Unbelievably unprofessional service. I spoke by phone to a salesperson named Patricia in regards to a preowned car. I asked if the price was negotiable and she asked what my offer was. After offering not very much less, she demanded several times to know how I came up with that number. I was taken aback because her attitude was so aggressive and unfriendly. I really wanted to just hang up but I wanted the car so I gave her my number so she could text me after talking to her manager. She finally responded by text that the price I offered was too low. I responded that I understood and asked what price could they do. After confirming the car we were talking about, she texted me an offer that was $2000 OVER the original listed price of the car. I responded that I completely understood if the price wasn t negotiable but I was confused why it was more expensive now. I assumed it was a mistake and waited for her to clear it up. I texted again 15 minutes later again stating I was confused by the more expensive price. I waited and waited for a response but she ignored me and never responded. Unfortunately for her, I would have paid the full price because I really wanted that car. Instead I ended up buying my preowned Honda from a very nice gentleman at Honda of Fort Worth.
