I had a wonderful experience and purchased the car I actually wanted. The salesperson, Evans was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was patient and took the time to show me the features after the purchase was finalized. I would recommend John Eagle Honda. Ask for Evans.

My experience at John Eagle Honda of Houston was amazing. From the moment I walked in the front till the time my purchase was complete, Abel and his team made sure that I would be happy with my purchase and made it happen for me!! I could go on and on about this dealership. John Eagle Honda of Houston just know that you have a NEW customer FOR LIFE.
I was met by Jessica Ferro at the Express section and from that point did not have to worry about anything. She checked on my request for servicing my vehicle and kept me informed all along the way. She was courteous, professional and left me with the feeling that John Eagle Honda really cared about taking care of me and my vehicle. She is a great asset to the team.
My experience at John Eagle Honda was great! Mr. Javaid is the best salesperson. He was really helpful and i found what i was looking for in my budget. i would definitely recommend John Eagle Honda to others.
I recently purchased a new Accord Sport from John Eagle Honda and my experience with the dealership was excellent! John Eagle Honda's Eagle Edge was definitely something that sold me on buying from there. My salesman, Jamal, was very knowledgeable about the car I picked and he explained all its features and even showed me how use the Honda Sense features my car came equipped with. My experience at this dealership is without a doubt 5 stars and I would highly recommend John Eagle Honda to anyone I knew looking to get a new Honda.
Everyone very geared toward service. Lots of charging opportunities and comfy seating, and the kitchen/vending area has lots of options! One of the better places I've ever had to wait for service.
I love my 2012 Honda Civic. Had great service records and wonderful interior and was listed below KBB Value!
Zane Pruett was my sales associate and was very easy to work with. He had no problem showing us exactly what we wanted and making it an easy decision to buy. I would highly recommend asking for him next time you are looking at buying a Honda, even if you just want more information, he is a wealth of knowledge!
Excellent car buying experience. The reason why I am not putting a five start is due to the manicure service offered. The deal is offered to female buyers on Wednesdays between the hours of 8am - 12pm. This is not true of the actual service. I have gone 40 minutes before service hours end and have been denied. I have seen a under age for driving, maybe 12 yrs old tops receive manicure service. Her mom had just gotten a manicure and said her "daughter" was next. It is clear she was not a John eagle actual customer and took the slot of actual thousands of dollars paying customers. I have seen 3+ ladies who know each other, loudly very comfortable with each other each get manicures. Did they each purchase a vehicle? Are they bumping off actual real customers also? Perhaps the offer is so successful, John Eagle Honda should add a second manicurist to uphold the offer of which is priced into the selling price. Also it would be courteous that the actual hours should be somewhat abided by or at least notify customers of what cut off point is, preferably and honorably at point of sale, as it is a long treck for many as well as a excellent selling feature for many.
----
Update: Tina has been filling in lately as manicurist and is so very sweet and willing to do a great job. One time, I saw a woman come back to her because one of her nail's polish got messed up, and she repaired it with a smile and sweetness. Thank you Tina!! :) 3 star changed to 4 star. 5 star if Tina or similar stays.
Hope my dog's first beauty day at Honda Eagle goes well. Missed this last session because flyer calendar date was showing incorrectly. I told them flyer had conflicting information - said first Tuesday of every month, yet said next event was 5/8, not 5/1. After I asked, they told me it was on the 8th. Then I came in for manicure 5/2 and flyer was changed for next month. I asked and they told me I just missed and dogs were there day before. Was really disappointed missed for the month due to flyer and verbal confirmation incorrectly stated.
Btw, it should be said, Honda Eagle staff are superb overall with professional, friendly, and tentative service. Always a pleasure dealing with them!!
I highly urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to visit the guys at John Eagle Honda. They delivered exceptional customer service. I purchased a 2016 Pilot, which I utterly love. They never made me feel pressured or rushed. My salesman was Jamal Morrison, who didn't mind going above and beyond to make me feel secure and comfortable with my purchase. My finance agent was Daniel (I currently can't remember his last name), he is a people person and made the financing process as painless as possible. In the future I wouldn't hesitate to shop at John Eagle Honda again.
