After almost 2 years juggling with my case.... got the pity money cash while the lawyer got compensated for Doing Nothing!!! . Erin Sussman worked my case then she left without finish it. Duncan Harle came along ... only got me a generous $500 out his pocket to rushed me to sign settlement . Never ever again John Foy or Calvin Smith or Morgan & Morgan.... they only get interested or work cases where they can get over $10,000 or more !!! Well on my case my lawyer got over $10.000 For just representing me BUT nothing else.... like really he was working for the people who crashed me .
