairs. And best of all my daughter loves her new bureau!

We bought a lovely shabby chic couch there. And the young woman that sold it to us was extremely helpful

My wife and I went to Jordan's in Avon and had a friendly, wonderful experience, like we usually do. This is our fourth time buying new furniture ---we have furnished all of our rooms in our house.
We had an excellent experience working with Jim Huseman--he was very professional and knowledgeable in the Living Room Department.
Overall, it was a great experience and plan on shopping more in the future.

Purchased sectional (with fabric and pillow fabric changes) and 2 side chairs. Our sales associate, Dean Weinstein was patient as I made my selections -- no hard sales pitch besides I knew what I wanted before I came into the store. Secured my purchases at the check but that experience was a bit rushed and I did not feel like the person handling the sales paperwork was patient and seemed more intent on the fact that it was closing time although there were still people shopping and wrapping up their purchases.

Our first visit ever to Jordan's Furniture and we received the assistance of an exceptionally knowledgeable sales person. Although we were tested on Bridget, we elected to purchase something different than what was recommended. The process was easy and we are awaiting delivery now. We would highly recommend Jordan's for the investigation and purchase of a mattress.

Justin in the sleep lap is definitely the man to see as he is very knowledgeable and patient. He will not try to upsell or over sell on beds as he is more interested in getting you into the right product for you. As always it is a please shopping at the Avon location with associates like this I will be returning as he mad my home shopping experience very painless and enjoyable. Side note he has a great sense of humor which made this process that much more enjoyable.

Shopping for a mattress was a great experience at Jordan's. In particular, how awesome Cheryl Chadwick was. She asked a series of questions with no pressure and now we have the most awesome perfect mattress and great pillows.

The delivery guys were most friendly and efficient, one the the best deliveries we've had. In with the new, out with the old, no problems.

We were replacing our 14 year old sofa and love seat manufactured by Flexsteel. Our salesperson Pierre Lubin, was very helpful ins showing us similar pieces. We chose to buy new units made by Flexsteel. The manufacturer does a very good job. Our new furniture was ordered by Jordan's and we were timely notified when it had arrived at its website. Jordan's provided a menu of days the new furniture could be delivered tour home. We chose the day. We were notified about the delivery truck arriving between 8AM and 11AM. We received a phone call on day that the furniture would be at our home at 8:30AM and it was. Chris and Mike did an exceptional job of managing to carefully get these large pieces through our door. There was an operational problem with one of the unit and Jordan's had a technician in the arear. Within one hour or two, the unit was fixed. The sofa is reclined using an electrical switch. We are very happy with the shopping and delivering experience.

I had a great experience at the Jordan's Furniture in Avon!! My sales rep Judi Mitchell was a pleasure to work with. I liked the size of one particular couch/sectional. I wasn't crazy about the material. So we started looking at different swatches and Michelle the store manager was putting away other swatches and kindly jumped in to help us! Loved their taste and excitement about helping me. Them seemed truly sincere and I felt we were old friends by the time I left. I'm also in the service industry- real estate. I know how important it is to go above and beyond. Unfortunately in this day and age exceptional service is few and far between. So always a pleasure to express when I have a great experience. We selected a mattress that was very similar to the one we had previously chosen on our own without a "sleep expert." The delivery was excellent and very professional. I am concerned about the possible manufacturing defects of one of our TXL mattresses. (Pulled threading and random exposed plastic-like threads across the surface) I've sent in pictures and an email to our sales associate. We'll see what happens.

I mean what can I say? I am completely happy with the adjustment to my order. Thank you Jeffrey!

My daughter absolutely the magical Santa thing I mean it was her first experience she was in shock Ioved seeing her like that as far as furniture I think for me too expensive I can't afford if I could I probably would recommend I have to go with IKEA on that one

My wife and I spent a couple of days looking at a new mattress, bedroom set, and couch. Each time we were greeted by a sales associate who stayed with us answering all our questions and suggesting different products that might fit our taste and budget. Jim Altman helped us with the mattress, Andrew Myers helped us pick a bedroom set, and Joan Winberg helped us pick a couch. They never tried to sell us anything that we didnt like or couldnt afford. I also noticed that if a customer did not want help the associate would give them space so they could wander around to look for themselves.
The furniture they have are well made of high quality materials. We are thrilled with our purchase and very pleased with the price. I highly recommend going and taking a look around.

