It's sad to say that I was not treated fairly by this firm. My case was neglected, they did not take the time out to collect any kind of evidence.i was sent to a dr. By one of the paralegals and the file was not touched untill the dr. Finished treating me and he sent them the bill, which was an attorney Lien. That is when I finally heard from someone after months of leaving messages with no response back. They call to tell me that they wasent going to represent me anymore, why because they did not do their job and the company denied my claim and they did nothing to help me. I regret contacting office very terrible service for me, but I am moving on still hurting from my injury. Surely would not recommend, and I never talked to John Foy never met them face to face, no one came to see me, but yet they were hired and papers were signed. Be careful.
