This was not my first experience with Jordan's, and they continue to astound me. Frankly, I would not shop anywhere else. In an age of apathy and rudeness, you can be sure that Customer Service is alive and well at Jordan's. My recent purchase of a new mattress was easy and pleasant. My sleep technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to look up a mattress I purchased at Jordan's many years ago and recommend a comparable selection for me to "test". In just a few minutes, I had found the perfect one. He was also able to give me a recommendation for a new pillow. This led to a very pleasant surprise- the chronic neck soreness/stiffness that I was blaming on my computer work was apparently caused by my old pillow. I feel great now! I am so grateful that I had that conversation with this expert.
And the delivery was fabulous. I was able to get the date I wanted. The day before delivery, I got nervous about my narrow stairs and called Customer Service in a panic to request a split boxspring. They were able to change my order at no extra charge and were gracious about it. Still, I live on the 3rd floor, no elevator and have really twisty stairs, so I was concerned about the delivery. Those delivery men were amazing- true professionals. They calculated every angle and had the old stuff out and the new stuff in within a few minutes. They set it all up carefully for me. I told them how pleasant my Jordan's shopping experience was and they told me what a great company it was to work for. One raved about what a great guy Eliot is. He said that Eliot started in the business as a delivery guy and really understands the job and treats employees with respect.
I really can't say enough positive things about Jordan's. They met my expectations and beyond.