Update: The service department seems to have no one that has customer service on their radar. The 3 times I have taken my vehicle in to have anything done I get attitude like how dare I actually bring in the vehicle to have an oil change. I am all about customer service so I had to drop my rating because when I got the car happened to be the only time it seemed anyone cared. After this I will gladly pay extra some where else to get the oil changed if it means good customer service from everyone. I lost my car during Harvey, and so I went to a few dealerships. As soon as the sales person knew I had no vehicle they started to pressure me into buying, but not here. This was the best experience in purchasing a car I have ever had. Just took my car in for an oil change and to be detailed, turns out their idea of detailing is just to vacuum the car out and not very well at that. Asked to get a kid stain out of the back seat looks worse then when I brought it in and the "car wash" it more like they just take a garden hose to it, there is no visible change to the cleanliness of my vechile other than a vacuum MAY have gone over the carpets
The best way to sell yourself to others is first to sell the others to yourself and that is what Mr. Ali Shahid is doing always. Mr. Ali is a salesperson listens to emotions not facts.
My experience at John Eagle Honda was amazing from the minute I walked in the front doors until my new 2015 Honda CR-V EX purchase was complete. The salesperson especially Mr. Ali Shahid made me feel very welcome. He treated me with respect and kindness throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend for Ali if you would love to buy a car from John Eagle.
But disappointed a bit from finance department where they need to improve a lot in order to give pleasure to the customer. We went three times and each time we spent almost 3 to 4 hours to close our financial deal.
Mr. Ali, You are awesome, splendid, super, I mean no word for you. Best of luck my friend. God bless you !!
We love this dealership! Again, this was an awesome car buying experience. Our salesman, Joe Coleman was amazing (as always). We told him what we were looking for and he took us straight to the perfect car. We looked at only one car, then bought it. The finance team was also amazing. We told them where we wanted our payments and they worked very hard and got us at our budget number! Our family has purchased a total of 9 (yes 9) cars from John Eagle and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go see Joe Coleman! He is wonderful!! By the way, I LOVE my 2015 Honda Accord!!
My car rolled back with my emergency brake applied and hit a concrete light post. They said they wouldn t fix it. My car has 29,000 miles year 2015 still under the 3 year purchase date and Mileage. I have bought 4 Honda s before. I will never in my life buy a Honda again or any of my family members unsafe cars. Unless they put on a new emergency brake or adjust the cable tighter and fix my finder.
Was pretty disappointed, car that I wanted was advertised on line for $14,999.00, after test drive and some initial paper work, car was $16,895.00. Should have left then but stuck with them. Looked at another, drove it, haggled a little, offered a $7000.00 down payment on a $14.000.00 car and was told everything was good. Went to a back office with a financer, and he said he'd be right back. 45 minutes later he comes back. Filled out more paper work only to have him disappear for another 40 minutes. He literally never came back. Finally found a supervisor who got our paperwork and told us everything looked goob. He leaves and 30 minutes later, the manager comes in and says he needed one more check stub from me. He already had 3. I told him I couldn't get it till Monday and said I could put a hold deposit and come back then OR i could put the 7 grand down payment down take the car and come back Monday to finish paper work. He left to get things in order came back sometime later to say they wouldn't let him do it. FIVE AND HALF HOURS OF BEING TOLD "YEAH YOUR GOOD" to having to call for a ride home. Needless to say I won't be going back Monday to finish and\or get that car. I had half down in cash but whatever.
Great experience researching and buying a car here. Both sales guys (David Thompson & Gregory Santiago) were really knowledgeable about the cars, which helps alot. For the other dealerships I visited, I felt like the sales folks didn't know their cars or even cars at all. Finance staff also good and worked to get us the best financing deal.
