I was specifically there to shop the outlet and clearance sections. The selection was vast and very good quality. The service was fantastic; I couldn't say enough! The only issue I had was that one of the legs on the couch was twisted a little funny and the inside screw fell into the couch. With a few good shakes, my husband and son were able to get the screw into a corner and slit the underfabric to retrieve it. So all was well...except I have that slice in the underfabric - but nobody will see that! I love the couch and love seat I purchased. Love the color, the pillows that were part of the deal, and the comfort of it all. Perfect!!! I will always shop here!

Great shopping experience but upon delivery they left tags attached to my furniture. Just a little unprofessional to say the least. The savings was definitely worth the trip. Thanks again for the huge bargain on our sectional.

We are long-time, repeat Customers of Jordan's. The Sales Associates are friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. The quality of the products are excellent. The delivery guys are polite and professional. In 16 years we have only needed Customer Service one time and the issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I switched my pieces up and got my dream ser. Many said amlost 5K is too much for a set, but when you work hard you play harder.

The sales people are always patient and helpful. They take time to answer all your questions and never rush you.

Shame on Jordan's Furniture. They sell you furniture and then aggressively suggest you buy their warranty. But when there is an issue it NEVER seems to fit under any category and you're out of luck. Well, I thought my luck would change because my issue fell under the manufacturer's warranty. They repair guy is here right now and says, I can't deem your furniture defective. It's natural wear that the seam is coming undone. Hmmm... I ask, "How can I prevent this from happening again?" Are you ready, "Don't sit on the furniture." Last I checked furniture is meant to be sat on and should last, right?
Shame on Jordan's!

At Christmas they make it very beautiful, the children love it! I recommend it!!

Went for the enchanted village and "mom" although slow lines and they should have put a little more thought into the entertainment and advertising that were going on at the same time while in line for the enchanted village the pics are a bit overpriced and not having an option to order your picture online or at a later date and only able to purchase right their at place is a little disappointing especially for a 1x a year event they go and hold but it's clean staff are well and it really is family enjoyment if you can get past the overcrowding they have going on threw the enchanted village

Workers did a great job. Was upset with the fact that Jordan s furniture did not provide their workers slip resistant shoe coverings upon entering the home during this time of Covid. Had furniture delivered from Macy s who provided what they call white glove service, they provided the workers with mask, gloves and shoe coverings upon entering the home. Was very surprised with Jordan s hoping they change this especially during Covid and people who don t allow shoes on in the home.

I thought Jordan's did a wonderful job. I am very happy with my new bed. And the delivery men had it set-up within 15 minutes! And they were so nice and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Jordan's Furniture to any of my friends. :)

Purchasing mattresses was an experience. We learned alot about how we sleep. They were very knowledgeable. I recommend it.

Large selection of furniture - sofas - reasonably priced. Sales staff very friendly and ready to help but not at all pushy, just helpful. Purchase was easy, although item not in stock so I have to wait for my new sofa, with the email promo of free delivery! Great place to shop for furniture.

We went here for the Christmas Village. Great family day! Pics with Santa, ice skating, food, Polar Express and more! Great for all ages, classic Christmas fun!

Not happy went there to buy a couch I saw online. The guy in the showroom asked me if that was from their website then he sent me back to the outlet store where no one helped me. I was ready to buy a couch but no customer service.

Overall it was a manageable experience as I hate shopping for a mattress.
One really never knows how the different products truly translate into your individual sleeping style and needs. Given my guarded premise, I think we purchased a reasonably good mattress for the price. The sales rep, Jeffrey was patient and did a good job explaining what each product had to offer - or not. The sleep diagnostic tool wasn't really convincing to me. It's hard to believe that the device actually identified my sleeping position needs but it was a fun gimmick none the less. Since this is the third mattress we've purchased from Jordan's in the past twenty five years or so, I've been satisfied as one can be with choosing a mattress there. Which is why we returned again.

