We were shopping for a queen size mattress and split box spring. We were assisted by sales Rep John Harding. We chose our product, paid for it and were given a delivery date of 8/11/20. We received a call prior to this telling us there would be a delay in shipping possibly up to a month. We immediately went back to the Avon store to inquire about this. John explained the shortage of material in the manufacturing process due to covid 19. We most certainly expressed our displeasure about this and John did his best to accommodate us with comparable products. I can only hope I am as professional as he was with my customers when they are unhappy. It was by sheer luck that he found comparable products available for the same shipping date. If he hadn't, we would have still been disappointed but would have had to acknowledge that John put in his best effort to accommodate us. The delivery guys did an amazing job. Our house is very small and the stairway they had to go up very narrow and they were very quick and efficient.
