Salesman was wonderful. I had an allergic reaction while in the store and he was able to identify what I was reacting to. Needless to say, we bought a different mattress. Delivery was right on time. All of the follow-up has been terrific. Awesome job Jordan's!!!

Sleep technician was very knowledgable and helpful, and in no way pressured me to buy. Found an amazing mattress that I love!

We were shopping for matching recliners with VERY specific requirements (size, features, fabric, etc). We met a sales consultant (Jim Huseman) who was extraordinary. A rare combination of caring for the customer, knowledge of products & manufacturers and going the extra mile to solve an issue. Jim helped us to order a very specific Sunbrella fabric to match our living room when others had told us it could not be done - but Jim found a way. These days, that kind of personalized service is hard to find. Thanks Jim!

Helpful knowledgeable staff to help you through your shopping experience.

Stopped in on a whim to check out the furniture clearance, and got a complete bed AND gorgeous leather sofa and chair. The sales staff was excellent; very efficient. I was happily surprised to be able to get delivery to my new location, albeit a bit pricey, but worth it. When I called to delay delivery after the truck had been.loaded, the person on the phone was fantastic as well.
Waiting for delivery and expect a good experience.

Located near IKEA, this furniture store holds its own and manages to do well with their selection of furniture. We spent quite a bit of time trying out their beds and the salespeople were pleasant to work with. We liked that the furniture items were organized well and the atmosphere did not feel cramped.

A friend Ray Vargas helped me out immensely with Jordan's as he works there. He had me meet up with Charlene Eaton who helped me find just the bed I was looking for and she was amazing and very thorough and knowledgable.
The store was so clean and very impressive the amount of space and selection you have to choose from. I would highly recommend others go there to the Avon store.

Family had lots of sun enchanted village was nice, skating was fun. Skates a little dull but we still managed. Nice that it's free and the blueberry muffins are the best.

Purchased 2 mattresses and foundations. Service was excellent from the time we entered the Sleep Lab through the delivery process. I'm not sold on the sleep surface test they perform upon entering the sleep lab, as there isn't a method to compare the results on the mattress of your choice. Just a gimmick they can do without, as the rest of the experience is very positive.

Then the new commercial playing on people's fears of depleting resources came on. Truly a low move!

Terrible customer service. We had a salesman named Anthony who needs a refresher course on how to treat customers with respect. My husband was trying out a power recliner and couldn't get the head to tilt, this guy just stands there! Didn't offer any help or suggestions, I had to get up and show my husband where the buttons were. That was his job! His whole attitude stunk! His choice of words were far from earning custom of the month or day. It left a bad taste in my mouth. We reported him to a manager who said he was going to speak to him. Liked a couple of sets but we're going somewhere where customers are treated with respect. Ruined our first experience with Jordan's.

Bought a new leather sofa from the Avon store. Selection at both Natick and Avon was good. We found exactly what we were looking for in Avon. In Natick we worked with Michael Guarino. He was an excellent salesperson. He knew the product and gave us excellent information, with no pressure. We shopped there 3 times. Unfortunately, we could not find what we wanted there and went to Avon. D. Walker DeCoste helped us in Avon. He too was great. Delivery within 2 weeks. When the delivery came the 2 fellows that made the delivery could not have been more helpful. Took great care in getting the sofa up a flight of stairs and put on the legs, etc. A great experience all the way around. Thank you. Don & Terri Kreling

Very busy store, a lot to see. Sometimes hard to get sales persons attention but that's due to shear volume of customers. Prices are ok, competitors have the edge on some merchandise.

Just had a new living room set delivered. Love it and loved the experience! Michelle Frye helped us and she was fantastic! I will definately ask for her the next time we are in! The furniture was in a few weeks before the expected date they gave us and the delivery guys took their time so not to damage the new furniture as well as the door frames by putting padding on them! They were also very polite and friendly!