I brought my son here because he needed a new mattress. He had no interest in shopping and was overwhelmed by the selection. The sales person Chris was great. She quickly determined what kind of mattress we needed and what our price range was and narrowed it down to 3. Couldn't have been easier and he loves our new purchase!

Just bought a bed there and the experience was excellent. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and not pushy about selling me the bed. Delivery was included in the price and the delivery guys door to door got that bed in the room set up and good to go in ten minutes. Great job! Now go Red Sox.

Tommy Dargin was our salesman and he was fantastic. No high pressure sales- he was very knowledgeable and helpful! Made our couch purchase easy!

We were greeted by Natalie Moniz, a great asset to Jordan's Furniture. I had taken pictures of what we were interested in on my previous visit, so when my husband went in the following week to purchase one chair, we ended up purchasing everything that was on my camera. I sent Natalie the pictures of what we saw the previous week and she followed through. We purchased a sofa and chair, then were interested in another chair to go in the same room, which was quite a test on your team. Natalie asked the manager for assistance because a swatch had been misplaced and knew we needed this swatch to make our decision on this chair. Everyone that was available on the floor was sent to look for the missing fabric. We are very grateful and impressed on the employees that work at Jordans. I have been buying my furniture there for years, many years. I feel the service has reached it best. I also purchased a bureau to finish off my camera roll. The quality and service it what keeps bringing me back to Jordans.

Went to the Christmas village great show they put on good help get there early gets mobbed

I can only base my opinion based on my experiencing The enchanted Village. I have to say though that during the walk through my heart went out to the owners. The disrespect and trash from some of the visitors was appalling. I hope this doesn't discourage them from continueing this tradition.

Good selection and quality furniture. Only knock is the prices are for the 1%.

The salesperson, excuse me, "sleep technician" was great. He didn't pressure us at all. He let us lead the shopping and purchase process. The delivery was good once they got in the house, however, the delivery drivers were harassing with their phone calls. They called my house phone twice and cell phone three times over the span of five minutes. I wasn't able to answer because I was on a business call. They didn't leave a message until the fifth phone call. It was tremendously annoying to have my house phone and cell phone ringing over and over while I was on my business line. I found this to be quite unprofessional. Once the deliver drivers arrived, they were professional while removing my old furniture and delivering my new furniture.

Always a fun place to go. Really knowledgeable sales people and a great sleep lap. They check for contact with the bed to see which one would be right for you

We got a great easy chair and a storage desk for DVD'S etc both pieces very well built and beautiful

Went in to buy a mattress. Talked to a salesman and told him exactly that. I was very pleased that he strove to find me the best mattress for me and not just the most expensive mattress he could sell me. Will definitely be back next time I need furniture.

My sales person was Terri Linden. I had looked on-line extensively before going to Jordan's/Avon so knew what I wanted. Still, Terri was very patient as I decided what color I was going to buy! She explained the TILT on one set vs one without it....the protection plan, delivery, care of leather and how to use it. This was my first at Jordan's but already had the Jordan card so the financial end of it was quick and easy. I was impressed with the knowledge and help Terri gave me.

Suzanne greeted my husband and I in the sofa section to help us narrow down what exactly it was that we needed. She at first showed us the best brand options for us and then explained all the style options each brand offers (which can get overwhelming in the store). She was extremely patient (we had our 5 month old with us) and never once was an overbearing salesperson. Can t wait to get our new couch with pillows and a new chair!!

Fun time at the Lite show at Jordan's. Also, the enchanted village is a must for any family.

My husband and I went to the Avon store to purchase a Tempurpedic mattress. We worked with Chris Netro and it was a perfect shopping experience! Chris suggested the bed type test which was very helpful and confirmed the type we needed. He was warmly professional, and very knowledgable. Great store and great shopping experience!

Ann in the sleep lab was amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable. She took her time with us and found us the perfect mattress to fit both our bodies. Delivery guys were great. We send everyone to Jordan's!!

