We had a convertible crib/toddler bed purchased at Jordan's, under 2 years ago. 6 months ago we reached out to purchase parts (our son is growing) and the reason we purchased the $900+ convertible bed as it would stay with him for years .. We were told the company went out of business (clearly not Jordan's fault)
I think the customer service, we received was horrible (from Jordans) It's obviously not our fault either Jordan's picked this line. We feel they don't stand behind what they sell. Didn't over us any solutions, flat out nothing. We would have been better off at the other furniture stores and paid half... Our Theroy was you get what you pay for... We have spend thousands and thousands at Jordan's.. After the way this was handled, we won't step foot in that store, they don't value their customers... Before this I though Jordan's had higher standards, they take your money and don't care what happens after... Sad and horrible business