Took our toddler mattress shopping which we expected to be a long, not awesome process of laying on 50 beds until we found the one for us while chasing a two year old, but it was actually so easy.. Jim was great and helped us out with what was perfect for us based on the Selfa reading and in our ideal price range. The delivery was within the week and we are sleeping peacefully on our new mattress.

The most professional furniture store we have ever been to. Danny Cox was a great help in helping us to pick out the perfect mattress for us. We are extremely pleased with the mattress and our experience at Jordan Furniture. We are praying for that no-hitter but even if that does not happen, we will be extremely happy with the mattress.

There was no amazing movie theater and it was just your average ordinary furniture store

I love my new sapphire blue leather living room set and cannot wait for the delivery. I bought my first leather living room set at Jordan's more than 25 years ago and it still looks great. That's why I came back to Jordan's. Plus I could get the set for FREE! Go SOX!

Sales person in sleep lab was great! Delivery was right on time as promised. Delvery men were polite and efficient and conscious of wet feet from rainy day. 20 minutes from start to finish!

We did the Christmas adventure and walked through the historic leprechaun village and witnessed the laser lights. We came for the adventure and left with three sofas and a bedroom set.

Went there for a mattress and pillow. They have a nice setup and selection.

Very nice selection of furniture, as well as a "pit" where you can score dinged up items at a discount. Just be forewarned, if you venture upstairs to see the new stuff it's a maze similar to the way IKEA is setup. Meaning be prepared to walk through Every section of furniture regardless if you want couches beds or tables etc. Slso you can grab some snacks by the door or check out MOM for entertainment

Lots of choices, great prices and service. My husband and I will be back for sure.

We just finished a family room and found the perfect couch at Jordan's. We needed a fit for a small space, but didn't want to forfeit style or comfort. The couch we found was exactly what we were looking for. It arrived in less than a week! Thank you to the Jordan's team.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience. The sales staff was AWESOME to say least, our Sales Person Beth had taken every bit of time needed with us. Delivery personal couldn't have done a more professional job. The only mistake we made is that we did not go to Jordan's prior. If you experienced anything less than 5 star rating . It has been many years since we did business with a company with such awesome customer service. This is a HUGE tribute to Elliot. We purchased a special order sectional and the back of one side that was not acceptable. I called they sent a rep out that day! I ended up ordering new furniture and once in they will change it out. From the customer service rep to the tech that came out and the very special sales people I dealt with they are all TOP NOTCH! What company would allow a special order sectional(!) not a chair be returned. I will always share and highly recommend this Company and continue to shop at Jordan s Furniture.

Our sales representative was Michael Suple and he was excellent. We have bought all our furniture at Jordan s for 22 years. Michael was never pushy, never made us feel uncomfortable and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the experience.

We had a nice experience shopping at Jordan's furniture Avon,MA.Susan is a very great representative, she's very courteous and helpful.

My partner and I went for some furniture shopping. We wanted to have couch and bed along with mattress. Eugene was excellent from start to the end accommodating us. Then went to the Sleep Lab to get mattress, Jim was funny yet very professional explaining about the mattress and we found the one we want to sleep on every night. The day after, we wanted to add few more furniture and this time Elizabeth helped us. She was as equally as accommodating us and very patient. It was one of my best furniture shopping experiences. No pressure was added onto us, but they were very patient and gave us all the suggestions and answers we needed! We recommend to shop at Jordan's to everyone I know!

I shop at Jordan s for most of my furniture. The quality is excellent, along with the warranty, customer service, sales people and variety of products. I m always satisfied with my purchases and would recommend Jordan s to everyone.

Not a great selection of what we were looking for. I believe this was a warehouse store or something was different about it. We'll have to try the other Jordan's.

Love this store... it has a great clearance center and the sales employees are helpful but not pushy... they give you plenty of time to look, but if you need someone to help, they are right there. Andrew in the outlet was the last sales member who helped me... and I can't say enough about the service and helpfulness I received! Thank you!

