I went in to purchase a new mattress and foundation. I had visited the website, so I had an idea. I was asked if I needed help shortly after walking into the sleep lab area and Todd was great. He knew I had looked online a bit, had a certain budget in mind, and needed to test things out in person. He gave helpful information on the options...because these days mattress vary a lot in type, style and cost. He aimed me at a few and offered helpful advice without pressure in anyway. Just a helpful guy who knew his product, how a salesperson really should be. I have shopped multiple times at Jordan's over the years and have always been happy with the service and product

The place is huge. It's much more than a furniture store. They have a winter village, indoor skating (without ice), the MOM ride/movie, the laser show, other attractions and food. There is a lot to do here. Also, they sell furniture.
I love the Enchanted Village. It brings back wonderful childhood memories.
I had an excellent experience at Jordan's Furniture. I went to buy a new mattress and boxspring and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesperson. She tested me for the type of mattress that might be best for me and then directed me to those mattresses. She allowed time for me to decide and was not pushy. The whole experience from start to finish took less than 1/2 hour. My mattress and box spring will be delivered on the date I chose. Can't wait!
I only came here because my family wanted to bring my daughter to the Enchanted Village (a series of Xmas-themes life-sized dioramas populated by creepy 19th century animatronic children).
The experience was fine but the village was quite dated. And the $20+ for a keepsake photo felt unnecessary. Plus, they make you exit through a wandering showroom to make up for the free entry of the Village.
But the furniture selection seemed fine and the smell of popcorn made me consider coming back.

No furniture store in New England comes close to jordans. It's not your typical boring furniture store. The best customer service, the best furniture.

We purchased a couch, chair, coffee and end tables. Helen was a big help. The delivery guys were fantastic and worked quickly.
I typically have had great experiences with Jordans; however I purchased a sofa recliner a little over a year ago; and had to call in for a service with months of getting the furniture into our home. The service people were very nice and helpful; but the issue came back just a couple of months of it being fixed. We tried to just deal with the issue for a while since we were planning our wedding etc. Now when we called the women on the phone was in between rude and helpful. She said that Jordans was not responsible for work over 1 year (even though we have the extended warranty); but would send somone out to take a look at it. I did not appreciate being challenged by an employee, nor was the tone taken appreciated either. I will follow up after the service is completed. Why is a pre-exisiting issue not still cobered...since it was not corrected properly in the 1st place???
My mom and I purchased a daybed. We had a delightful experience from the time we walked through the front door to finalizing the sale with Gary Adelstein. Gary was professional, friendly and full of product knowledge. Looking forward to riding the MOM in November.

Everyone was great. Ice skating, a light shiw and a ton of games. We missed the polar express the wait time was to long. Overall kids had a amazing time.and everything was pretty cheap.

Avon has always been an experience. Great atmosphere and Staff. Wendy Lafrance was the first to bring me around and show me what I was looking for but as an old Commercial stated I had "Analyses Paralysis." I came back an could not find Wendy, she did the initial work but Patricia Warren completed the trans action she started a Bedroom and Living room. She looked me up and made my day by calling me a Jordonite hahaha, because of my purchase history. Both my children are still using previous purchases at there homes and that's why I'm writing this. Not only do you get service from a company that treats there employees right you get furniture that lasts for years. Now all I need is for the Sox to come through.

My husband and I were shopping for two swivel chairs for our living room and our salesperson, Beth, showed us every swivel in the showroom. She was knowledgeable about all the chairs on the floor and very helpful in our decision making process (even in choosing fabric samples). We have bought furniture at Jordan's before and have always had a positive experience. I'm sure this purchase will be equally as positive.

I bought a dining set at Jordan's in Nov. 2017, with 5-year protection plan. Ever since the first delivery, quality issues have been non-stop.
The dining table was replaced 3 times already, the problems included multiple cracks through the wood/paint bubbles/color difference on the tabletop, and a big gap between the leaf and table itself, etc. Again in Feb. 2019 cracks were found on both sides of the table. This time no free replacement, I have to pay the delivery fee and another 5-year protection plan, over $200 in total! Their manufacturer's warranty is only valid for 1 year from the first delivery, the replacement has no full coverage thus the quality is on your own!
Got great service and delivery from the Avon store. The movers were awesome and the salesman in the store wasn't pushy. Worked out well for us!

I recently purchased and had furniture delivered from Jordan's furniture. My experience in the store was wonderful and the scheduling and delivery process was even more amazing. It's so refreshing and impressive to see a large company still have a family touch to ensure great customer service and ensure things go smoothly! I totally appreciated all of the email and phone call reminders giving me every opportunity to cancel and/or reschedule my delivery. Through thorough correspondence my furniture was delivered seamlessly and on time. The two delivery gentlemen were also quick, efficient, careful and professional. This experience came after a week of very bad customer service with some other vendors. The only thing that will make this experience better is if the Red Sox pitch a no-hitter!!!!!! BELIEVE! GO SOX! Very bougie, I went there for counter height stools with my 2yearold and 5yearold the guy that came to help me acted like he had no time for me at all. I wanted to buy stools but did not because i was embarresed. I asked about the sale and he said they were 15% off, great. Then i asked if i could do layaway so i could split the payment in 2, thats when his face changed. He looked up the stools and said they were on back order for 4-7 weeks, bummer. He didnt even give me a chance to think about it or offer to show me anything else. He then looked at me and just said, "ok", like we are done here.To bad, because they have lovely furniture. But, I will not go back......

I purchased all of my furniture for new Real Estate office at Jordan's last week. I worked with Beth Ward and I have to tell you she was awesome! I went in thinking I knew exactly what I was doing, but thank god I worked with Beth. She looked at my layout and pointed out a few problems that I would encounter. Beth came up with an alternative plan, making sure everything fit properly and that the desks that needed a finished back had a finished back. I thought ordering the furniture on line would be the best price, but honestly, it would have been a nightmare! They don't tell you everything online..... They just want your order! Now I have the same pricing as on line and they're going to come and set everything up for me.... (not just drop it at the front door) Beth and I spent 3 hours together and I am very happy with the results.
We love our new entertainment unit. The delivery guys did a good job and made sure the bottom of the furniture was immediately secured with felt to secure our floor. Since I had to hook the TV and accessories back up, we were not able to place the new furniture in its final location. This was explained and discussed with me by the delivery guys and it was ultimately my decision to have them leave it in a temporary location. With hindsight, I think it would have been fine to place the bookshelves and bridge and then i'd only have been only responsible for sliding the tv console into place at the end. I don't say this as a complaint, but in case anyone else reads this and may run into the same conditions.

It is really good place to buy furniture. One can find very good quality products with reasonable price. Service staff are excellent in helping customers. Delivery staff is also provide excellent help and service while loading furniture into trucks. Really very good service.

I love Jordans furniture, almost my House was purchased at Jordans furniture. I love going straight in grabbing my coffee at their coffee bar as you enter they are beautiful store. And if you go straight ahead, they have the clearance section which is fantastic. And the people that work there are awesome My favorite place for furniture. Then I grab a bag of popcorn for my ride home!
