What a great job done by Eugene DeLisle!! He asked us what we were interested in, identified a great product for us, and we were able to get it wrapped up in less than a half hour. Our house is about 150 years old and as a result we need smaller furniture. Eugene reminded us that Jordan's will send out Jordan's employees to make sure the furniture will fit into our house. They will come to our house tomorrow. We had gone to another furniture store and they said that if we wanted to select a fabric that had to be made, that was OK. Should we return it to them we would have to pay a 20% discount fee!! Jordan's is the way to go.....

Great shopping experience and super pick up service.

I recently purchased my extra firm Beautyrest mattress. It has the firmness that i want plus the 10 year warranty you can't go wrong. I did have to purchase the mattress cover the get the warranty. From my visit to the store, to the arrival to my home. Everything was very professional. Can not wait to shop again.

Excellent experience in the Sleep Lab, our technician, Justin G in Avon was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable about the mattresses, honest, and just a pleasure to work with. It was a pressure free sales experience. We got the facts and were able to make a wise choice that was right for our budget. Thank you!

The store is beautiful and clean. The merchandise is good quality and is displayed well, but you must go through the entire store to get out. I went today to go to the polar Express, but the tickets were sold out 2 hours before last showing, instead of buying tickets when you go in, I had to go through the entire enchanted village and the entire store to find that out. I was not happy. Tickets should be purchased at the front of the store

Great service. The sofa had a broken leg and they were able to quickly repair the legs so that we used the couch that day. A rep from Jordan's - Jeff - came by to make sure everything was done correctly. Great Job!

We really needed a new mattress, We went to several places & ended up at Jordan's.
It's by far the best shopping experience we've ever had. The salesman was very helpful.
He's very informative & not pushy at all. The guys who delivered it were polite & respectful. It arrived within the time frame they gave us. Our 1st night on our new mattress was fantastic. My back didn't hurt the next morning like it had been on our old
mattress. We will definitely be going to Jordan's in the future for other furniture we want.

Purchased a new 80in hutch for my Family room the delivery was super fast the piece was just what I was looking for Great quality. Keep up the Good work Jordan's I will definitely see you next time around.

Spent better part of the afternoon here. Quality furniture at prices to fit any budget. Found markdown area (huge), where I found a beautiful leather couch. Original price $2400, paid under $900.

This area is buyer beware! Look carefully for any damage, you buy it , you own it.
Prices automatically drop every week or two. If your patient you can get a really great deal. Of course that strategy may backfire if someone else isn't as patient as you.
Sales help is VERY accommodating. No high pressure. Take your time. Have some coffee! When you need to have a question answered someone is nearby!
All in all very impressed!

Went to enchanted village with a group . We received a private tour, the person Jim was so personable that he made the visit so pleasurable. Been there to look for furniture also and staff have always been so knowledgeable and helpful.

We bought a king-size Sealy mattress 19 years ago. Approximately couple of weeks ago my husband and I returned to the Avon store to purchase a new mattress. We were taken care of by Elizabeth Vargas and had an outstanding experience with her. She was amazingly informative, user friendly, & adapted information to our ages & personal needs. It was a pleasure working with her! We selected a mattress & pillows that were delivered today.

Chaotic with enchanted village. Almost impossible to buy furniture

Your Sleep Tech John was the best we have ever encountered in your store. He introduced himself and asked what we were interested in and asked if he could be of any help to us or if we wanted to look around. We told him we needed some information on a mattress. He then ask several questions about what our expectations were and proceeded to let us try several mattresses that met what we were looking for. He made sure both my wife and I were satisfied. It couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience.

I have been a faithful customer for years and years. Jordan's is the best place to shop for any furniture. Over time as my tastes changed from antiques to contemporary furniture, I have consistently shopped at their stores first and usually bought from them either that day, or upon returning after checking the competition.

I don't know what ever happened to the "Under Pricing" marketing claims that they made for years. They said that they didn't have a Big Sale, just low prices. They used to say that the competition always claimed that there was a 40% off sale going on to get you to come in when, in fact the prices were never at 100%.

