Worst law firm I ve ever dealt with I have to email my attorney at least 5 times I asked to just settle my case because I heard they were very slow and truth be told Everyone was right my attorney was ready to curse me out because I told the front desk I rarely hear from my attorney about my case every time I talk to her she say she will get back with the final numbers but the numbers never change I hate I wasted my time here and will never ever ever go back all these comments must be fake because this law firm sucks!!!

I spoke to John personally after leaving another firm that would not even return phone calls and he promised to personally handle my case. He immediately passed it off to someone who didn't respond short of 3 class ans at least 2 emails. If your firm is handling that many cases, hire mire attorneys so you have the ability to meet the demands of your cases. Would not recommend this firm.

I was struck by a car on my son's birthday and John foy and associates help me get back on my feet. My lawyer Ms Patti Kim was was courteous and professional and Ms Patti help me thru this hard time in my life Ms Patti got me my check and help me get back on track. My name is Russell Turner, and Ms. Maya Woods, and her assistant Erica Bailey was superb in how they handle my case at John Foy. Coming to your company I was very disappointed at the level of service I had received from another company.

Let me briefly explain the service that was rendered by Ms. Woods, and Ms. Bailey. After being rejected from the prior company, they gave me hope again. Being medically at a disadvantage they created a sense of completion. I was just about to give up when these two individuals reminded me that my situation was worth the time to continue fighting.

John Foy hired to of the best workers as far as I m concerned. Let me first explain the service that was rendered by Ms. Bailey: she followed up on everything that I need to make my background acceptable for the attorney to be able to understand what I needed without ever seeing her directly. Speaking with her on many occasions allowed us to gather all the information in a timely manner for the attorney to prepare my case. I feel that Ms. Bailey should be commended for her expertise in the way she devoted her time to my case.

Now, I must say that Ms Wood was the best attorney that I have ever had when it comes to working a case, especially my disability case. On the first time that her and I spoke she made me comfortable. For me to had just came from another firm, she assured me that she was here for me and that she was going to be
able to help me resolve my issues at Social Security. And as she began to search through my paperwork, she found things that need more clarification, and she attacked it head on. So, for that reason I think that she as well deserve the most highest recognition, for her professionalism and great value to John Foy and company.

And just to make mention that as of today, I still haven t received a judgement on my case. But I feel that their work needs to be highly rewarded.

John Foy is a Capitolist Pig Maggot ! They took my case and then they couldn't get the money they wanted out of the deal so they dropped my case and left me to fend for myself. Now I'm in a huge mess. Simply the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. Patty Kim disappeared after the first conversation. Would not return my calls. They are incompetent, very confusing. Amit was supposed to email me my 4 different ways to handle my case. It never happened. Not to mention shouldn't the attorney no the best solution ? Not John Foy's legal team. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPETENT, CONFUSED LAW FIRM ! WHO IN THE HELL KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY CASE !

By far the most incompetent law firm in GA. Hired them October 5th 2017 and still can t get my lawyer to call me back or send me the paperwork requested over a month ago.

Horrible service..you're basically at the mercy of whoever you are suing because John foy will accept whatever they offer and refuse to take them to court. Aside from that communication with Mr. George French has been terrible he never answers the phone or returns calls. The only time I ever heard from him was to try and get me to accept the small amount I was being offered. No integrity whatsoever as a man or a lawyer. I wouldn't recommend going with these guys

Mr Patel & Mrs Chapman went above and beyond the call of duty for me . They answered every phone call , email , text or concern that I had throughout my process . Many people think it s easy and like tv but my case took a year but every moment was worth it . I settled Thank you guys so much .

I really wish we would have went somewhere else. This has been a horrible experience. The paralegal read the case wrong, the lawyers lied and said my sons insurance company put him at fault, when in fact I have paperwork saying different. My son could have died that day when he wrecked and had to kick himself out of a burning car. I wouldn't advise anyone to go here.

Do not use this company! They steal your money!! I've been dealing with them and their awful lawyer they appointed me for 4 years. I have been fighting for months to get my case file and the rest of my settlement money from them which they refuse to give me. They work with the insurance company to low ball you in the end. They lie and say you have to pay your medical bills out of your settlement money when the insurance of the person who causes the accident covers it. They try to work your medical bills down so they can maintain a good rapport with the insurance company for future cases. They send you a small portion of your settlement, pocket the rest of the settlement and then forward the bills to the insurance to be paid. Complete Fraud!! Don't go to the bar they won't help!!

Where do I start with this law firm!! First let me put this horrible attorney by the name of SABRINA GILLANI.....She's very horrible, doesn't get you all your money and she is not on your side!! She will work with the insurance company just to get you whatever.....She does not communicate with you after you have settled out..I'm still waiting on my check after 5 months, been calling the law firm nobody will speak with you, not even John Foy I have left him 2 messages (that was a month ago) still haven't reached back out to me. He call his law firm the strong arm...Ha! The weak arm...Horrible!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM VERY HORRIBLE!!!!!! I need my check and Sabrina can't even tell me where it is...Just LIES! Wow... Where to begin. It all started when I was in an rear end accident and I was left in pain. I really didn t know what to do but I knew that I was in so much pain the next morning that I had to do something. Contrary to what they may portray in their advertising, I do not recommend this firm! Initially, they were very proactive, but once the settlement agreement was signed, no phone calls or messages were returned. If you check the reviews on various sites, you will notice this as a recurring theme. I will have to take my issue up with the state bar association in order to get it resolved. Be forewarned.

