Bought a Honda Clarity HPEV 10 days ago. I have put 800 miles on the car and have used only 5 gallons of gas. Comfortable ride, comfortable interior for four people. My last 3 cars have been luxury sedans. This car is amazing.
Mark Shipman and the team that supports him at John Eagle is top notch. They are knowledgeable, fair and transparent. It was a very pleasant, hassle free experience

I got a call from Lawrence and discussed about odyssey elite price what I got from other dealership. They told we will beat the price, when I went there they wasted my 3 hours and never offered me the price which I was getting from other dealership. Please be aware of this before going to John Eagle.
Took 4 hours to do a job they told me would take 2. Please be sensitive of customers time. I understand if things get backed up, but if they do, it would be nice to keep the customer informed as it has now impacted and backed up my schedule
I had a wonderful experience at John Eagle Honda of Dallas. Once I purchased my car Hachem and his wife went above and beyond to get my car to me 1 1/2 away from the dealership. Once in my driveway, I noticed something wrong and by that evening Hachem had the part ordered and being shipped to me. I will definitely consider the dealership when purchasing my next car. If Hachem has left this dealership, I will follow him to the next dealer he goes to. He is a wonderful salesman.
I went in to see about a car I left a $500 down until they can get me approved. After a week not knowing if I was or not I asked for a refund they said they would give me a refund now another week later no refund no car. I reported them to the BBB
Ive made multiple vehicle purchases in my life and John Eagle Honda was definitely by far the best. Luis (salesman) and Aloura (financing) made the process the easiest I've had. They made it quick and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend to friends and family and will definitely return for future purchases.
I had a great experience buying my car from Patricia Jointer. I recommend working with her! The only downside was that I had the process took 4 hours but I have had the same wait when purchasing from other dealerships, too.
Matt was great! He was patient, very accommodating and walked baby-steps with me. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant to work with.
Even during the money talks I had fun!! I had the opportunity to work with Matt Thomas as well as Jason Daniel. Both made me feel very welcome, answered my 1,001 questions and made me feel at ease about my purchase (well, as best they could considering it had been 9 years since I had a car note).
Overall, I had a great experience with these guys and will recommend them to anyone I know interested in purchasing a vehicle.
Ashley in the service center went above and beyond to make my experience at John Eagle Honda great! She was very helpful and answered all of my repair questions thoroughly. While I missed my car dearly, Ashley communicated with me every step of the way and assured me I would practically have a brand new car when her technicians were done. The body work was top notch. I highly recommend asking for her when inquiring about repair work for YOUR Honda!
Overall, the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. After a couple of times going to other area dealers and being treated badly, I walked in to John Eagle and immediately was treated like family. I had already had my older Honda (the one I traded in) serviced at John Eagle many times and had nothing but great experiences with them. So, I decided to give the sales group a try. I entered the dealership very skeptic, but John Moran and William Cheek in Sales changed that right away. John was who I had been dealing with. He was busy with another customer so had William take me to test drive. Both of these guys new the product and were funny as heck. I've never laughed so much while buying a car. John Moran is the real deal. Y'all go and see him.
Also, Jonathan Villarreal in Finance was great as well. He explained everything and I did not walk away with a question about anything of the Financing aspect. Overall, A+ service and I am 100% satisfied. You've got a lifer here. I'll never go anywhere else to buy a Honda. This is my third Accord to drive and I don't know why I didn't choose John Eagle to buy the last two in the first place. Thanks again to John Moran. I am very happy with my new Honda and I never knew it was so easy to purchase a car. You made it simple, easy, and fun!
I have a great experience the first time , two years ago and that s the reason I went back the second time. Great customer service. I now live farther away but it s worth the drive (I still have family in Dallas) I got what I wanted and I m happy. Keep up the good work. Thank you
Excelente customer service, I contacted parts department by email and a few minutes later they call me asking what I needed, I told them to pick up the parts next day in the morning, when I arrived they were ready with all the parts in a box, it took less than 5 minutes.
I recently bought my first car at John Eagle Honda of Dallas. I had a great experience with Anne Stone. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her manager James Adams was also extremely involved and answered any questions that I had. It was a fast and painless process. Would refer anyone I know to them
I have purchased vehicles from them before and did not have any problems. However, this time the service was lousy. I ended up buying my car with Auto Nation of Lewisville.
