If you're going in to this dealership, ask for Wayne Riley. He's the tall-as-a-tree transplant from Jackson, Mississippi. I told him exactly what I wanted, he found it, and I bought it. I REALLY appreciate not being pressured to buy something more expensive than what I wanted. If he had done that, I would have walked out and gone to another dealership. Obviously, he wants to find the exact right car for you. Nice!

He was extremely helpful from the the moment I came in the door. He took his time to give me a thorough tour of a few models and we test drove the cars. He knows everything there is to know about Honda's and provided me with all the information and answers I needed.

I have been a customer of John Eagle Honda for over 25 years. I have bought 5 new cars from John Eagle since I moved to the Dallas area. I have always received excellent A-1 service whenever I take my car in for service. The staff is very friendly and approachable. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I am an Eagle for life.

Nothing but problems here. Found a listing for a 2020 honda civic online and made an appointment to come in. Arrived to the dealership and was eventually greeted by my salesman Preston. For the encounter he was respectful and we came to a deal. Was taken over to the finance office and C. Dwain the Finance manager had put together my deal. He had at this point already drawn up my sales contract and all the paperwork with an Extended warranty, Gap insurance, Maintenance plan, and nitrogen tires, and kahu theft prevention. He did manage to talk me into all the items and i signed the contract and left with my car. A few days later i did some research into the maintenance plan and gap and found that I could get better deals elsewhere so I called and cancelled both gap and the maintenance plan. This was April 28th. Today is June 23rd and all the communication I have received on this is one short phone call and a single sentence email. I've tried calling a few times and at this point it seems they are ducking my calls. Will update as necessary.

Obviously not using my real name here, but I just bought a car at JE Honda with the help of their salesperson, Ann Stone. I just can't recommend her enough. I was recovering from a horrible experience with Toyota of Richardson's sales team, so when I met Ann, I was skeptical. Not anymore. She is friendly, helpful, and genuine. Best of all, she isn't like the shady vultures you get at other shady dealerships. Outstanding work, Ann! I love my new car, and you made it all possible! Thank you!!!

Dwayne one of the sales managers up here was by far the most disrespectful person I ve dealt with at a car dealership. He lost his temper for no reason very quickly when I told him the numbers were way off where we needed to be. I ve never encountered someone treating me and my mom the way he did. I will not ever purchase a vehicle from them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with them. I took my car here for service (dead animal smell that ended up just being an old grocery bag hidden my trunk - long story, anyways...) they were great. They serviced it for free and cleaned my car for me. Jose was who helped me and he was terrific, great customer service. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any other Honda dealerships in the DFW metroplex.

This review is for the service department.

My car (bought from John Eagle) was apart of the airbag recall so I took it in to have it checked out and chose to get an oil change while I was at it. When the time came that I needed another oil change, I realized my hood latch was broken. Being the last people to touch my car and seeing as they gave me an entire report of all the things they wanted to over charge me to fix while I was there, I figured surely they noticed they broke the hood latch.

I spoke to one service technician who told me that it was not their fault and I could pay $180 to fix it and the conversation was abruptly ended. Now I understand I drive an older car and things happen but the part itself is a $15 part online and has 4 screws holding it in place. Wanting to figure out an option and assess the degree liability that John Eagle's service department had in breaking my hood latch, I asked to speak with a manager, Jesse Hernandez.

I called Mr. Hernandez numerous times over the course of several days. I left a voicemail, sat on hold for upwards of half an hour, and left messages with others in his department and received ZERO response. I even went so far as contacting the Service Director who must have trained Mr. Hernandez on how to dodge calls because he too ignored me entirely.

Bottom line, don't waste your time at this dealership. If you do buy a car from them, you'll be forced to encounter atrocious customer service if you never need any work done.

Cory sold us a new Honda CRV and he was very professional and courteous. Not pushy and I appreciated that. I could tell by speaking with him that he is very genuine and wants to find the right car at the right price which means a lot. I was a first time car buyer and he took the time to explain the process.

I made and appointment with salesman David Rivera at 10:30 am on a Friday and he was ready and waiting on my wife and I. He made us feel like part of the John Eagle family. He got us what we wanted and we test drove several vehicles. He gave us some good choices. It made it hard to choose but we did and we drove out with the car my wife has wanted for awhile. The Honda Civic is great. She is so happy with the service we received. The financial went smooth. Everyone did a great job. Thanks!!! This is our second vehicle and will continue to come back.

