Although we had a very informative living room sectional salesman, I felt that in the interest of full disclosure, details in regards to the warranty were severely lacking. A few hundred dollars later, I found out that the terrific 5-year warranty was not part of the purchase price - but was added on to the total bill.
Call me naive but I did not realize that the warranty was a significant add-on price until reading it on the invoice at home. Never was it mentioned that this was at an additional cost.