With the help Matthew Lapidos and your staff they helped make our decision an easy one. Also I had been in contact with Kurt Chase, he was very instrumental in the process as well. We were extremely close to purchase our car from a different dealer and after speaking with Kurt and Matthew we made the last second, and I do mean second decision to make the longer drive to your dealership and late that evening we were in a loaner car until ours was ready for pickup. The other dealership had the specific car that we wanted and Matthew and Max said, we match everything and then some and that's just what they did.
If your looking for a score on customer satisfaction, I would definitely say it's a 10+.
I was greeted by Jordan who was excellent and when the car was ready Jose who was exceptional, giving all the information. Most of the workers around were wearing masks although I had to remind one to put on his. I had to leave the car overnight for the repairs. I was driven home by Gregory and picked up the following day by Ralph. Both were wearing a mask and did an excellent job. All these aspects will make me continue using John Eagle Honda Dallas for care of my cars.
During a routine oil change I was told that my Civic's alignment needed correction. I declined the service and had my alignment checked at two other reputable shops where I was told that no alignment was needed. I feel deceived and will not be coming back for regular service again.
I'd like to thank Linda Freeman my partner, she is a loyal Honda customer and bought her 2008 Honda Accord EXL from your dealership. She introduced me to Matthew Lapidos and he helped me through the process of purchasing a Honda CR-V. Even when it became uncomfortable for me, his kindness and patience was a huge help in getting over my concerns.
6 months ago I bought my car in Eagle de Honda .. and I had a nice experience. Mr. Antero Rebaza assisted me and made me feel comfortable. I asked him many questions and he was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. I think I made him tired but he never showed fatigue to the three hours he attended me. Graciss !! Mr. Rebaza
Leased a 2014 Civic. Overall a good experience. They were more willing to drop the dealer add on's than some of the other Dallas dealers. Do your research online before visiting the dealership. They did not tell me what the best online Honda lease rate was.
The team at John Eagle Honda of Dallas is top-notch! They always go above and beyond to ensure that I feel welcome and have an excellent experience. I love visiting this store and would highly recommend them for both sales and service!
Ann Stone is the best. Me and my family have actively been looking for a car and she s been very helpful. She s so friendly! She made sure to understand my wants/needs and she really delivered. I m so thankful to have met her. She s down to earth and professional. She made a positive impact on my family and my parents are always praising her. Best saleswoman I know in the car industry! I honestly can t thank her enough for her willingness to help my family. If you guys are interested to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Ann. You won t regret it. She s very knowledgeable and caring!
I purchased my car two days ago and I HIGHLY recommend Glen Mowdy for your purchase!!! He helped me understand every inch of the car I purchased and was extremely knowledgeable!! Also, the finance department was just AMAZING!! Everyone was so patient with me and did a great job walking me through everything. Thanks for everything John Eagle, Glen and Jonathan!! I love my new car!!
My family and I have purchased cars from Ann Stone. We highly recommend her. She's professional, friendly, and genuine in her customer service. She walked us through our car experiences and made it unforgettable. Did I mention she's got an infectious smile? We always feel at ease with her and we wouldn't buy a car from anyone else!! Ann is amazing!!!
This rating if for the service department as I have never had an experience with any other department. I received terrible service and Mario V management gave me the run around and didn't even have the courtesy to call me back with an explanation. I took my car in 2 weeks ago for a Honda recall repair. I followed protocol yet my car was placed under someone else's name. I had to call and spend 10 mins on the phone while the rep searched for my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle and a few days later 2 airbag lights came on. One that I have never seen during the 5 years of owning this vehicle. I was told by Mario V. to bring it back in so I did. Then I was told these lights are not related to the air bag recall repair that had been made. In addition Honda will not cover the repair and it'll cost $1,400+ to fix the issue. Well it's a hazard issue. The sensor is now coincidentally not functioning properly after this recall service. A sensor that tells the airbag to deploy during an accident. They provided a general explanation as to why it isn't related to the recall. Basically the light just so happened to come on right after the repair. I will never return to this dealer for anything. It's so disappointing that I received such mediocre service from the actual manager. He definitely didn't care enough to finish handling my situation. My resolution is to pay $1,400+ for the repair or drive around putting my passenger in danger in the event I were to have an accident.