I recently purchased my second car from John Eagle Honda. They were easy to deal with and outside of the wait for finance staff it was a great experience.
Another reason to regret for buying Honda. Reason#8 their online schedule service system is not working. It does not matter what you select or do same error appears.
We received an amazing online price emailed to us for a new vehicle. We immediately went in to test drive the vehicle with intent to purchase. We were not given the option to meet with the person who sent us the online quote, which was fine as I assumed the salesperson was informed of the information we were sent. We agreed to purchase tbe same car we drove and before beginning the paperwork we asked if the online price included everything in the car we drove as it was missing floor mats at the time, and I knew a trunk liner was not standard. We were told "yes" but that this car "doesn't come with floor mats" and they would need to be purchased separately (very strange but not a deal breaker). We received our paperwork, and there was $2500 added to the cost before TTL for all the add on items in the car as well as a delivery fee...and we still had to purchase floor mats above this added cost. I reminded the salesperson that I had just asked him if the price we were quoted included these items and that he answered in the affirmative. He told me that the quote had fine print that any add on items or fees were not part of the quote, and that he didn't know what we were quoted when I asked him the question until we began the paperwork. We asked to purchase a vehicle without a trunk liner, etc to remove those added costs, and he informed us that all the vehicles had this as the dealership added these as "standard." I suspected he had never sold a vehicle with this dealership before as each time we asked a question he disappeared to go ask someone. After we told him we would not buy the vehicle and were disappointed he was not honest with us he brought out the online salesmanager that originally sent us the quote. He attempted to "sell" us asking what we were willing to pay for the car, but we informed him that the way this was handled was ridiculous. If the add-on items were stabdard for the dealership and could not be removed, then they should be included in the online quote. We would rather purchase from another dealership that is upfront and honest.
I got an oil change this weekend and Nick was super helpful, letting me know what was going on with my car (the good and the bad). I told him I couldn't do all the repairs there but he was understanding and set up an appointment for later in the week to get my car worked on. I was in and out of there pretty quickly for a Saturday. Also whenever I come to pick up parts, Chris and Troy are always super helpful with everything I need. Whatever these guys are getting paid, I'm sure it's not enough. They go above and beyond to make sure I walk out of there happy.
Stopped in as my tire pressure was low. It was the day before Christmas Eve so they were very busy. He apologised and said it would take about an hour and a half as I did not have an appointment. I also needed an oil change so I just waited and they came back about 45 minutes later to let me know there was a nail in my tire that they fixed for free and they were done with the oil change as well. I'm so happy I purchased my car here. Very curtious and friendly staff.
John Eagle Honda is the best!!!!From sales, finance and service. My experience has always been great. Any concerns that I've had as always been addressed in a timely manner with concern and dedication to getting everything resolved. I would highly, highly recommend John Eagle Honda to anyone. Just give them a try and you won't be disappointed or dissatisfied.
If you drive a Honda (or are buying one) and need to find a service advisor you can trust, this is your place and Jesse Larin is your guy.
I truly hope the owner and management see this, because my experience with Jesse absolutely must be acknowledged and rewarded. Having worked for a luxury dealership on both the service and sales side for nearly 8 years, I have high expectations (some unrealistic) and I ve seen what made service advisors successful or fail. It s not just about great service, it s about CONSISTENT great service and Jesse Larin embodies this with every visit I have had over the last year or so. It s hard to find a person you can trust to do what s best for you and your car, not just for their paycheck, but I have total faith that when I come in, he s going to give me the facts. Even when I come in with questions that aren t necessarily going to make him money, he treats me like I m an important customer and helps me find the answer. My car is out of warranty and I could go anywhere, but Jesse makes me feel like a valued customer, not just another number, which is easy to do in his position. I always feel taken care of when I come here.
I will also say that their tire prices here are extremely competitive. I wanted Bridgestone Potenzas and they were cheaper here at the dealer than Tire Rack, plus it came with the 2-year road hazard warranty.
