At first everything seemed to be okay! Now I am very discouraged and feel that I chose the wrong law firm to represent me. The only thing that was good was the communication! We were assigned someone who I assumed was an attorney and she's a. inexperienced paralegal.... I didn't know that or else I would have asked for a real attorney at law! Not so sure that would have even made a difference. I wish I would have read more of the bad reviews. Some of these reviews must be fake!!! I wish to give 0stars and I'm recommending no one allow this firm to represent! You are better off coming out directly with the other insurance company. John Foy &Associates have a history of not paying bills as well so be careful !RUN they will STRONG ARM the hell out of you and your settlement! For the person that responds to the reviews you can keep your review response unless you have more compensation for me ! You are not the owner and probably will not be helpful! This is the reason why people have no faith in attorneys /Lawyers i feel LIARS in this case. The paralegal got really nasty with me when I asked her two questions about the settlement on my case. As if they were not relevant questions but they were! Just don't even waste your time and go elsewhere!!!!