I recently had my Honda Civic 2006 serviced here for overheating issues. I was told that it was 2 sensors that were causing my car to overheat and that was gonna fix the issue. The total cost would come out to $665. Then after they test drove it, they said it was still overheating. After they checked it out more, they told me it was the radiator. They would have to replace it completely and flush the system which would cost an extra $800! Apparently there are certain steps they have to take to find where the problem is, and even then, they couldn t even guarantee that the radiator would fix the problem! So after trusting Honda to fix this issue, I ended up having to pay the $600 even though they told me that was gonna fix it! Even after I asked the manager why I m having to pay all that after I was told that was going to fix the issue , she said it was because he worded it wrong and he was new so I would still have to pay it. I don t trust this place one bit, and I ve lost all trust in all mechanics.
Bought additional coverage and services we were told we could cancel. We were over charged. It was late at night when were dead tired. Called many times to cancel and getting the complete run around. Being sneaky about what can be canceled telling me if we didn't pay tax it can't be canceled. Promised email detailing everything but didn't get it. Promise call back we didn't get. They don't want to help or be clear about these additional items. They are looking for a way to push something over on us and ignore us until we go away.
Go to this location and ask for Nick Greenberg! He takes the time to get to know you and ask you what needs you have when buying a car. As he is showing you cars he is telling you how it will fit the needs you explained when he asked you what type of car you're looking for. He will give you options on different vehicles he thinks will suit you which is awesome because this allows for flexibility in budget. He knows the vehicles in and out so ask him anything! I had such a positive experience at this location and with Nick... you need to get a car from here!
Recent service visits have been disappointing but this *last* encounter was infuriating. Between keeping my car for three days (requiring me to rent a car), paying for and being told a problem was fixed (it's still not), and being upsold (I'll embarrassingly admit I gave in to the salespitches) to the tune of a $1,600 final bill plus $360 rental. Now I'm looking for a good mechanic to honestly address the original problem.
My experience has been great with John Eagle Honda. If you ever need to get something looked at or even just maintenance, make sure to see Devon Ellis (he is always my go to personnel). He will make sure you are well taken care of.
Purchased my new vehicle from here almost 2 years ago. I've never had a problem with my vehicle or the service. Employees are helpful and nice. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased didn't come with all the upgrades that I wanted (leather, running boards, fog lights), but they installed those items at a very fair price.
Beware of ridiculously high dealer fees and false advertising. Advertised as Certified Pre-Owned then arrived and they said Certified Pre-Owned was not included in Certified Pre-Owned price (legal??). 1 star for false advertising, 2 stars for staff friendly enough otherwise, although not very knowledgeable about cars.
I'm happy to report that I am very happy with my new 2013 Honda Accord!!
I had forgotten how wonderful a new car feels, runs, smells and especially all the new technology. I can't thank you all enough for all you have done for me to make this huge purchase so convenient and with zero stress.
Too expensive. I swear some of the stuff I'm having done is supposed to be covered by my warranty. Always looking for a way to push something! And they have the nerve to charge for snacks and soft drinks! They ought to be giving out cocktails!
The very knowledgeable and friendly sales consultant who met with me was Ms. Reatha Robinson. She asked questions and listened to what I wanted, and though she brought 2 sets of keys for test drives, I chose the very first one after driving around - and I love it! I spent a short but pleasant time with Jonathan Villarreal, finance manager, and he was very helpful. I'm very happy that I came to John Eagle Honda.
Thank you always, even on a Friday morning, Edgar always is very helpful and helping me. The staff is friendly and courteous. I always feel great coming to wait on my van to get oil changes. They have a great coffee machine. Plenty of nice seating while you wait. Thank you again. Five Stars
Ann Stone is amazing! Hands down best customer service and experience!! When I first started shopping for a car, I felt stressed, pressured, and annoyed by multiple pushy salesmen from other dealerships. Ann was different. She's the absolute best to work with because she is the total opposite of what I experienced with everyone else. She's honest, attentive, professional, and friendly. She made my experience easy. My family and I will not go to anyone else! We highly recommend her! Thank you again Ann!!