What "this really about" is that is shouldn't take an unflattering Google review to receive a call from your firm! Furthermore, you have some nerve lecturing someone about "availability" for one call, when you have taken NO action or extended the professional courtesy of returning a call over the past several weeks. Thus, what this is "really about" is poor customer service. Hopefully, that is now crystal clear. I received a check -- true. I picked it up -- true. There is an outstanding component -- true. It is also true that as a client, if I have a question about the accounting and details of that outstanding component, I shouldn't have to employ Google reviews as the principal mechanism for my inquiry -- since my phone calls have not gotten returned. I will place another call/send an email tomorrow to my attorney, and I will wait a reasonable amount of time for a response. If that doesn't happen, see you on Google reviews. Have a nice day.

I was pleased with my settlement and the communication between my attorney and my parents.

I ve had a terrible experience with this firm ,my so called attorney Kevin McDonald just doesn t care he never returns calls and I never knew what was going on with my case, I felt I was brushed off ,my the attorney and he acted like my case wasn t worth his time , I call the firm no one wants to assist and even supervisors don t call back!!! I really dislike how I ve been treated, I wonder does Mr Foy knows how some of the cases that come through are treated or does he care? So disappointed!

Not all bills were paid after my accident and wasn't even made aware of it a bill that they didn't include even though they received the bill for it and they themselves requested it from the medical company.

I wasnt made aware of the bill until I saw it on my credit report.

I called several times and was made to leave messages and never got a call back until I posted a negative review about the incident and recieved a call to see what happened with that bill.

Well i was told unfortunately it was not paid by them for whatever reason.

But they could have had They decency to actually tell me before it went to collection and placed on my credit report. I had to pay that bill out of pocket back then I would have paid out of the settlement, no problem at all but this was 5 years ago! And now that iam passing though difficult times this comes up! And trying to get a home loan this comes up!!!!!

I ended up setting up payments for a $800 dollar bill that should have been paid 5 years ago.

Will not confide with this office at all again.

I was involved in a DUI hit and run. Luckily I was able to track down the driver and he was arrested. However his insurance company did not seem to care and wanted to treat this as any other accident. That's when I decided to call the strong arm, John Foy and Associates. They were able to secure me just compensation for my injuries and property damage and I could not be happier. My attorney, Nica Tallman was professional and worked hard for me. Every time we talked it seemed the compensation went up. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call the attorneys at John Foy and Associates. I suffered a serious injury March 8 2018 the company's TPA accepted liability and i was brushed off with a ridicules response as to why they were not interested in my case. The person named Carmen who represents the Foy group said something to the effect that the bar stool that splintered was owned for too long. In the information PDF file I sent the recite clearly showed the stools were not even one year old. And the company who sold the stools accepted liability because other folks who purchased the same bar stool expressed concern about safety. However no one was injured so they did not recall the stools. The TPA also offered a full refund. I just have to say the John Foy & Associates wasted my time and the excuse they told their employee followed no healthy logic.

Once again my experience with John joy and associates left me overwhelmed with happiness over the results. Ms. Jackson and Attorney N.Tallman both were nothing but professional and communicated with me every step of the way fighting for the maximum amount available. This firm doesn t try they are in a rush to get your case out the way. My lawyer Linda Allen didn t fight for me just always told me what she couldn t do, so I just took what she offered and will never use this firm again.

I was recently. Represented by william green and the foy firm i had to send medical bills to them and still charged for obtaining them. Once they recieved their cut of my settlement they didnt make much effort to finish my case. I. Have been lied to numerous times and i feel like they were paid way to much. For me to have to provide bills to them and i should be lied to about anything and just because they have recieved payment doesnt mean they are done with the. Case. Very dis satisfied. I was indeed lied to about whe n final demand letter was requested. Cms told me it was requested on the 29th which is the same day i took my concerns to mr green. Called for a young man that was in an accident that had no clue of what to do simply because he was young and from Fla. They went to his hotel and from what I heard they were very caring and took great care of him.

My mother was involved in a near fatal crash January 5, 2016. Her attorney and Legal Assistant were Joi Reed and Laura Heatherington.

I would not recommend this firm. Linda Allen is very nasty. I requested to have John Foy to call me due other attitude and she basically told me he was untouchable and did not speak with clients. She had the office manager to call my wife and I and she was ghetto. After my wife voiced her opinion and advised she was contacting the GA State bar, we then received a termination letter.

A couple days later, we received a email from John Foy welcoming us to his firm and saying it was nice to have met us. Needless to say, it was a computer generated letter.

Its really terrible that a firm would take you through so much and they were only our lawyers for a couple of hours
