I went to Jordan's with no intention to purchasing a living room set, while leaving the Winter Wonderland display. I was just looking and happen to find the living room set of my dreams and it so happen that they were offering the best promotion of 60 months no interest. It became a no brainier, the quality of the living room set, the design and color was everything. But beyond the set, the great service I received from N. McCarthy was exceptional, she made my experience so pleasant that I have decided to make Jordan's my 1st stop for any furniture needs. Thank you Jordan's for great quality products but most of all the high emphasis on Customer Service. From the in-store staff to the delivery men, I felt like priority #1!

Why is it goimg to take 8-10 weeks to receive my order? I understand we have covid 19 but 21/2 months to get the furniture from Canada seems a bit too long

Visit to Enchanted Village. Great time, Grandson loved every minute and Santa Claus was great.

Good furniture, good price, but this place is a really annoying maze. Part of me feels like this place is a huge fire safety hazard. While we were there some kid got separated from his mom and got lost in all the rooms. Thru eventually found each other but the kids was balling his eyes out

The un-sung heroes of Jordan's Furniture are the delivery team. I've had furniture delivered on multiple occasions and I can't say enough good things about them. Must recently, I was given a delivery window of 7a-10a. At 7a sharp the truck pulled up. In less then 10 minutes they were in and out! They are friendly, professional and respectful of your home. Jordan's excellent customer services extends into your home with delivery.

Been a Jordan's customer for many years. I have always had great customer service and quality products from Jordan's Furniture!

Visited the Enchanted Village today with the family great place to take children. Also you are able to get a photo with Santa Claus, they have a small ice skating rink for the kids. Also have a 4D movie of The Polar Express pretty cool definitely recommended to visit with the family

Went in after going to competitors first and while their prices are higher than some of the other local places, you get a better quality product. I purchased a bedroom set for my kids room and got all solid wood furniture with soft close drawers. The dressers i bought actually turned out to be better than the floor model. The floor model had the drawer bottoms braced with MDF and the one delivered had plywood reinforcing it.

Lots of variety and excellent service. Deluvery was on time and they were very nice and efficient.

Jim Altman was our sales agent. He was friendly and courteous and did not pressure us into a sale. The experience was a positive one.

I found a nice sofa in Clearance. I just have to clean it and it had a little rip in it. But It's worth the price and it's a beautiful sofa.

My wife and I found a kitchen set on Jordan's website and it was on display at the Avon store. We found it on the sales floor and liked it. The salesman took care of all the necessary arrangements with us for shipping, etc. No problems. It was in stock just as the website indicated. The salesman, Mr. Regan was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were great.

My friend and I came to the Avon Jordan s furniture to purchase a new mattress and some bedroom furniture. We were very disappointed with the service here, specifically in the sleep lab. We walked in and browsed for about 20 minutes, and we re completely ignored by all of the salespeople on the floor, who were not serving other customers at the time. The older couple who walked in behind us was helped immediately without asking (my friend and I are both young women in our 20s). Even upon leaving the sleep lab, we still were not acknowledged with even a hello or thanks for coming in . We were not offered assistance by a single person until we entered the clearance outlet. My friend was excited and ready to purchase a new mattress, bedroom set, and headboard that day but after that experience we left with nothing. She will be purchasing these items from Rotman s Furniture in Worcester, where we went soon after and had a wonderful experience. I was personally offended by the service at this Jordan s and will not be purchasing any more furniture from the company.

Enchanted village sucks, sorry I hate it, jmop, great for kids but I'd rather go under the knife then stand in that line again , merry Christmas

One of the best furniture delivery experiences that I have had Everything was wrapped neatly everything was delivered perfectly no scratches. The delivery men were courteous and a pleasure to talk to.

Great furniture with great prices, especially in the factory outlet section.

We bought our daughter a new bed. They delivered it in a timely manner and put it together. The only complaint I have is with the delivery guys. They stunk of pot. They left a nasty smell in my daughters bedroom. Had to open the windows to air it out. Jordan's, you may want to do spot checks on your delivery people.

The purchase of the bed was fine. The experience with the finance company was not. I have no use for companies that outsource jobs to other countries and then I have to answer a number of STUPID questions before I can get down to business. Jordans should demand that the company they select to finance their products are indeed housed in the good old USA and understand ENGLISH. I am pretty much done with repeating and repeating and repeating myself to be understood. My score are reflected on the finance company only.

Ordered the love seat recliner made by Klaussner Furnishing with our choice of color and thickness of material. It was going to take approximately 5 weeks to receive it!!
Got our order in 4 weeks delivered and set in place.
This was a great experience for us and everyone was just great. I'm not at all sorry about dealing with Jordan's right down to the delivery driver. Pleasant people to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service we ended up buying a whole new bedroom set for a great price at the outlet when we where just looking for a new mattress!!!