I went to this dealership for a certified pre-owned vehicle. The car was advertised as certified pre-owned online. CPOs cost more, but this is supposed to be reflected in the MSRP. Instead, they tried to charge me $1295 above and beyond MSRP for the certification. This is extremely shady. I won't be going back there. I ended up getting a CPO car at David McDavid, and they didn't pull these shenanigans.
I made an appointment with Jessica for 8:30 today. She was pleasant to do business with. I was able to make an offer that wasn't refused. She made it so easy to go in and test drive and buy. After I made an agreement to buy the car, we met with Jerome, who is the finance manager. Jerome was able to give me more information about the purchase and the plans available for a certified used vehicle. Also, we was able to lower the interest for me to make me a more happy camper.
All in all I was happy with my experience and will be making my next home here.
They have taken such good care of me and my car. I can't thank them enough. They go the extra mile with all their customers and I love them for that! Jordan H. Was super helpful and went the two extra miles with my car, can't thank him enough
I have bought a vehicle through them. Still a tad of haggling needed, but still manageable. The transaction and closing was not as responsive but the folks were upfront and that's of utmost importance. I will buy from them again.
Terrible experience. The car I wanted was not ready, not available without me having to pick it up, and the original salesperson left me with someone else (the second guy was actually quite nice) but neither knew anything about the car I was looking for.
I went to see a new Honda clarity electric. Set the appointment more than a day in advance with Mark Shipman. We had several emails back and forth and I even called 15 minutes before arrival. I clarified that we are not interested in a hybrid, only in an EV with range extender. He offered to show us a hybrid anyway, even after being very clear that's not what we wanted. After driving to the lot (what dealer makes you pick up your own car for a test drive?) the car was not ready and we had to drive to another lot to pick it up, however the battery was dead so we couldn't drive it. When we got back to the dealership they had the showroom car ready, but it was not charged so we weren't able to use any of the EV features. After returning from the test drive we had several questions they were unable to answer, such as whether the drive train is electric or gas or both. When I shared my concern that on a less than 1 miles test drive on city streets the car was using lots of gas, the answer I got was that it wasn't charged because it takes too long and they don't sell a lot. Would not recommend you go here if you have any real questions about what you are buying, or if you want to see the latest technology. These guys clearly don't care about customer experience.
Very cordial and absolutely friendly...from the time of entering the service drive up until the delivery...the staff was attentive and I enjoyed getting my car State Inspected here !
Shall tell all !
PS: The drive in the service department was C L E A N and not slippery !
I purchased my first new vehicle from John Eagle Honda back in 2002. At the time, the Honda Odysseys were selling well and it was difficult to get one at a good price. I spoke to a lot of Honda dealers around town, as expected they were trying to take advantage of the demand. I remember specifically Lute Riley's sales guy telling me that there was nothing I could do about the pricing, further more, that I would be back to his dealer asking to buy one for the price he was offering. Wrong! that did not happened.
It has been eight years and I am still traveling to Dallas to get my oil change and service for my van. I coffee, donuts and great service every time. At 90k miles, my transmission broke. The dealer replaced it at no charge. It appears it was a manufacturing defect with the oil pump. At any rate, I ended up paying for the labor only. I liked that.
Now, I am at 140k. The van is starting to show signs of wear and tear. I am determined to get the most out the van. The service I am getting for this vehicle is good and there should be no problem.
Absolutey seamless process! Im not a Honda guy, but they had a beautiful Mustang GT for sale that I just had to get. I couldnt be more pleased to have work with John Eagle Honda to make this purchase! Logan McClellan was my salesman, who supposedly just started working. Although, I could not tell one bit! Logan was very informative and knowledgable about the vehicle. I was able to work with Jerome in the financing are. His customer service is impeccable! And his knowledge of finance, really helped me feel comfortable with making my decision final. Logan was assited by John Power, who is also an awesome salesman! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealer, and I could not believe how smoothly it went. The car i purchased was in pristeen condition. I'm still looking for a flaw, 2 weeks later! The salesman were not overly pushy, and everyone seemed to be there for my best interest. Not just to make a sale. Which I greatly enjoyed. If you're looking for quality customer service, and salesmen that will try their best to help get what you want, at a price you can afford. John Eagle Honda is definitely the way to go!
