We selected a mattress that was very similar to the one we had previously chosen on our own without a "sleep expert." The delivery was excellent and very professional. I am concerned about the possible manufacturing defects of one of our TXL mattresses. (Pulled threading and random exposed plastic-like threads across the surface) I've sent in pictures and an email to our sales associate. We'll see what happens.