I drive a Honda so of course I like John Eagle Honda. They always do a great job anytime I've been there. Friendly staff and they do excellent work here.
Worst dealership in the world, they will charged me $2000 to fix my A/C and still doesn't work. I found out from another dealership that if I took it elsewhere they would have charged half the price, but still they never solved the problem with my A/C. I recommend never taking your car to get any service work done At Joe Eagle On 290 and West Rd.
Buying at John Eagle Honda was an excellent choice. Justino Morales helped me meet my needs, and is extremely knowledgeable. He is super patient and understanding. Best Car Salesman I have worked with!
I was satisfied with the service, they made it simple, quick, and hassle free. This was my second time at this dealership and I was taken care by a service advisor Alyssa, he made sure all my problems was well taken care of! They also did a quick wash after the oil change service. Thank you so much!!!!
I called ahead and was told they could provide a service my older vehicle required. When I arrived, after a 20 minute wait I was told that I had been misinformed. They weren't sure, but if I came back at 8 am the next day they could check and see if they could take care of my vehicle. I just went down the road and had my car taken care of that day.
I need to pick a new bumper for brand new Honda and they had one in stock. Went to the parts counter and was helped by the fine people there and even bought one of their Browning Camo hats they had on display. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great dealership if you need speedy parts!
This was my first time buying a new car for myself, and Ali Shahid was the one who helped my mom and I out. My mom usually buys Toyota, but we decided to get a Honda this time, and Ali was very nice and funny. He was able to explain all the costs, benefits, features, and etc. of the car I bought. No one likes going to car dealerships because of all the lengthy processes, but Ali's enthusiasm made the experience better.
Zane Pruett was exceptionally helpful in helping my parents get a great deal for my first car here at John Eagle Honda. I went to so many dealerships prior to John Eagle and none of them could compare to the friendly environment and great service that John Eagle provided for my parents and I.
The service manager at John Eagle Honda Mr. Shawn Smith worked with me to get my 2003 Honda Element in mint working condition so that we may keep her on the road running. Great work 5 stars!!
Go here to get get your car!!!!. All salesmen avoided us assuming we was not there buy- judging the book by the cover always set you back---- so wife and I wondered around for a bit but that when Isaac Aguilar came from his department to open the door and asked if we needed help- him amd husband talked.... he never pressure and even told us pro and cons to each car, not to mention we test drove 6.cars....we was stuck on this one----him and finance director George made it happem. We went in there with 10,000 budget, one car caught my wife's eye that was 10,000 more. He and team made it doable and some more to met us to our budget
If you looking for car ask for Isaac Aguilar and say Maranda & Yonis referred you
If i could leave 100 stars I would.....just for him.
Long story but short we receive amenities and low apr%
Dealership: Got the classic bait-and-switch. The price they gave me over the phone and by email was not the price they wanted when I came in person, even though I had asked the salesperson to confirm that he was telling me the price of the car I was going to test drive 30 minutes later exactly as it was (and he confirmed it). He "had to talk to the manager" multiple times even though I was perfectly clear that I considered paying even one penny more than the price I was quoted would be participating in their unethical business practices. I had to walk out the door to get them to give me the price they quoted. What a tremendous waste of my time. They could have a customer for life if they didn't create distrust from minute one. And the whole time, the salesman acted like it wasn't his fault that he had to mislead, that he had to do the dance and I just had to be patient. Oh? So it's not just you? The whole business is shady? What's your play here? Am I supposed to feel special because you're being honest? Or empathetic because you are a good man in a shady business and I should do you a solid? I just don't know. (But yeah, he got the sale... only because I had gotten the same bullhooey from every other dealer I visited that weekend, it was the end of the day, I was tired, and I needed the car.)