Went there this past week, bought a mattress, Then headed to the outlet center and ended up buying a, couch, loveseat, and dresser. Well I was having trouble finding someone to assist. So I tracked down this nice lady and she offered to help, She rang me up and gave me the receipt. Well at that time the person who was supposed to be working that section came down, and in front of me told the lady that he should have been paged, and explained to her how to talk to the manager to give him the sale after the fact. I m sure it s a closed floor and they have their own areas but it was awkward and I left not feeling happy with my purchases but I felt bad for the lady who helped me. I ll go back of course because I love their selection and everyone is nice. But this soured my experience a bit.

Jordan's staff is second to none - everyone was so helpful, professional and kind which made the experience of buying my furniture a wonderful one! Terri Linden was excellent with selecting my couch and bedroom set, and Gary Adelstein helped me to select a mattress that is so comfortable and affordable too!! Thank you, Jordan's, for being the best!

Visited on a Presidents day sale. Busiest day off their year apparently. Salespeople were busy but not frantic. They spent quality time with each patron.

We have purchased several furniture items from Jordan's. The best selection quality and price. The delivery teams are always excellent too. One time and quick to set up the furniture. They take all the trash - over all great experience every time!

Quality is probably better but after looking at mattress here we high tailed it to Ikea for something more affordable

Okay service in store, but after purchase the delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no real reason. When contacted customer service I m told it should be ready soon, but then get an email update later that says it s delayed with no other detail. Super frustrating- save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The furniture is nice (not top of the line) , however the customer service is extremely poor . I m not sure if my husband and I were ill-treated because we re not white or if they behave that way with most customers...but it doesn t seem that way according to the reviews. We considered purchasing a few pieces from here as we just moved and are in the process of a complete refurnish...but after the poor service (for whatever reason) we will not spend a dime here. A woman that works there pushed her way past my husband when he was standing next to a couch, instead of simply saying excuse me. I ve never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life...absolutely shameful.

We bought a mattress online. That was a big mistake. We went to see Chris in the sleep lab. He fit us to a mattress in our price range. He was very patient, no pressure, answered all our questions while we tried several products for comparison. The delivery went exactly as planned. Great communication from J.F. I highly recommend them.

We haven't received our items yet but we have been long time customers and we know we will be please. We can however comment on the the top notch service we received from the sales person. In a world of less than qualified sales people trying to help consumers navigate through the numerous choices we have as consumers, Jason Miller was a breath of fresh air. Jason helped draw out from us exactly what we were looking to achieve in our home. He spent plenty of time with us, we never felt rushed and he it was clear that he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. He mishmashed several sets together in ways we never would have tried and ultimately accomplished just what we wanted. All the while our three children ran around interrupting us and Jason never flinched. Hats of to a true professional. Jordans is lucky to have you.

I was seeking to furnish my new apartment in Cambridge, MA, and I fortunately stumbled upon Jordan s (originally planning to shop at IKEA). I mainly shopped in the clearance section of the store and purchased a new mattress from the sleep lab. I was helped by Ms. Kristin Russell who did an outstanding job of showing my parents and me around the store and suggesting high-quality furniture. I was impressed by hat quality and durability of the furniture, though I will admit that it was pricier than IKEA. In any case, you really get what you pay for. I look forward to using my new furniture and having it last for another 10 years!

Big surprise when after being a loyal customer for years, they would not honor my insurance claim when asked.

I was helped by a salesman named Christopher O., and he was awesome! I explained what I was looking for and my budget and he showed me several options. He answered all of my questions and was so pleasant while doing so. And he wasn t pushy or trying to get me to spend more, which I greatly appreciated! I have purchased furniture at Jordan s in the past and love the quality and style but this time I not only got a great piece of furniture, I also had a great experience with their salesman. Prepared myself online..pretty much knew what I wanted. Kathy, the Jordan rep. was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and no pushing of items I neither wanted nor needed. All my questions were answered and I was out of there in 20 minutes!! Looking forward to getting my new bed!

