To simply explain my experience with John Foy & Associates. First of All, My case began a couple of days after the Christmas holidays' 2012. This was very devastating for me and my Family. On, Dec. 24, 2012 is when an out of stateTruck Driver backed into my car without watching what he was doing. My Husband was also in the car with me, we both were at our work area that evening. He broke my right hand and dislocated my back. My husband was also injured. We called John Foy & Associates Law Firm were they immediately had a representative come out to our home. The gentleman was very professional and took all our information. Right away, I was assigned an Attorney, He and his staff was extremely qualified and dependable! The Paralegal called to see how we were doing everyday ,if not every other day. I really loved knowing how much they cared about me by calling and being very personable in that manner. Shortly after months into the case my husband was compensated very quickly and very generously of an amount over $40,000 ,and we both were grateful and appreciative of how professional everything went. Sadly, after that happen with my husband settling. I still had severe pain still going on with my hand and back, so I couldn't settle my end. I went months then some years. I was extremely happy when we got a chance to know one another, He was always a very Professional Attorney, He and I went through my case thoroughly to get familiar with everything that had taken place thus far in a short period of time. Trip was always helpful to telling me the brutal truth and explaining several things about my case that I didn't know. Finally, after 3 1/2 years rolled around and going back and forth with the Insurance Company. We surprisingly settled my case. This is when Mr. John Foy and Mr. Charles E. Johnson along with Mrs. Keresa Taylor"assistance proved that they were the Highest qualified Law Firm in Georgia. They settled my case and I was happily awarded over $180,000.
