We purchased a mattress at Jordan's. We were greeted by a salesman in a lab coat. Hoeky gimmick. We were given a 'diagnostic test' and asked lots of questions as to our sleep habits.which helped to narrow down the type of mattress would be best for us. They have an amazing number of mattresses and it was great to be able to compare. He was extremely knowledgeable. We choose one but it was at a higher price point than we wanted and let the salesman know. We got a quote and called back the next day to inquire about a Jordan's brand, which we heard about from a friend, which was so similar and was $400 less. The salesman said he had thought about showing it to us after we left. Hmmm. We went back to compare the two and found no discernable difference so we purchased the lower priced mattress. We felt deceived. We are awaiting delivery.

Ps. We are happy with the mattress though we never heard back from the salesman which would have been good customer service with such a large purchase. Moral of the story.. have a budget, stick to it and make them show you ALL options including the Jordans brand.