I was looking for a sectional for my basement family room so I went to the "Clearance Center" in Avon with 2 of my adult children. We saw a sectional just as we walked in that all three of us liked. After viewing everything else available on the floor, we kept going back to the one we saw when walked in the door. I happened to ask a salesperson for a tape measure and he turned out to be very friendly and helpful but not pushy. After determining that the sectional would fit perfectly (it's quite large) in the space, the salesman informed us, much to my surprise since we were shopping the outlet, we would actually be getting a brand new piece of furniture and not the display. He recomended, but did not push us on the "protection plan". I usually stay away from these but it turned out to be a very worthwhile deal so I purchased it. He set up delivery for 2 days later. Delivery was right on time and the guys did a great job placing the furniture and setting it up. Overall it was a great experience and although I spent a little more than I originally budgeted for, I got a good quality piece of furniture at a terrific price and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. I would definately shop there again.

I shopped at the Avon store. The staff, especially Wendy, were fantastic! I actually changed my mind on a bureau and went back the next day and cancelled the one I originally ordered and got a different one. As far as Wendy was concerned it was only a few clicks on the computer to change the order. Thank you so much! And the delivery folks were amazing. Great experience!

Our first time in the Avon store - bought my first kitchen set in 1983 at Jordan's on Moody Street in Waltham and Eliot was there - and we still have the kitchen set! Same excellent quality and service in our new reclining loveseat and everything else we've purchased at any Jordan's Furniture store in the past 30 years. Now we have to try the M.O.M......thank you, Jordan's Furniture!!!

I went to purchase a new bed and frame on 11/11 and was helped by Ellen in the sleep lab. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me options. I then went to the upstairs bed area to look at a few different frames and found one that I liked. Ellen helped me to get a bed and Greg helped me with the frame upstairs. I had a delivery set up for 11/25 and was called twice to remind me and once with a more definitive timeline of 7:00-10:00am that Saturday. I received a call from the delivery team at 7:09 that they would be arriving within 30 minutes and they arrived at my house by 7:20. The bed was all set up and the delivery team was gone by 7:40! The bed is just what I was looking for and is so comfortable, I never want to get out of it! I would highly recommend going to Jordan's!

So far so good. Paul Halter was very helpful and informative. So much to pick from! The furniture is ordered, now we wait for the "call" for delivery. I'll be back to review that once it happens.

We just relocated from Florida and needed furniture. My daughter in law suggested IKEA, but my husband wanted to try Jordans as he saw a sale being advertised. My thought was that Jordans would be more expensive than what we wanted to pay but I went along with Steve's suggestion. I am happy that I did. We got furniture that we loved, all high quality and the price was competitive to other furniture stores and websites that I visited. In other words, Jordans seems to cater to people of all walks of life. If you are looking for extremely inexpensive furniture, Jordans is not the place. If you are looking for quality furniture at a discount, you can find it at Jordans. We are extremely happy with the product and with Wendy Lafrance, who made our shopping experience quick and easy and pleasant (that's how we like to shop).

Went looking for a king size bed. With Danny's help we found just what we wanted. Went upstairs to check out head boards/footboards. Derrick took great care of us there and we were in and out in less than an hour. Your delivery people were prompt, courteous, went about setting up the bed and were in and out in less than half an hour.

We've purchased two sofas here in the past year plus a bed and a few chairs. I won't go anywhere else. Have gotten great service from Joe (I think it is Joe - very Italian, very well spoken.) I don't ever feel pressured, salesman spent a lot of time with us and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. Furniture is always top quality. Delivery is a snap, they have a great multi-channel notification system (email, phone) and they came on time, finished fast, and were pleasant. I won't buy furniture anywhere else, even if it is cheaper. You get what you pay for.