My wife and I went to Jordan's looking for a sectional. Walking through the floor was overwhelming however, Nancy (an associate) listened to us as we identified what we were looking to purchase and made it easy. Between helping us look at the right size overall, right seating depth and firmness, appropriate fabric based on our lifestyle as well as the number of pieces and the configuration of them.

I purchased a new king size mattress in the Avon store. I was replacing a 20 year old mattress and surprised to find out how much mattress technology had changed. My salesperson John Laughter was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened carefully to what I wanted, had me try a number of different mattresses and guided me to the perfect choice. He also explained the different kinds mattress protectors and how they worked. I had shopped around and Jordan's absolutely had the best price, first time, no price negotiating required! Jordan's delivered the new mattress within 48 hours. Set-up of the new mattress and removal of the old mattress & box spring was free and the delivery people were friendly, on time and efficient. The whole delivery and removal process only took about 20 minutes! My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the product and Jordan's excellent service.

Sales person was very helpful and delivery went fast and seamless. Notices on delivery date and time were very helpful.

Jordan's Furniture always unbeatable values. Shop other stores bit always buy from Jordans.

Needed to exchange a Beautyrest Black mattress for a softer one. We had made the original purchase along with a new sectional and coffee table with a 15% discount coupon we had received in the mail. Disappointed that they would not honor the 15% coupon for the exchange which ended up being for an even more expensive mattress. We have purchased the majority of our furniture for the past 10+ years from Jordan's but in the future will be comparison shopping more.

Really love the holiday event! You guys really know how to bring in the crowd!

The two star review is not for the quality of the furniture or for the service of the nice woman who helped us. The two stars are for the fact we went to multiple Jordan s to look for a bedroom dresser last weekend and took a few photos of the ones we liked. This is because each location has different showrooms and furniture on display. We returned this weekend to the Avon store to purchase the one we liked and the price went up $100. We showed the photo from last weekend and asked if they could honor the price. The manager said no. The two stars are for the manager who didn t even take the time to come see us and just told the sales person via phone no. We bought the dresser anyway. Jordan s has great furniture. Just not happy with the manager since we have been customers for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years.

I was looking for an outdoor patio set to go under my 15'x17' pergola. I spent several hours designing the entire process from cement slab to the actual building of the pergola. The hardest thing was finding furniture. I surfed the web and found what I thought I wanted. I took a drive to several local furniture places and found them very expensive. On a whim I ended up at Jordan's Furniture (Avon). My sales representative (Dave McCarthy) was Outstanding and very helpful. He spent his time to listen to my needs and showed me a set that I did not even think of. Needless to say; I know have a great patio set that cost me thousands less than what I was looking for. Good thing it is "Sunbrella" because after weeks of no rain, we got rain. The cushions dry very quickly. Thanks Jordan's (and David).

From the moment we walked through the front door at the Avon location to when our furniture was delivered....we experienced nothing but professionalism and perfection from the sales people, email notifications and delivery staff. Couldn't be happier !!!

I did enjoyed my experience and my salesperson was most helpful and patient. I would have a recommendation that each mattress be well identified as to soft or firm and content of each. This may facilitate purchasing time. One other thing, since I bought a king without side straps which requires periodic rotation, I would recommend that either Jordan's furniture provide a lazy-susan type product to insert below mattress itself which also can be locked once in position. This would enable easy rotation as required hopefully by a single person if designed properly. It takes 2-3 people to lift & rotate as is and this certainly is definitely a downside to any such purchase and in particular when there are no side straps as well.

With all the things constantly going on there it's hard to call it a furniture store. It's a great treat.

I haven't buy anything yet, but loved the clearance section. Reasonable price for good quality.

We love our new living and dining rooms! Debra was fabulous and and very knowledgeable - we highly recommend working with her. Our furniture came when we planned and it looks fantastic!

As if moving into a new house during the holiday season was not stressful enough, Jordan's poorly coordinated delivery service added additional stress. Not once but twice was our delivery service delayed due to extremely poor communication. We were unable to have our couch delivered on our original scheduled date and had family visiting from out of state. We put off getting our Christmas tree as we did not want it to be interfere with the delivery of the couch. Long story short today is the second delivery date after our window of delivery and we still do not have a couch and will be unable to host Christmas in our new home. To say that my husband and I are disappointed would be an understatement. We will not be buying furniture from Jordan's in the future.

An overall great experiance! But if you are going, be prepared to wait for at least 30-60 min on a good day in the first out of 4 waits alone.

Our salesman David was great! My husband and I had to take turns going in the store, so one of us could stay in the truck and babysit our three dachshunds. David took the time to show each of us the several styles of leather furniture we'd liked online. When we picked our favorite, the paperwork was completed very quickly. We were called the day before delivery to say the furniture would arrive between 10AM & 1PM. The truck arrived at 10:05, and our gorgeous new leather sofa and chair were quickly unpacked and set up. We liked it so much, we ordered another matching chair, and opted to pick it up at the warehouse in Taunton. Another great experience - not only was the reception area beautifully furnished and very clean, we even had our windshield washed while the chair was being loaded! We've furnished most of our home with Jordans' over the years, and will definitely shop there again!

