Horrible experience. Wanted to look at a car there, informed the sales lady that I would be driving two hours from Tyler to see the vehicle and to give me a heads up if it wouldn t be there. Confirmed all this right before I left. Got there and was told that a district manager had the vehicle for the weekend but that we could talk numbers and come back on Monday! No thank you. Got an email asking how they did from the GM, replied to it but never heard back. Just unprofessional all around. Lots of dealerships to choose from in Dallas, I wouldn t buy from them.