I have owned my own business for over 25 years. Own multiple rental properties. Needless to say have had many business transactions both personal and professional. This was by far one of the quickest, easiest, and enjoyable. Purchased Living room set Sunday late afternoon and it was delivered @7:30 Wednesday Morning by two extremely processional delivery men. Perfect transaction from beginning to end.

Visited the Avon store to shop for recliners. While I am not a big fan of their set-up - one needs to navigate through dozens of rooms to reach the areas showcasing what you are seeking AND then do it all over again just to reach the exit - I appreciate several things. The salespeople were helpful without being overbearing. There were dozens of recliners available for us to check out. We took our time (about 2 hours) and never felt pressured. All of our questions were answered and advice provided when requested. Kristen was the perfect salesperson. I liked that many of the offerings are made in the USA (while that is important to me, often times I am unable to find things that I need made in the USA.) While I haven't shopped at Jordan's for many years (I recall thinking that items seemed overpriced but I may now think that you get what you pay for), no doubt, when we need something they sell (next purchase will probably be a mattress), we'll be back.

I recently bought a chair form Jordan furniture for my living room. I had already done a lot of looking online and in a few stores. I really was worried about buying online and not being able to see the chair in person. To feel the fabric and sit in it.
The Jordan's in Avon is very far for me but I thought I would check it out. I also thought most of the furniture would be out of my price range.
I went to the Colossal Clearance Center first and found a chair in less than 5 minutes. Right style, color and price. The sales person was great and took all my info. Then he thanked me for shopping at Jordan's. He made me feel like bought furniture for my whole living room. He really was so nice. I arranged for delivery and two days later I was sitting in my new chair.
Jordan's sent me the receipt via email and they sent me a thank you e-mail. They also called and left a message with the delivery time and they sent an e-mail verifying the time. Really great customer service, I was very impressed and happy I gave them a try. They also gave me a cleaning kit for my chair at delivery time. I hope to go back and get a new end table and or rug!

Such a huge store with so much to see and choose from. You can spend hours browsing the showroom. They have items for every part of your house and more. If you a re looking for a deal, try the discount area in the lower level.

It was fun. Saw the Polar Express show, had hot chocolate & got lost getting out. Had to walk through the store. Saw some nice things i can't afford tho. Haha. Good place. We will be back.

Bought a couch and love seat from Millie Skinner - she was fantastic. Went downstairs and bought a couple of mattresses from Mike Dolan - another home run. I'm not sure if I just got lucky this time but the service at Jordan's was amazing. Keep up the good work.

The sales people are Jordan's are always professional and courteous, with no sales pressure.

To be honest, the first salesperson I flagged down completely blew me off. But then I was approached by another who could not have been more helpful. She spent a good long time helping to research options and combinations. Although I ended up purchasing a much less expensive set, she thanked me for my business and followed up with a text a couple of days later. I will not hesitate to return to Jordan's and seek out that salesperson!

Found the dining room chairs that I was looking for in the Clearance Area of Avon store. I had them delivered. Delivery was fast and excellent. The delivery men were courteous and provided excellent service. Recommend highly.

We shopped Jordans in Avon this past weekend, visiting the sleep lab, furniture outlet, and furniture gallery. The entire experience from start to finish was entirely welcoming and pressure-free. Chris in the sleep lab was instrumental in helping us to understand our needs in a new mattress and recommended four models for us to try before finally deciding on the perfect mattress. He also recommended pillows that complemented each of us and helped us to pick out a bed from the sleep lab to put the new mattress on. The mattress was delivered yesterday and we had a fantastic night's sleep! Liz in the furniture gallery was very patient with us as we picked out a recliner for the living room. We were having difficulty locating any and she brought us to about 10 different models. When we got it narrowed down to 2, she was very helpful in explaining the differences between them. Ultimately, we selected one that was not in stock, so we are excited to receive it at the end of the month. Cannot wait to visit again for our future furniture needs!

We needed a good services after having an awful experience with Bob's discount. This is the place to go for good services and good furniture.

From the point of purchase to delivery and set up everything went smoothly! I didn't think the boxspring for my new bed would hit up the stairs but the delivery team not only got it in the house first try, they were in and out of the house in 30 minutes. FABULOUS!