Well I d like to be reviewing my new sofa set but it s been 7 weeks and I STILL don t have it. I was hoping to have it before my Marine son came home so we ordered them weeks before that and he ended up sleeping on an air mattress. They explained with the pandemic it would be delayed to the end of the month at most. Ok so that s understandable but now it s been 3 weeks past even that.I ve called twice (no call from them which would be nice for them to keep customers updated) and the CSR s don t have any updates information. At this point I feel robbed as I m without my money or my furniture.

An experience and oh by the way they have everything.

I have been in this location multiple times and everytime I go I have great experience.

We were taken care of by a top notch sales representative when we first entered the bedroom furniture dept. We ordered our bedroom set through him but later found out all the pieces were not in stock and we have to wait until May for our delivery. A little disappointing but we can wait with no problem. Overall our experience was a very good one.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and did a great job finding what I needed.
The delivery people: one was nice the other taller and in charge person, lacked personality and was very grumpy. But they put together the bed frame and the installation was ok.

She was friendly,knowledgeable,patient with us. We never felt pressured into making a selection and we are extremely happy with our purchases!!! We will be back for sure!!!!

I love the furniture that this store carries, It is too pricey for my taste. I bring my girls here to enjoy Santa's Village and the famous indoor ice rink. They love this place, the rink is very affordable only $5 dollars per rental and you can be in the rink for for no extra charge. The also have the MOM theater with moving chairs which is super cool.

We're very happy with our choice of mattress and service from Kevin in Avon. Delivery was when they said it was going to be and the delivery guys were courteous, prompt and done in no time. Jordan's is usually our first stop when looking for furniture.

We purchased a king mattress. The sleep lab tech used Bridgit to get an idea of the perfect mattress for us. We tried out 3 and decided on one based on many factors. Sales tech was very attentive and all around a most satisfying experience

Haven't shopped there ever. No experience with that. My comment is due to a driver (which is probably an independent contractor).
Truck #449302. I watched you in route 24 north between W. Bridgewater MA up to Brockton. You're extremely dangerous. I saw you cause almost 4 major accidents in that stretch during extreme conditions on 10/29/15. Cutting off cars & other tricks with erratic lane changes. I do hope the right person sees this & brings it to your attention as you are a driving billboard for their company. You give us all a bad name as professional drivers.

Went to see the the Enchanted village and was let down, it was small and not very enchanting. Also the simulated ice was not very appealing. Didn't watch the 4D show because it was sold out but not worth my time driving there. It is basically a gimmick so you can exit through the gift shop.

Everything was great when buying a new mattress. Informative and helpful. The only thing I was surprised at was that I wasn t asked if I wanted to finance it or any other service that Jordans advertises

Had a great experience at Jordans Furniture in Avon I used the Outlet section to save money on a recliner. There was a good selection to chose from the sales person was knowledgeable, helpful & made it simple. Not my first purchase many more to follow

Hate to say it, but it's pleasant to walk through here. Wide variety of products. No low end items. Underpriceing is underwhelming. They had the blueberry muffins from the old Jordan Marsh bakery, outstanding. I've purchased many items from here and will continue to do so. Knowledge of competitions prices is a bonus.

Jordan s Furniture is the best! Gorgeous furniture, great quality and incredible customer service. The delivery staff were awesome, too. My home is filled furniture from Jordan s. I can not say enough about it.

We loved this set at the store. The back was a great height and wide seats. At the store it felt very comfortable. My set comes in and in the first few days i felt the feathers from the down poke us. Everytime we moved we have to pull one out. If my living room is not vaccumed it looks like a chicken coop. Behind and under the sectional has so many feathers. I have had the sectional for 1 1/2 months and have to move it every week to vaccum the feathers from underneath. When i contacted the store, she said we could order an extra bag to go inside the cover to keep the down from coming through, it does not help much. Or we would lose 30% of the purchase price. This is definitely not quality enough for a $3000 set. One of the decorative pillows' zipper became undone.........

Customer service was excellent. Sleep tech took the time to work with me on a new mattress, comparing old purchases with newer models. I will continue to buy my furniture from here in the future.

On hold 2 hours...so far. Gonna wait it out and see how long it takes... Jordan's Furniture wants to sell you a product but they cannot be bothered with your questions.

Great shopping at Jordans! Salespeople were helpful and informative but allowed you browse in peace. I bought a kitchen table set and the delivery was a breeze. I realized morning of delivery that I didn't have pads to put on the legs of chairs, but to my surprise the delivery crew put pads on! Nice extra! Delivery crew was friendly and efficient. All in all a great experience,

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Darlene Miller at the Avon store. She found us the perfect bed - while being sure to stay in our price range and comfort levels - and made the process seamless and enjoyable.
