I love this store.. All our furniture needs, come from Jordan Furniture. We love the Bench, and as Eliot said move. We brought a bed frame that moves. The best thing we could have ever done.. helps with sinus and sleep more comfortable. The Sales associates were Fantastic, and the Delivery Men were wonderful.. Thank you.. Jordan's furniture

Ok, the show and Xmas show could use improvement. Light show theater dirty and seats uncomfortable. 4d polar show to short for the price.

They have what you need for furniture but I was looking for a lazy boy recliner

Shopped for kitchen counter stools. Everything seemed overpriced and found surprisingly few things we liked for the size of the place. They do have a clearance section, which is hit or miss. We missed.

It's called colossal for a reason: It's a colossal waste of time. Looking for bargains? Look elsewhere.

Purchased a mattress for my mother....sales person was very knowledgeable and the pric was just right-the follow up and delivery went flawlessly. Great experience.

The Christmas activities are awesome! Nice furniture too...and of course they MAKE you walk back through the whole store after you do the Christmas stuff...exactly what you might expect. "Exit through the gift shop". Really nice though.

Great experience getting help in the showroom, and great experience with home delivery. Would recommend this furniture and all their services. You get the quality that you pay for.

We bought a bed in Avon. The salesman was knowledgable. Delivery drivers were very professional and fast. No problems, in and out quick and easy. I appreciate that very much. All in all the experience was good. I'd go back again.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the delivery experience. The salesperson was attentive, patient, and informative regarding our purchase. The delivery personnel were outstanding, They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Thank you for making the furniture shopping experience less stressful.

Nice place to shop. Sales people don't bother you but are helpful with any questions you may have.

The village and other amenities are great, our grandkids loved it. The negative is that they shamelessly exit you upstairs through most of the showroom. The manipulation of the exit path is so obvious Jordan's should be embarassed! It outweighs the goodwill of maintaining the enchanted village. Truly transparent and shameful!

I came in to the Clearance Center in Avon to take a look before going up to the store. I found, to my delight, a couch, recliner and chairs. You even deliver! Who could ask for more. The quality was excellent, the sales staff helpful and experience was rewarding. I managed to spend half of my budget and was delighted. Thanks!!!

An easy purchase, great delivery no problems. Only wish we knew about the Red Sox no hitter free furniture. We would have waited a week.

Along with the assistance of a knowledgable salesperson, we were able to furnish our living room space in one hour. She knew her merchandise, matched fabrics and gave us great advice. A most pleasant experience!

Quite a drive from home but we love the occasion of seeing the holiday attractions at the Avon store. And the blueberry muffins.

Fair warning after you've been through the enchanted village, done the "ice" skating, raced reindeer, seen the LITE show and the polar express you have to wind your way through the entire store to get back to the entrance. Still there is lots of nice furniture to try out along the way so this can be fun too, unless you are on the ragged edge of exhaustion!

After visiting and calling multiple Jordan s in different locations, no one was able to help us with a store credit issue that we had. Finally we called the Jordan s in Avon and were put in contact with Jared who was EXTREMELY helpful, informative and patient. He did his best to help us over the phone, but after exchanging a few phone calls, we came to the conclusion that the only way to resolve our issue was to come into the store. He instructed us to ask for him personally once we got there so that he would be able to help us and indeed he did. With his help, my boyfriend and I were able to purchase a beautiful new bed set with our store credit. Thank You, Jared. You were fantastic. Will definitely be coming to the Jordan s in Avon from now on.

Great place & nice selection of furniture. Staff was friendly & helpful! Colossal Clearance section was big too with great deals.

We knew what we wanted, and were not pestered by salespeople as we looked. When we needed help, our salesman, Dean, was a real pro. He answered our questions, wrote us up, and we were out in no time!

We bought a bed and Kathleen Sullivan-Lydon helped us and she was incredible. She left us alone to let us look and when we were ready, she was a huge help. We haven't gotten the bed yet, but hopefully that will be just as rewarding as the purchase

We shop here often and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The volume of furniture style and selection to pick from is outstanding. It can be pricey but the quality is excellent. We have a dining room set from Jordan s that is over 20 years old and it still looks new. They also deliver and set up for you which is very nice especially with large pieces.

We love the Enchanted village at Jordans furniture. It's free to get in and the activities at the end of the village are great prices. The kids especially love it when it snows. The line can get pretty long, go earlier in December or late November if possible.

We bought a new bed. Our salesperson was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Delivery was quick. They kept us informed about delivery time and called a half hour before arrival. Delivery men were very nice. All in all, a great experience. Go Red Sox.

excellent place to visit to go have fun to bring the family but I don't recommend the furniture it all looks the same it's all way way way overpriced Chinese junk

We have bought several pieces of furniture at Jordan s over the past few months and every time we visited the store we were impressed with the staff. They are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable which made the experience so nice.
The delivery of the furniture was amazing. Every effort was made to be careful not to damage anything and also every piece of furniture was fitted with an abundance of felt pads to protect our floors.
And of course, the furniture is beautiful.
Jordan s is our new Go To place for furnishings.

Well I just went here to look around for options on furniture for our new apartment, they had good living room selections, great fabric variety, and we had the pleasure of being helped by an associate names Caroline. Nice blonde lady on the second level. Super patient, and wasn't pushy at all .She gave us great suggestions and asked all the right questions to help us determine what we really needed. My husband is so so indecisive and my toddler can be whiny but she was so nice, very helpful, I recommend her if you are going into this Jordans .