The service at John Eagle cannot be matched! Reatha Robinson is the best in my opinion. She helped me get into my first Honda. I m so proud to have gone here. I had a trade in vehicle that they gave me a great value on. The Honda I got is so beautiful! I m extremely pleased. Reatha helped me a great deal throughout my shopping process and she took the time to show me how every single feature in this car worked. She taught me a ton about what my new Honda is capable of doing. I honestly think this will be my forever dealership. Reatha Robinson s customer service is top notch! We drive past several other dealerships to bring our business here. I brought my honda into a more local dealership and was quoted something like 3k worth the repairs. Brought it to John Eagle and they were aghast at the ridiculous repairs the other guys were mentioning. In almost 10yrs of going there they have maintained as trustworthy, efficient, and effective. Five years ago I bought my Honda Fit and received excellent care and service from Reatha Robinson. When I traded in my car for a new car last week, I was helped in making my decision on the best car for my needs by Jessica Rubio and Reatha Robinson, who also gave me an excellent tutorial on the use of all the new electronics in my 2017 Accord. Tariq El-Fauri went through the paperwork with me painlessly. I have had nothing but good service from John Eagle Ford for the past five years and plan to continue having my car serviced with them for the foreseeable future.

Your staff was very helpful in listening to my every concern and desire in finding the right used car for my needs. They made sure the cars I was shown met the criteria I gave them. Every Honda van I was shown just happened to be sold while I was sitting in the car. John Hyland (I not sure how to spell his land name) was determined to find a great deal for me in spite of how fast these vans were being sold. He found a beautiful Honda van for me at a great price. I absolutely love my van and I appreciate the time and effort each member of the John Eagle staff put into my auto buying experience.

I have been looking for a 2017 Honda. I stopped in and spoke to a sales person who gave me a competitive price but it was not one of the three colors I was looking for. The sales person I spoke to assured me that they could get me one of those colors from a local source if they did not have it in stock. I later returned make the purchase (it wasn't the best price I was able to find but acceptable given their proximity to me residence). Once there I was offered a color which I was not fond of. Before I left the salesperson stated she found one of the colors I was looking for on a truck which'would arrive in 7-10 days. I agreed to return when it arrived. A few hours later I received a call from the salesperson who then told me the truck was actually there and a car in one of the colors I was looking for was actaully being offloaded that very moment ! , but that another salesperson was also looking at it. Not wanting to waste time I told the salesperson to go ahead and sell it to the other party if they could make more money on the deal. The salesperson told me that they were sure I could get this car and I agreed to return. When arrived I waited for a bit, then a bit longer, then a bit longer at which point the salesperson sadly told me that the car had just been sold ! But....wait for it.....the other car was still available. I stated to the salesperson that this story of a car is on a truck and will be here in a week, that then became it is actually here, that then became-it was amazingly and in such a short timeframe sold-was a bit sketchy! The salesperson took offense stating that being of Christian faith they would never use such tactics....and of course no mention of there being no problem getting this from another local source. Needless to say I was disappointed that I was never offered an apology for the inconvenience....but I could still have the car I was originally offered. Very disappointing but I guess I should not be surprised....after all, this type of story is common and stories of this type of tactics not uncommon....I guess I was just expecting different-people keeping their word and a respect for my time. Most of the other ratings and comments are very positive so it's reassuring my experience is different than theirs but none-the-less disappointing for me.

What has turned into a restoration project for my honda civic the luck of Jacobs empathy for my civic has made this olympic challenge easy to overcome. I'd give zero stars if I could. I have a leased Honda that is less than a year old and under 12K miles. It's under factory warrantee and I also purchased an extended warrantee for my tires. A huge bubble bulged out of one of my tires way outside the tire tread on the side wall of the tire. Nothing was ever hit. I CALLED John Eagle Honda to explain the situation and set up a service time to get my tire fixed. I was told that I'd have to pay for the tire. The guy I spoke with on the phone wouldn't even look up my name, lease, warrantees, or anything. He had no idea what I had covered under warrantee. I'll be buying this Honda when my lease is up but John Eagle Honda will NEVER get my business!