Bought 2 sofas at the Avon store. Picked my delivery day and was told the would call Monday with a 3 hour delivery window. Before I got home they called to confirm the date of delivery. I don't remember getting the call telling me the window time but it was easily found on their website. At 7:10 AM I got a call from the delivery men telling me they were 10 minutes away. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. Two great employees to have as the "face" of Jordan's.

Purchased a sectional from Jordan's. In one week it looked like my house was a chicken coupon. There was feathers EVERYWHERE! Everytime you sit down you get poked and stabbed. I called them and was told that they could either send me an extra cover or i could return it but loose most of my money The cover doesn't work. You can definitely find a better quality sectional for half the price. I tried leaving a review 5 times on the couch but it never shows up.

The showrooms are awesome and they sell a great selection of quality furniture. My kids loved the enchanted village and it was nice but very crowded and lacked a sense of direction after looking at the village set up. Also when we got our pictures the woman at the computer didn't let me pick which ones I liked to print out and chose for me. But it was overall a great family experience.

Do not go here! Scammers! I recently bought a sectional from them a little bit ago. I had a credit because my old couch broke ( still great quality) and was given a full credit. I buy the couch and the sales lady said that they will pick up my broken couch on the day they drop off the new one. The delivery drivers drop off my new couch but do not take the old one. They told me the sales lady lied to probably make a sale . Then they tell me to find a company to come pick up my old couch. I do just that. $300 I had to spend to have the couch removed that was supposed to be a free pick up. Now the company calls 9 days later saying even though the employees lied ( possibly) that I owe them half what the couch is worth because they did not receive the couch!!!! They admitted that their was some miscommunication on their part but that I still have to pay for LISTENING TO THEIR EMPLOYEES ON WHAT TO DO!!!! These people are dishonest, and seem to go great lengths to rip customers off. Beware. I used to love them and have been using their products for years but after this.....never again.

I went to Jordan's on a busy Sunday afternoon to purchase a new mattress set and had a great experience. We were helped right away by Tina. She worked with me on my price range, what I was looking for and needed. She was patient, friendly and very helpful!

I bought a complete room of furniture 2 years ago and the cushions on the Love Seat have become so compressed, that it is no longer comfortable to sit on. When I purchased the furniture, I bought the 5 year extended warranty on the furniture. I was told by the customer service rep that the insurance only covers accidental damage. I guess poor quality and workmanship is not covered. I doubt very seriously if I will ever use Jordan's again

Had great help on the sales floor getting exactly what we wanted, sales person even carried a side table from one area to another so we could see it next to the chair we were getting.

The delivery was the best i've had with any furniture store, on time, quick, and friendly. I always wonder why i bother shopping anywhere else.

My husband and i bought a couch last week and i cant say enough about the sales associate Donna. She was so helpful and patient as we were discussing in detail the configuration of the couch and if it was going to fit in our room.She worked with us for at lease 45 minutes! We ended up buying the couch and used their credit card which has no finance charge as long as you make a minimum payment each month. So convenient. Haven't got the couch yet because we are having it special ordered, i hope it comes on time, i cant wait!

After too many years, it was time to buy a new mattress and box spring. On a friend's recommendation we went to Jordan's. Had a great experience with Gary and found a good comfortable mattress in our price range. Will definitely return when other furniture is needed.

Just bought our second mattress from Jordan's. Mike, the gentleman who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were great! We live in the South End and deliveries there are NOT easy. They basically blocked off the street because the truck is rather wide, but they had the new mattress in and the old one out in about 4 minutes and we live on the 4th floor. We'll be back in another 10 years for mattress #3.

I've now bought couch & a sleep sofa and the process for delivery was outstanding. A date is initially made, it is followed up with a confirmation, then a time is set and the day before another call reminder is made. In the morning the guys who deliver the product call just before arrival. They were terrific, professional, Sussed out the house to figure the best way in, set it up and were gone. Can't ask for much more...well the price was spot on as well.

The crowds from the holiday attraction impacted the visit somewhat -- not sure that will ever be different-- but we found our new dining room table through the attentive help of Suzanne, who is a fabulous sales agent.

Jordan's Furniture is home to a wide selection of furniture - livingroom, bedroom, dining room, office etc., mattresses and anything you can think of when it comes to home makeovers or decor. It's mainly high end but one could also walk away with a quality furniture from the clearance center at a great price. Their sleep lab is also a good place to visit when looking for the best mattress that will give you the most comfort at bed time.