Just an amazing furniture store. My Jordan's Associate Daniel Camara was excellent.....very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and assisted me with my bedroom selection. I highly recommend Jordan's for all one's furniture needs!!!!
Additional KUDOS!!!! Furniture was delivered on the exact date and notification time.....Marco and Josh requested I show them the locations where each piece was to be placed and they proceeded to bring furniture inside. Both these gentlemen were courteous, professional, cleaned up any debris protecting the pieces, had me approve the move/locations......they are both a credit to how Jordan's Furniture appreciates one's business!!!!!

David McCarthy is the best salesperson in the store. He is experienced, patient, and he gives great advice. He was supposed to be off at 8pm but was helping us until 9:30pm. He has good memories as we go back to the store a week later and he still remembers the furnitures we want. Definitely recommend him if you are looking for a good salesperson!!

How do they do that?

This is a huge store. The discount warehouse on the bottom floor has some bargains. This has many different types of furniture and the sales associates are helpful and not that pushy.

Great store salespeople are very helpful but not over bearing.

We went to Jordan's Sleep Lab and received quality service in selecting the bed that is good for us. The sales associate, Mike, did a great job and didn't pressure us into selecting any particular bed, but the one that felt right. He gave us all the time we needed and reminded us of the payment options as well as the possibility of getting our bed for free. Go Red Sox!

As a real estate professional I value a good sales experience. Our salesperson was Michael Dolan and he was great. Very helpful, not at pushy. We took our time to look around and curl up on numerous beds to make sure we picked the right mattress and came to the realization that what we wanted we needed would require buying upwards in price. Fortunately there was a bed that was on sale that was a good compromise on price and comfort.

Went to purchase a living room furniture , I was very happy with the selection and salesman who assist me. Eugene was very helpful and patient with me as I went from one floor to another. He helped match each piece and gathered pillows and sample swatches. Very grateful for his help and patience. Everything is perfect.

We just bought a Beautyrest mattress set and a new bed frame...both were delivered in 5 days! I love our new bed, my sleep is already 100% better and we both are practically jumping out of bed because we're not waking up in pain. SO happy!

Jordan's is such an icon, hosting the enchanted village from Jordan Marsh's windows back in the day. The iconic muffins are amazing, and the polar express ride is Christmas in a nutshell.

The spacing for the furniture displays is a little claustrophobic, compared to the Natick one, but this place is unique in their discounted furniture section.

Only go for holidays, out of my league for furniture

Never any pushy Sales People. It is a pleasure to shop at your Avon store. The only place we buy furniture.

You will find no deals here. Everything starts looking the same after a few minutes .

From the moment we began to discuss beds w/DARLENE MILLER until the final delivery truck departed my house, Jordan's did an excellent job.

Darlene steered me toward the perfect bed based on my budget and needs. She did it w/a great attitude and efficiency. I am very satisfied w/the bed I purchased.

I made a stupid mistake, ordering a queen when I should have ordered a full size. No problem! Your delivery men were understanding and told me your customer service would be in touch when the store opened.

Customer Service called at 10:10 and made the exchange simple and even..pleasant. I wish I could remember yr very nice CS rep. Amy?

The entire Jordan experience was nothing short of WONDERFUL. Darlene was a delight, CS was super and yr delivery men were so pleasant and efficient in setting up my new bed (I have to contrast them w/the Sears delivery people bringing me a washer recently. That was NOT a happy experience--and the men didn't seem to care)

You obviously take good care of yr employees...and it shows.

This was my first time ever shopping at Jordan's and I had great customer service very polite and friendly. I new what I wanted and what I was looking for, the sale person was excellent ! I brought a mattress a week ago and going to Jordan's was the best decision.

We went in to look for a bed, and he found one that fit us perfectly, and than followed up to make sure everything came well, and that we loved it, etc. He didn't pressure us to buy something, or a certain price, he let us tell him what we wanted and price range and he helped us find one that fit that. Would recommend this location and Kevin!

Was happy when Jordan's reopened. I was in need of a new sectional my daughter was looking to purchase one as well. The delivery men were fantastic...they were 15 minutes ahead of scheduled delivery time. They were efficient, quick to do their job and a very pleasant experience.. shopped at Jordan s many times...never had a problem with furniture or delivery.

I am a long time customer and fan of Jordan's Furniture . The five star review is for my most recent purchases, customer service, and most importantly, the delivery teams. Two weeks ago I visited the sleep lab after doing my homework on what Jordan's offers. I met BridgeIT and Jeffrey, my sales team member. He was great and chose one of the Prana Collection. It has made a big difference in my sleep comfort. One week ago I purchased a credenza, after doing my homework since Jordan's selection is so vast. I was pleased to find a large assortment of 12'' deep credenzas. Customer service rep looked up the SKU and was able to give me the exact room the item was in which saved me time. The sales team member also was helpful with the purchase. Quality is a Jordan's standard. My entire home is furnished with Jordan's furniture as far back as 1999. Delivery is the highlight of my Jordan's experiences. They get it right every time and the delivery teams are the best.

I went to Jordan's knowing exactly what I wanted in a 5 piece counter height dining set. I found it in discount furniture, but was able to order a perfect set and still get the sale price. The 15% coupon I had just received was processed as well. I had the perfect set, delivered and assembled, 4 days later! What's not to love?

I bought a pillow from their sleep warehouse and I absolutely love it. I will be returning for more!

I like almost everything about Jordan s, sales team was great. What I don t like is my warranty claim which was approved six months ago taking so long to make it to Jordan s. They told me it takes them that long for it to arrive to them. Right. Imagine you own a company and you have 10,000 warranty claims. If you make them wait as long as possible what percentage of those people die? Or move? Or simply forget? Apparently enough that it s worth being unethical. Without condoning or condemning, I understand. Three stars. Lol