So then they call me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. The car is fine, I say. (I wish I were thrilled about my first brand-new car, but you ruined that by jerking me around.) Good, they say, we are going to send you a survey and you should be sure to give all fives. "You know it's unethical to tell people what feedback they have to give, right?" "Were you unhappy with your experience?" "That's not what I said. I said this call is unethical." "Well the thing is, this affects your salesperson's rating, and a negative rating will affect his pay." "So now you are not only telling me how to complete my survey, but pressuring me because a man's pay depends on it?" "Did your salesperson happen to mention that we have Ladies Day?" "Oh Lord. What is Ladies Day?" "On Wednesday mornings we have a nails girl come in, you can get your nails done for free." "WOW. What a delightful piece of throwback misogyny. I actually have a job, I can't go car shopping and get manicures on a workday. But my dad likes a good mani-pedi, can he come in?" "..." "I have to get back to work now. Thanks for calling."
...they never sent the survey.
But! They did send me a survey after my oil change. (First one is free, otherwise I would just go somewhere cheaper without an hour's wait.) Again telling me that I had to give them top ratings.
Okay, John Eagle, if you insist, I will rate you. How about a three for the oil change and a one overall? I can't rate the service itself - I'm not a mechanic. I assume they took out some dirty oil and put in some clean oil, and then they ran it through the car wash and gave it back wet. It took under an hour but longer than most oil changes I've had. The waiting room was crowded - I kept moving seats because it was awkward to be eye-to-eye with someone or sit right under the TV's speakers - and there was a sad empty pastry box that made me feel like I'd missed something. Next time I'll take it to the Texas Car Wash, which is cheaper and faster and closer to home and includes a free wash where I can also dry and vacuum it. I guess I would rate my oil change experience a three because it is worse than my best (five-star) option in at least two ways. But overall, John Eagle Honda is getting a one-star rating for making a major life experience and decision - purchasing my first new car - a lousy experience and then hounding me to rate them. You asked for this one-star rating, John Eagle Honda, in every way but literally.
I had a very good experience buying my Honda Accord from John eagle. Everything was quick and smooth. I would like to especially thank my sales executive Zane Purett for patiently answering all my questions (believe me .... I had many :-)) and clarifying all my doubts. The best part - I had requested for a drop off of the vehicle to my home address and Zane did that himself ... that really awesome. Thanks John Eagle and especially Zane.... and wish you guys a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
My husband and I shopped for a car for 2 weeks straight before we finally decided to go with John Eagle Honda. We chose John Eagle because they had the car we wanted, at the price we were looking for. Did not like the financing person we dealt with, he was condescending. We are young and have no credit but just wanted to know what the APR% would be. We waited hours for him to go through a whole diagram about why our APR% was so high. We understand how credit works, we know we have no credit, we just wanted a straight answer so we can keep shopping for better APR%. After all that it was 18%, understandable because we have no credit. He was insistent we would not find a better rate and we should just sign and be happy we were able to get financed. We told him we were not interested in financing at 18%. He responded by saying we were in no position to make demands. We were not trying to get a better %, we were just letting him know that was too high for us. After that he tuned us out and there was no use talking to him. It was frustrating and felt unprofessional but I don't think they saw it that way because of our age. I continued to shop around for financing and ended up going with State Farm at 11% (we will refinance in a year). Now we just needed to get a bill of sales from John Eagle. This proved to be difficult. We chose John Eagle because of the price but once we started to process to purchase the vehicle they tried to add a $600 fee for Scotch Guarding the interior, $300 for some kind of paint protection and $1200 for a warranty. We were not interested in any of that but they insisted we had to pay for it because they had already Scotch Guarded the interior and added the paint protection to the vehicle. All this after we were told the price we see on the sticker is the price you pay. We expected the extra cost of tax, title and license but not all these other added expenses. We weren't interested in the extra warranty they were trying to add on because the vehicle only had 5,000 miles and was still under manufacture warranty. They were insistent we had to pay for these items. We let our agent know and she called them and told them we would not be paying for those items, the sales person (Heath) refused to budge so she asked for a manager. The manager refused to budge and then hung up in the middle of the conversation. They were rude and unprofessional. Finally Zane, another sales person took over and he was amazing. He took those items off the bill of sales, got the paper work ready and he made the process easy and quick. He had the car and paperwork ready for us when we got there. He was so polite and professional. He treated us kindly and apologized for everything. I really recommend asking for Zane as your sales person. John Eagle did have the lowest prices we could find in the greater Houston area. After all that insisting we needed to pay for the things they "already did to the car" you can tell it was not Scotch Guarded and does not have paint protection, so I'm assuming either they would have added it on after we paid or its just something they say they add and never do. I feel they saw a young couple and thought we would be an easy sale. We would use John Eagle again but now we know what to watch out for. We have had the car for 3 months now and have had no problems except we noticed the tires are already warn down. We didn't pay much attention to the tires when purchasing the vehicle but they seem like the cheapest tires ever made. After 3 months they are completely bald. We were also told they would be balanced, we took them to be checked shortly after purchasing and they were not balanced. After everything we got a great price but may have gotten better treatment and possibly better tires if we had just rolled over and taken it.
