I recently bought a chair form Jordan furniture for my living room. I had already done a lot of looking online and in a few stores. I really was worried about buying online and not being able to see the chair in person. To feel the fabric and sit in it.
The Jordan's in Avon is very far for me but I thought I would check it out. I also thought most of the furniture would be out of my price range.
I went to the Colossal Clearance Center first and found a chair in less than 5 minutes. Right style, color and price. The sales person was great and took all my info. Then he thanked me for shopping at Jordan's. He made me feel like bought furniture for my whole living room. He really was so nice. I arranged for delivery and two days later I was sitting in my new chair.
Jordan's sent me the receipt via email and they sent me a thank you e-mail. They also called and left a message with the delivery time and they sent an e-mail verifying the time. Really great customer service, I was very impressed and happy I gave them a try. They also gave me a cleaning kit for my chair at delivery time. I hope to go back and get a new end table and or rug!