Excellent service, When we walked in, Sam and Glen Moody made us feel welcome. We had a good experience purchasing Honda CR-V with Glen's help. As we had an appointment, there was no waiting, unlike other bad experiences we had with Honda dealers. He was very thorough with us and helped us learn and understand the car's features better. The manager and Glen were very patient and kind to our queries. Will definitely recommend this place.

I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect...but drove away more than pleased. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle this is definitely the place and PRESTON is definitely the man!! His customer service was outstanding and he accomplished everything that he said he would. He s definitely my designated salesman!! I found Honda in Rockwall to have an infinitely more knowledgeable staff. Called Rockwall before I went in, and they had the car washed and waiting to test drive as soon as I arrived. Called John Eagle told them about the car I wanted to look at and once I arrived I had to wait another 30 minutes before I could even see the car. Shortest test drive on the busiest street ever and the salesman didn t really know anything about the car. As it is, the advertised internet price is not the price of the car, they tacked on 2,000$ of miscellaneous fees, and all that before tax and title. Rockwall Honda did something similar, but not nearly as much. And last, as we got ready the talk about the price, the salesman asked, So are you ready for the show? As if buying a car was going to be some kind of game, between him, the manager, the General manager and so forth. I didn t want a show. I would have been happy with the price you listed online. I ve had way better experience at Toyota dealerships and Vandergriff Acura in terms of no nonsense upfront pricing.

We were so indecisive. Arvin was fantastic!! He was so calm and patient. We did not feel rushed in the least. He answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about Arvin. The dealership was spotlessly clean, and that says a lot about a business, to me. It shows that they care about their customers. We felt no pressure whatsoever, and were treated with the utmost respect. I feel the door will always be open to us whenever we have any questions or concerns.

Unbelievably unprofessional service. I spoke by phone to a salesperson named Patricia in regards to a preowned car. I asked if the price was negotiable and she asked what my offer was. After offering not very much less, she demanded several times to know how I came up with that number. I was taken aback because her attitude was so aggressive and unfriendly. I really wanted to just hang up but I wanted the car so I gave her my number so she could text me after talking to her manager. She finally responded by text that the price I offered was too low. I responded that I understood and asked what price could they do. After confirming the car we were talking about, she texted me an offer that was $2000 OVER the original listed price of the car. I responded that I completely understood if the price wasn t negotiable but I was confused why it was more expensive now. I assumed it was a mistake and waited for her to clear it up. I texted again 15 minutes later again stating I was confused by the more expensive price. I waited and waited for a response but she ignored me and never responded. Unfortunately for her, I would have paid the full price because I really wanted that car. Instead I ended up buying my preowned Honda from a very nice gentleman at Honda of Fort Worth.

I was due to get an oil change and tire rotation, so I decided to map the nearest Honda dealership to me. Was not sure if I was at the correct location when I got there because the facility did not look anything remotely to a Honda dealership. I pulled in not knowing if I was in the correct place and was greeted by Kevin Tran. He was very professional and helpful in taking care of my vehicle to be serviced. He ended up finding a minor problem with my headlight which was free to replace and a recall on my Honda which was taking care of right on the spot. I would highly recommend anyone that needs servicing on their vehicle to check this place out.

John Hyland, the sales manager was extremely rude....

John Hyland, the sales manager was extremely rude. He tried to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman buying my first car. He put all sorts of random fees into the price of the car. Then when I tried to get my dad to help me negotiate, he said the deal was off. Linda, my sales rep had no knowledge of the car and pretty little knowledge of cars in general. She sent me texts from multiple phone numbers which was extremely confusing. The dealership said they would install my license plates, wash my car, and vacuum it. They put on the back license plate, stuck the front one in the front windshield, vacuumed my front seat, and didn't wash the car - left it filthy. They sent me on a wild goose chase for the front bracket for the license plate only to tell me that the car doesn't have one and they would drill straight into my bumper if I would drive thirty minutes over to them when they could have done it at the same time as the back plate. This is my first car buying experience but I didn't expect it to be this aweful.

This is my second time buying a car from John Eagle Honda. David Rivera is why I continue to come back. From two years ago he remembered me and asked me questions about my job and family awesome personal touch. Being a single women it's important that I can trust who I am doing car business with from the buying to the maintenance. David listens to what I want and has always been honest about what he can and can not do and we work together to figure it out. His follow through and follow up put mine to shame and that has always been a strength for me. Lol David Thank you for everything!!! You have a customer for LIFE!

