I had a great experience at the Jordan's Furniture in Avon!! My sales rep Judi Mitchell was a pleasure to work with. I liked the size of one particular couch/sectional. I wasn't crazy about the material. So we started looking at different swatches and Michelle the store manager was putting away other swatches and kindly jumped in to help us! Loved their taste and excitement about helping me. Them seemed truly sincere and I felt we were old friends by the time I left. I'm also in the service industry- real estate. I know how important it is to go above and beyond. Unfortunately in this day and age exceptional service is few and far between. So always a pleasure to express when I have a great experience. Thank you Judi and Michelle!