I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame and my salesperson, Cheryl Chadwick, was most helpfull and showed me a number of mattress' that she felt would suit my needs, She was able to answer any questions that I had. I found that Jordan's ads were correct. They had the best prices without resorting to "Fake" sales.
I also want to commend your delivery people, the were fast, neat and polite.

Great, the only thing my credit card was closed because the program was terminated with Capital One. I won't lower my credit score once again to get another one...

Great shopping experience. Not overbearing or pushy. Let me make my own decision instead of pushing me into something that would be more beneficial to them than me.

Todd Glennon was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable in our decision for the best mattress for us. The bed was delivered on time and the delivery boys were very professional. The mattress is very comfortable too! Thank You Jordan's team!

Only went to buy a new mattress. The mattress tech that helped me was very nice. However, there were 5 other mattress techs that just stood around without offering to help customers which was strange.

Love, love, love the clearance center at the Avon store. I didn't even know they had this until we showed up for an unexpected drop in visit. Love this corner of the store. We've purchased several things just from the clearance center. It's VERY busy. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I think they don't have enough sales staff working in this section of the store on weekends. In saying that, my salesperson was excellent. Sales staff is patient and excellent, you just have to wait until someone is available to help you. Thank you!

We went for the enchanted village, which was great. Otherwise we wouldn't shop here for anything.

My family and I have purchased furniture before but not a mattress. The service was professional & educational. Product delivered promptly and my back is htanking me.

If ZERO stars were an option, that's what this store would get. Terrible experience with the order placed (which never arrived) and then another terrible experience trying to get the issue resolved (with the store manager). The issue was NOT resolved. Jordan's will NOT be a store I recommend in the future (which is sad, because I have done business with them in the past).

Can't wait to get our new furniture!!! We went to the Avon store. Daniel was our sales person.He was So helpful. He took so much time with us helping us envision how the different pieces would look in our living room. He took us to look at all sorts of sizes of sofas and chairs and the different fabrics we could use.
I know we are going to be happy with the new look and comfort in our living room.

Our salesperson was excellent. Low pressure, good listener, very patient. She helped us find chairs that matched a tough table to compliment with existing styles within our budget that we felt very good about buying.

The downside was that 2 of the 6 chairs we bought were not properly balanced in their manufacturing so we need to attach a short booster to some of the legs. It's not a horrible problem, and we'll still have and use the chairs for many years, but I was surprised that the quality control wasn't a little better.

Great experience, great prices, No pressure sales pitches

Bought tickets for 2:20 show. Waited in a long line through the hallway. Stood on snowflakes for another 10/15 minutes. Got in, front row. It was 2:15 and we were ready for the Polar Express. Then a worker came around asking to see tickets and actually made us unbuckle my 5 year old granddaughter and leave to wait for the NEXT show BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE! My granddaughter was in tears. UNACCEPTABLE is putting it nicely. SHAME ON YOU for doing that. It was 2:15 WE were on time! SHAME ON YOU for doing that to a child.

I thought I was on a hopeless task - find another bistro chair to match the ones I bought three years ago. I found the name from the manufacturer and all other leads were hopeless until I spoke with sales person Steve Bertolino. He helped me find a way to get the chair to Michigan via friends who lived within the delivery area of the Avon Jordan's. The deck furniture has been spectacular which is why I wanted another chair.

My favorite furniture store. I have gotten furniture there so many times .recently we got our new tv stand and couches..geat quality like always..

The sales person was wonderful go far and beyond to attend our needs abs please us with the support and quality of the Jordan s furniture. We left the store very happy.

Great place to look for furniture. The building is large and is a maze of overly decorated show rooms. Make sure you check out the clearance section since, usually, there are great deals.

We went to the Avon location to look at bed systems as I have been suffering from back and neck pain for some time from my current bed. While I was initially intimidated by the vastness of the showroom not knowing where to begin, Steve took us through the process and nailed it from the first pick. We ended up purchasing the very first bed system that he took us to, even though we tried several others just to make sure it was the right one. Can't wait to get my new bed in two days! Steve was great!