Loved this place, I just bought my first brand new car. I was nervous about it since it is a big purchase. But we had a great sales person! Ross helped me get the car I wanted and didn t pressure me at any point, for which I was very grateful!
I had a wonderful experience trading in my old lease and leasing a new vehicle. I am a big fan of Honda and John Eagle is my go to! Ann Stone was great, she helped me secure exactly what I wanted and made the entire process simple and easy. I will be a John Eagle customer for as long as I am in Dallas.
I have nothing but positive thing to say about this place. The Service Department is filled with friendly smiling faces who genuinely care about your experience. The Manager, Shakir, always takes time to greet me and smile when I am in for service or otherwise. I feel very comfortable utilizing this dealership for all of my automotive needs.
We found a car we were interested in online. I inquired if it was available, Gary called me immediately and let me know it was and I could come by and see it whenever I was ready. When we got there he had the car ready for us to drive. He answered all our questions about the car and let us take it to lunch. I told him we were comparing it to another car at another dealership and he suggested we take it to the other dealership to compare and see which car we liked better. We did and decided to buy the car from Gary. He never tried to push us into buying the car from him and was very personable. Gary made the whole experience a pleasure! Which is not the norm when buying a car from a dealership. They have earned a customer for life!
If you're going to buy a Honda and deal with the painful car-buying haggling process (which happens at all dealerships), you might as well go here. Great customer service, for a dealership I give it 5 stars (just know they're still trying to get as much $$ as possible). Jack Averitt was friendly and very helpful, I recommend working with him and coming here!
Visited the pre-owned area and everyone was very friendly and attentive! Gary was really helpful, I definitely recommend him and all the staff at the pre owned lot.
I initially took my car into John Eagle Honda because my brake sensor was faulty. It would notify me that I need to brake or would actually brake for me when no cars are around.
Jordan Hernandez was the service adviser. He actually got into the car and witness the faulty brake sensor real time. He stated that it should NOT be reacting the way it was and would have a tech look at it.
He later called me and stated that the toll tag and dash camera is the cause of the fault brake sensor. I was busy, so I had my girlfriend pick it up for me. She stated that the toll tag was tampered with and appeared that someone tried to rip it off. Since it was already sore to look at, we decided to follow their suggestion and rip it off. The issue was still present.
I drove the car for a couple more weeks with this issue, so i decided to take it to a local shop to have it looked at. They took 5 minus to look at the sensor and identify that the sensor was actually located where the bumper on the driver side. They were able to readjust it and I no longer had the issue.
I decided that Honda should have known how to troubleshoot this issue WITHOUT suggesting (and attempting) to remove my toll tag. I gave them a call to let them know that I did not appreciate their lack of expertise in the car they sell and the attempt to remove my toll tag. I called 3 times before I got an email stating that they would pay for the services and toll tag. I sent them the receipts only for them to take their word back and say that the service manager would NOT pay for these as i did not take it to a HONDA service center. I DID TAKE IT TO A HONDA SERVICE CENTER. They just failed to resolve the issue and attempted to remove my toll tag. Honda proceeded to add on to the frustration by stating that the technician never attempted to remove the toll tag and that they would never do that without the consent of the owner of the vehicle. At this point, they insinuated that my girlfriend was a liar frustrating me even more. They also continually insisted me that I could just go to the toll tag site to receive another toll tag for no charge as if i did not know this. It was not the issue of monetary value that i was concerned about. It was more I spoke to them, the more I felt they were trying to deny fault.
Toll tag = free Service to resolve sensory issue = $35
$35 service fee is not a huge dollar amount. I do not mind paying this. The fact that they stated that they would pay for it then say the won't, that is ridiculous. It was also the fact that I have had to take time to go to a different shop for my solution and now take the time to get a new toll tag. in addition to the time it took to talk to Honda with absolutely no help. For them to value $35 over someone that may come back to service their vehicle at their location is ridiculous to me. They also started raising their voice at me, then repeatedly stating that there is nothing they can do and if they can help in the future. With what? Apparently, they do not know how to identify a problem and jump to conclusions without owning up to their mistakes.
I'm sure this review won't add much value and people will most likely continue to get their car serviced here, but for those who actually do read reviews. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They most likely won't even care that the are losing a customer. I literally live 2 minutes away and will gladly drive an hour before I'd come back.