My family has been going to John Eagle Honda for most of my life. Jesse Hernandez and Tony in the service department have been especially helpful to us and very accommodating. Whenever I've had car problems, they have done a great job in getting my car back to me very quickly and at a great price. Working near the dealership, Tony has given me a ride and picked me up from work when my car has been getting serviced. One time, when my car stopped working at whole foods, Tony drove over and brought me a new battery to put in the car. These guys are both really great and I cannot recommend them enough!

Car rocks of course, but the purchase experience was top notch. We actually flew up to Dallas, Cory picked us up at the airport and when we pulled into the dealership our shiny car was parked in the display area ready to go.

She was respectful of my time when I told her I didn t have much time to spend there to make a decision (Which most people aren t). She listened to my needs and allowed me to explore options on my own. She was able to provide clarification to all my questions and concerns. This dealership tries to make additional revenue off of you by either charging a "dealer markup," or by charging over $2000 in "dealer installed options." But they do not bother to explain what those options could possibly be. They emailed me and asked if I was interested in the car. I said yes but only at msrp. Dwain Davis then responded with "I'll sell it for msrp plus the dealer installed options, which total $2,142."

When I mentioned to Dwain Davis what their local competition is selling the car for, instead of just leaving it at that, he decided to email back with a smart remark of "great..." And then also emailed back with "we will be just fine, as I'm sure you will."

Honestly have no idea what this guy is talking about. But hopefully management reads these reviews. I highly recommend you reconsider who you employee at your internet management position. This position is your first contact with a potential customer. It doesn't look well for your dealership when you put someone like this guy into that kind of position. Also, if you are deciding to charge someone over $2000 for "dealer addons," you might want to tell them what it is.

From Houston TX, and my tire light came on while in dallas and came to the express service, it literally took 5 minutes for someone to help me walked around everywhere trying to find someone, finally walked into what looked like offices and stood there for a good 2 minutes before I had to ask "can someone help me"!

I bought a new Accord with Anthony as my salesperson. He is a true example of FANTASTIC customer service. We were at the dealership well past closing to ensure we had a deal that worked for everyone, and he was running in and out of the pouring rain to make sure everything was ready on our car that needed to be. I even forgot a few items in my trade in, and he called me the next day to make sure I was able to get them. If you go buy a car here, ask for Anthony and he will treat you with fanatically great service.

Body shop is Horrible: ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONFIDENCE. Very unprofessional.
First, nearly everything on display in the waiting area is expired! They display all these certifications from various car manufacturers but they all expired 10 years ago! They also put up some nice letters but those are like from the 90's! Even their building certificate was out of date. The real problem with these people is that they hide from you. I actually got Kindra Ludwick (the estimator) there to admit that she was dodging my calls for 2 weeks! She just sees the caller ID and then forwards to the SM's voice mail, ignores it or some crap like that. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! They will IGNORE you, IGNORE your messages, and they won't return calls and they won't answer.
Avoid them, they're just a bunch of Flakes. I haven't bought a new car from John Eagle and I sure won't consider them when that time comes.

Horrible experience. Wanted to look at a car there, informed the sales lady that I would be driving two hours from Tyler to see the vehicle and to give me a heads up if it wouldn t be there. Confirmed all this right before I left. Got there and was told that a district manager had the vehicle for the weekend but that we could talk numbers and come back on Monday! No thank you. Instead, I decided to call John Eagle Honda to see if perhaps I could get a better sales offer. I called and spoke to Mr. Jose Flores at John Eagle who was very courteous and patient and answered all my questions. I made an appointment with Mr. Flores and ended up buying my 2012 Honda Accord at a great price! Mr. Jose Flores, our salesman, was not only professional, he was courteous and explained everything in detail. Services team is great at helping me with my vehicle. Even going above and beyond when I had to show up to an appt with my 3 dogs. They helped me keep them entertained while I signed paperwork and got them water. The compassion shown, shows the team cares about people (and pups) as much as doing quality work.

Update: We traded in our vehicle for a new car purchase. The team was patient with me through the process and informative. This was my second time purchasing from them and it was a better experience from the first.