I can tell you that the prices are still competitive. But the real clincher is the 0% financing. If you can trust yourself to pay it off on time and never miss a month, how can you beat a 2 to 5 year loan with no interest. You Can't...

Queen mattress not placed on proper frame. Only 4 legs. Did not offer to reinforce frame.

Been almost 2 weeks still waiting for my furniture to all come in so it can be delivered really disappointing

the sales people in the Avon store were very nice and professional. They were helpful beyond my expectations. our Sleep Tech.,Kathleen Sullivan-Lydon,was the best I have ever met. She did everything to make us comfortable and to have the transaction go well. We are extremely happy with this purchase and the attention we got. I highly recommend this store to others in need.

I have shopped at Jordan's since it was located on Moody Street in 1982. Always a fun and pleasant experience! Our recent delivery was excellent and the drivers are always so courteous and helpful! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland. Laser light show was fun.

I was waiting for Jordan's to re-open so I could take my elderly parents to get their new mattress. I was nervous taking them especially after seeing the line of people waiting for the store to open but once they did, the experience was hands down one of the best experiences my parents have ever had when purchasing a mattress. Chris (Sleep technician) took care of my parents like they were his own. I will be going back really soon to purchase my own bedroom set.

I literally ran in with only 15 minutes to order a new section for my sectional couch. The rep was fast, efficient and funny. I was done and in my car rushing to my next appointment with 3 minutes to spare. I am a long time happy customer of Jordan s. Quality. Service. And value. Can t ask for more

We go to the enchanted village every year! Lots of fun!

Currently expecting and was looking for a chest to go with the crib I have previously purchased. At first I had a salesperson who was unpleasant and didn t want to help at all, really just ignoring what I was asking for and not listening to what I was looking for seeming bothered the whole time. A week later, I go back and the sales man named Trevor White helped out a lot. I was looking for a specific shade and although the ones I liked were unavailable, he was able to find me the perfect one to go with it and I really appreciate it! Only reason it has 5 stars is because of him! Really good work ethic and professional!

Great bargain basement. Soooo bummed, had a great chair for my bad back. Left for Ikea to think on it, came back to buy two and all gone. If you see it and like it, get it! Lesson learned. Wish my back would forgive me, because full price on that chair is too steep for my budget. Bummer.

The fact that you do not have to come here to even buy anything is amazing. I love the Christmas muffins and hope this place will be here for my kids.

The leather couch I bought was expensive
when I realized that sitting on it made the look like a Shar-Pei fur
Old and wrinkled after only six months
I called Jordan s to explain the cushions we re not sitting on We re still beautiful but the other side after six months looks horrible
the representative explained I should expect the leather to look old and wrinkled
she never return my calls or emails and the one conversation I did have before sending the pictures
she told me to call the manufacturer and that I should expect the leather to look like that
I m not in furniture sales and I don t sell leather products so how was I to know that? I would not have bought the couch they explain that
so now I have I have a couch that looks old and the other section that looks new and only after six months I think it s ridiculous What was insulting ,she seemed annoyed and that I was bothering her

I shop at Bob s furniture store now And anytime anybody comes over and says what s wrong with the couch I say I bought it at Jordan s furniture not great advertisement for Jordan s

We were shopping for two items. A sleeper couch, our daughter was purchasing. And a Love Seat for our home. We had Rick for a sales associate and he was very thorough in showing us all available options on design, comparing the differences, available fabrics, colors, mattress choices for our daughters sleeper couch, and features on our Love Seat. We have a small area where the Love Seat needs to go and Rick explained which design would work best. Our daughter and we made the purchase that same day not needing to check any other furniture stores. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Thank you Rick for your professionalism, genuine concern and help!

Just purchase a leather couch and love seat. Helen Mason was very helpful. It was delivered Wed and the love seat had an indentation on the back of it. My husband took a picture and the delivery person said it should come out when it gets to room temperature. I called customer service to let them know and they said 2-3 weeks. They also said I could call and have a tech come out which I am going to do because it's only been a few days but it's still there. It's on the back of the love seat but it's not against a wall and you can see it. I was told by customer service if it didn't come out they would replace it at no charge. I am going to call back today.