Great place,we have bought several vehicles . I love Maribel,my sales lady. She is a great lady and knows her stuff. She has a sweet spirit. I had an issue with my 2020 Pilot but got it resolved
Big thanks to Glenn, Jerome and the whole staff at John Eagle for making my first new car purchase a pleasurable one. I feel like a valued customer and will recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a Honda.
Maribel Erbay took great care of me and honored my USAA price. Edgar Juarez maintains my car. He quickly replaced a tire within the first month when I got a flat.
These guys are absolutely great and are a perfect example of how I wish all dealerships were run! I had a problem with a preowned vehicle I bought 5 months ago. It was clearly not under warranty and I just kind of showed up asking for help. Both sales managers immediately jumped in to see if there is any possible way they could help me. Long story short, what I thought was a bad transmission (and a budget killer) ultimately turned out to be just a firmware upgrade for my transmission. Everyone involved did everything they possibly could to take care of me. I did not go in making demands or threats, I just really asked for help. Ultimately the team offered to split my repair with me (which was greatly appreciated). I will not only do business with these guys again, I now consider them friends! Thank you to everyone involved!
Purchased vehicle. Delivered Car and Signed Agreement/terms and now they want to higher the payment and interest rate post delivery. I refused to alter the already written terms. Now they texted my cell: "we are reporting it stolen, get ready for the police." Really??? SMH....I wonder what the OCCC will think about them not honoring their agreements and then threatening law enforcement on me because I wont go up in payment and rate!!
Last week was our first experience with John Eagle Honda. David Rivera was our salesman. He did a terrific job. He answered every question without hesitation. Since our oldest now has his drivers license, we handed one car down to him and purchased a beautiful used 2013 Honda Pilot for me. We have had it a week, and love it. David did a great job, as did Miguel in finance, and everyone at John Eagle. I highly recommend them! Marty Lehman
Had a great experiencd getting a new car after my previous Honda was totaled. Hachem was straight forward, polite, and very helpful. I would definetly recommend the John Eagle dealership and Hachem to anyone in the market for a new Honda
Professional and courteous sales and business staff, very easy process. I worked with Ann Stone and her team. I will definitely consider John Eagle Honda again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.
Great customer service and a very organized dealership. My go-to guy is Mr. Devon Ellis. He's always respectful and truly cares about your service! Definitely recommend!
Worked hard to solve an issue for me that I had at the dealership. Although I was initially displeased with the service, John Eagle worked hard to make things right.
Bought my Accord here in 1999, very happy with the experience. Had to negotiate them down a little, but ended up with exactly what I wanted for a very good price. Only dealer in town that even had my perfect car (V6 LX in green). I actually trust them, which is more than I can say for a lot of dealers in the Metroplex.
It is a good place to buy a Honda. The salesman I bought from was friendly and helpful while buying car. But have mixed feelings of after service. I came in to get some help on question on new vehicle and I was in middle of asking questions. I stood in show room for 5 minutes and found out he decided more important to eat lunch than answer questions.
Great place to purchase your car I have even a customer for many years. Although they didn't have the car I'm looking for at the current moment. I will be holding off until they get the car in. John Eagle Honda Preowned manager and Sales Mark we're both extremely helpful nice and very professional. I can't wait until they get in the 2016 Honda Accord I'm looking for.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was very patient with us and we are very satisfied. Cory and Rick were very helpful and incredibly nice. Thanks for everything! Love my new crosstour!
Devin is always courteous and willing to assist in any way he s able. I enjoy working with him.
Kevin has such a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. I like to ask questions about my car cause I know he will give me an honest answer. I enjoy working with him.
Big props to John Hylan and Mike Mashfej for getting the deal done! I heard Benny Franklin's radio ad and decided to give John Eagle a try.... They did it-through rain, snow, sleet (it was sleeting the night we took delivery). Both were courteous, respectful, and pleasures to deal with. If you want a new car and need "special" attention with financing, go see these guys!!
From the moment you set food on the dealership you're treated with nothing but respect. The doors were held open, the customer service was friendly and never pushy, and someone was always a part of the transaction to help keep me comfortable. Very impressed and I was in and out in under 2 hours. I knew was I was looking for and the deal was done fast. Thanks, JE Honda! You have a customer for life.
