I'd give zero stars if I could. I have a leased Honda that is less than a year old and under 12K miles. It's under factory warrantee and I also purchased an extended warrantee for my tires. A huge bubble bulged out of one of my tires way outside the tire tread on the side wall of the tire. Nothing was ever hit. I CALLED John Eagle Honda to explain the situation and set up a service time to get my tire fixed. I was told that I'd have to pay for the tire. The guy I spoke with on the phone wouldn't even look up my name, lease, warrantees, or anything. He had no idea what I had covered under warrantee. I'll be buying this Honda when my lease is up but John Eagle Honda will NEVER get my business!