Jordon's factory outlet and collosal clearance corner are great for living room and dining room furniture buys. We didn't find much of a price difference in factory outlet pricing for bedroom furniture when compared to the regular prices. The best part of buying furniture at Jordons is you have the brick and mortar experience of using the furniture to get the feel before you select anything. The customer service and sales rep are very good and take time to tour the facility to show you around the different options that match your price range and affordance. Last but not least, all furniture has been delivered within 5 business days and we did not have any hassles of assembly at all. Don't miss the blueberry muffins and 4-D experience of enchanted village with your family.

Love Jordans furniture for all they offer- clearance, factory furniture outlet in the lower level and then they have the lovely walk through showroom. Never forget that they offer a cafe w/Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins as well as their seasonal enchanted village

Bought a mattress/boxspring set. Tried several before deciding on it. Natalia, our sales person, (there were 3 of us that made a purchase) was super helpful and kind. Great customer service and very pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Driver called 3x to accommodate our delivery schedule and then follow up call. Very pleased with bed and service.

A massive selection of furniture. Some of the salespeople are a little pushy but not overly so.

We just replaced our living room set. The pervious set was also from Jordan. Daniel was great to work with and the quality, price and delivery service is top-notch. We will continue to shop at Jordan's for all of our needs.

The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were impressive. They were careful and friendly. While they were quick, they made sure that the setup was complete.

We just bought a new house and needed lots of new furniture. Jordan's was my first choice. We went in and were quickly serviced. The employee we had was fabulous. Answered our questions, guided us around the store, showed us what we were looking for and left us on our own to discuss it, but stayed close and kept the other employees from asking us if we needed anything a hundred times. He was fantastic. The merchandise pick-up employees were equally as fantastic. They loaded, a dining room table, six chairs, a buffet tables and two mattresses in my pick-up truck without waking up my sleeping three year old. It was strategically placed and very secure. I drove 35 minutes home and nothing moved or was damaged! Thank you Jordan's for another fabulous shopping experience! Can't wait to get the couch I ordered!!!

Every time I go to Jordans I have a great experience! This time I was buying a new couch and rug. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave McCarthy, he is awesome! Dave is VERY knowledgeable and has been with company a long time. You feel like you have known him forever after talking with him for a few minutes. I had to change my delivery date and he took care of it without any problems. I would highly recommend asking for Dave when you go there. You will not be disappointed!

This place has been around for decades. Great experience in the store. Was not pushed to talk to a salesperson until I was ready. Salesperson was helpful through the buying process. Found all of the items in store that we saw online. Good options for color selections on sofas.

When visiting the Village, get there early. The lines build up fast. Also, grab a muffin - you'll be happy you did.

So annoyed. Visited the store and was a good experience. Liked a set in the clearance center and wanted to think about it. The sales man gave me his name, the name of the pieces and the color. Called today and the Customer Service person told me the sales man I wanted was not it today. She told me I needed the skew number so they could check to see if the pieces were still there. Told her I was not given that info and that I lived over 80 miles away. She told me there are no sales staff available who can look to see if pieces still there? I really tried to work with her, told her the exact location of the pieces, etc. No luck she would not even offer to have someone call me back later or work with me in any way. On my way to Bernie and Phyls....need I say more...

Awesome. We have had our Granddaughter AUBREY who is 22 months old there twice,she loves it. She loved all the figures and snow in the enchanted village, it was wonderful watching her amazed by it. She loved the light show. And she absolutely loved enchanted village with the snow falling. She had a wonderful time. And the muffins mmmmm delicious. They have a snack bar and a small ice skating rink. A Raindeer game. Thanks Jordans it brought back memories when I was young going in town Boston with our children, now our granddaughter is enjoying it. This will definitely be a tradition for our family. THANK YOU. We purchased a new couch and love seat that had to be ordered for the specific material we wanted. It came in when it was promised and the delivery crew showed up on time and were very professional while having to traverse an icy driveway due to a recent snowstorm.