I went to by a living room set. Staff ignored and overlooked me. I was deciding on one of two sets that I saw, but after the last sales woman, made eye contact, looked away very quickly and went to assist a white woman a few feet behind me. I immediately left and went to a place where I felt wanted. Not a good place for black men

Our entire experience was outstanding. Our salesperson was most helpful as she took us to the recliner area. We picked one out that felt perfect. We set up a delivery day and the recliner showed up right on time. The delivery people put the recliner right where we wanted it and by the evening news I was sitting in the chair and dozing off. thank you Jordan's for a perfect experience.

I bought my first piece of furniture from Jordan's over 15 Years ago at the Moody St Waltham Store. I do miss that store since the real estate office I work at is only a block away on Moody St. I have since gone to the Avon store after that. I am addicted to the pit. Nothing compares to it. I drove my kids crazy looking for a new living room set this month. I think i visited every furniture store around. But nothing beats Jordan's!!!

I liked the discount center downstairs I like the quality of the furniture upstairs unfortunately I didn't find anything that rang the bell so I get to keep on trying

Went to the store in Avon. We're greeted and welcomed. Knew what style we wanted and Paul was a big help finalizing our purchase.
We were not sure regarding color and patterns and Paul spent the time to help us get exactly what we wanted going over swatches and making suggestions until we were comfortable with final decisions.
Overall good experience.
Update: Received the delivery of our furniture. Very happy with whole process. We got timely emails re: when our furniture would be delivered. Arrived within the stated window of time. The delivery men were very professional......Got the sofa and loveseat in and set up quickly and with no problem.
Overall from purchase to delivery, a very good, positive experience.

We got superior customer service when we came to purchase our bed! Ann walked us through the whole process from using their sleep analysis machine to finding our perfect mattress and pillows. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything expensive or unnecessary. Financing and approval were quick and easy! We even walked their clearance section to look at deals and found some awesome stuff. We'll be returning for future purchases!

Awsome furniture and the enchanted village is beautiful.

We were going to buy a mattress the year the Sox won--really--but something happened and we didn t get down to Jordan s and we were so mad at ourselves (the prize was the mattress would be free) that we went another 10 years in the old mattress. (Our mattress is 20 plus years old now and it s one of those discount price horror specials you buy when you first marry.)

We went to Jordan s last weekend to buy a mattress during this Sox sale and were overwhelmed by the choices. This kind woman measured both me and my husband on this magic mattress that supposedly tells the salesperson the mattress you need. We both fell under the same firm category (What do they do with couples who need different mattresses?) and had a choice of two in our price range, one that was about four hundred bucks more than the other.

The saleswoman was very straight forward. The more expensive won t last longer, she told us. It s just a matter of comfort. (Math: $400/10 years=40 bucks a year, and that s only if I replace it in ten years which I won t because I ll be too old to afford one. So $400/death is probably pretty cheap and if I die sooner than expected I ll probably wish I slept on the more expensive mattress. Logic dictated I buy the more expensive.)

But we needed a bed because our frame is ancient and so we looked at a bedroom set. Salesmen came up to us every few minutes and asked if we needed help and we said no but sort of decided on a set but had to leave because we had things to do. My job was to come back on Sunday and make the actual purchase. Which I did.

Choosing the bedroom set without my husband was interesting. When I was with him the salesmen swarmed all over us but when I went alone on Sunday, I was utterly ignored. I do wonder if the fact that I m a middle-aged woman alone in the store made me more or less invisible. In fact, when I was ready to buy the bedroom set I walked up to a salesman who put me off to another guy, but this kind of thing happens to me enough that I take it in good humor.

When I went down stairs for the mattress I made sure I got the same saleswoman from Saturday and she appreciated that. So I ended up spending a lot but I don t care. My hips and knees and my husband s back need a good mattress and it ll be nice to have a nice looking bedroom set. I ve purchased a lot of furniture from Jordan s over the years and quality wise I ve never had a complaint.
