PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!!! They will take your money no matter how bad you are injured. This place is a ripoff! They took most of my settlement, let medicare pay my medical bills, took money for hidden fees and tried to lie and cheat me out of the few bucks I had left. You have to settle your own personal property claim and handle all the preliminaries yourself. They sued two insurance companies on my behalf but I only received compensation from one. They refused to tell me anything about the second settlement. I had to threaten to go to the Bar association and the local news media to get the few pennies I received from them. John Foy has to know this is going on under his name. I have filed a complaint against him and his firm and I urge you all to do the same. He is definitely "The Strong Arm" against his own clients!