Everything was great! The sales person was very helpful. She helped me find a double reclining love seat & matching recliner. Both are so comfortable. I'm thrilled with them. The electric recliners are the best!
The delivery went very well. They called before they came & came on time. The 2 gentlemen were very nice & set everything up in no time at all. Overall I would highly recommend Jordan's Furniture.

Second time looking for a mattress and knew that we were not ready for the Spink and Edgar Queen Alpaca 5000, but needed to update the full mattress and did so with the help of Dave. He remembered us, listened to us, suggested a couple of options and was most helpful. We will be back

I went to Jordans for some living room furtinure. The customer service person was extreamly helpful. She made my purchase very easy and enjoyable. No high preasure sales like I have seen in other stores.

Got a good deal on a coach in the discount/ clearance warehouse section. I do feel though that the prices on most Items in the main store are pretty overpriced. The salesperson I got (I think his name was Mark) was very helpful and emailed me several times after purchase to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall the coach looks good and no issues with it yet.

First time in a Jordan's and fell in love. Beautiful store. Love the clearance section too. Prices drop the longer an item remains unsold. Think I found my couch for my new space, just hope it's still there.

Found a good price on a twin bed for my 91year old great cousin. It'll be lower for him to be able to get into. Go straight to the outlet on the first floor. You'll find bargains.

Jordans has great customer service. From the sales person to the deiivery people everyone was involved & more than helpful. Delivery was onetime. The communication was seamless Thank you . We will be back!

We had a convertible crib/toddler bed purchased at Jordan's, under 2 years ago. 6 months ago we reached out to purchase parts (our son is growing) and the reason we purchased the $900+ convertible bed as it would stay with him for years .. We were told the company went out of business (clearly not Jordan's fault)
I think the customer service, we received was horrible (from Jordans) It's obviously not our fault either Jordan's picked this line. We feel they don't stand behind what they sell. Didn't over us any solutions, flat out nothing. We would have been better off at the other furniture stores and paid half... Our Theroy was you get what you pay for... We have spend thousands and thousands at Jordan's.. After the way this was handled, we won't step foot in that store, they don't value their customers... Before this I though Jordan's had higher standards, they take your money and don't care what happens after... Sad and horrible business

We had a great experience at Jordan s. Elizabeth (Liz) was very pleasant, thorough and helpful. No heavy sales pitches. Our furniture was delivered today, no problems and it looks wonderful. As an added bonus, the Avon Store had ice cream in the lobby!

I had never been to Jordan's, it is too far for me, I live on Cape Cod. However, I absolutely think Cardi's is the worst furniture store ever. full of false ads and promotions!!! So we took the trip, GREAT decision!!! Our sales person was Derrick Roderick, every company should have Derrick as an employee!!!! He was there to answer guestions, he took us to different floors to show us what we said we were interested in. He never felt like he was hovering over us, which alot of salespeople do (Barbos), he told us all about protection plans which we were interested in (2 dogs, 2 cats) and explained about financing if we were interested. We purchased, a rug, bureau, sofa and chair and could not have been happier with our experience!!! Jordans delivered when promised in the time frame they said, very important. My experience with Jordans was so great and they have such a huge selection, I will never shop anywhere else!!!

A thoroughly professional and courteous customer service experience. Liz did a great job explaining the differences between various sofas and configuarations without the pushiness I have experienced in other stores.

The shopping was easy. The employee who helped my roommate and I was very pleasant and kind. The entire purchasing process was quick and simple. The delivery showed up early and the workers who moved in the couch I purchased were very efficient. Unfortunately, one of the sectional pieces got caught on something and tore one of the cushions, but once it was noticed the delivery workers immediately called to bring in a replacement piece. Everything went smooth and I am VERY satisfied with both my purchase and the experience I had at Jordan's furniture.

They Scammed customers pretend they have a 72 months free interest of charge. but they have lied. separately they keep doing things suspiciously.

Out of all the local furniture shops that I have been in and purchased... I would consider Jordan's furniture tops them all!!!! from choosing the items ( 3 rooms of furniture for a new house..) to the delivery process was all but the best...from interacting with the consumers, knowing our needs , spending and taking the time with us and delivering the requested items with dignity and care!!!!
So, At the end...it makes a a different who we are dealing and doing business with..!!!