I came to John Eagle because I've heard the name before and it was conveniently closer to my office than other dealers. Brandon Ellis was the dealer I was speaking with. We test drove two cars, he gave me the all around experience, and also mentioned he did things in a specific manner because "his boss was watching." That raised an in-genuine flag. After solidifying my choice, we came into the dealership to talk numbers.
Brandon came back with a deal, and I use that term loosely. He said this is what they would offer me, and I was hesitant to agree to the price. He shaved off about $100 which was still apples to oranges and then told me the market value of the car was based on my credit. Confused, I stated that was untrue. Monthly payment may be affected by my credit score but the market value of the car should be a tight range. I stood firm on the price I wanted, and Brandon said he would go check with his boss but that he was sure his boss would laugh in his face.
While he was getting laughed at in the back, I searched KBB to see the fair market price of the car. Needless to say, I laughed my way out of the dealership and they lost my business and any referral I would give to anyone due to the lack of honesty.
*One day later, I went to another dealership and got the vehicle I wanted same EVERYTHING for the price I wanted.
Moral of the story - go to Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood. The dealers there won't try to do you over.
This was the easiest car purchase I ve made. Jesse was very friendly and helpful. I got the exact car I wanted and they worked their best to get me the best deal they could. Thank you all!!
We bought a new Ridgeline. John Eagle was the closest Honda dealer, but more importantly we had heard good things about their service department. We test drove twice and decided what we wanted. Justino was helpful. We liked his demeanor and decided when we came back to ensure we aksed for him. We thought their sales floor was nice and waiting area comfortable. We would buy from Justino at John Eagle again if we did it over again.
An addition to the new pilot was needed to complete the new car order. Allyne McBride Service Manager contacted me to bring the car in for pin striping. When we arrived at 8:45 AM on 10 12/17 Allyne met met us coming into the service door with the keys to a new 2017 Civic for our use until the striping job was complete and dry. Although we figured that the pilot would not be ready until the next day we received a call around 2PM to pick up our new pilot. We drove down to John Eagle Honda to pick it up.
Allyne McBride's focus on customer service and satisfaction of our wishes including the design, scheduling, loaner car availability (after Hurricane Harvey) and scheduling the paint vendor, to the return of our vehicle ahead of schedule were professional, timely, and correct. Something that is difficult to do for a disabled customer in pain. We were pleasantly surprised, relieved, and appreciative of his Quality of Care. Thank you, Allyne! More Honda owners need to try his customer service.
Great experience! From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left with our new car!! This is the 2nd car we purchase at John Eagle and we're super happy.
FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!! My car buying experience was beyond fantastic at John Eagle Honda! As a young woman still unfamiliar with the car buying process I was skeptical especially considering I already had one bad experience. (WITH A NON-HONDA DEALERSHIP) I spoke with Chad Bodwin on the phone and decided I would go in and meet him to discuss what I wanted. After chatting I informed him that I wouldn t be ready for a few weeks. After leaving that day he didn t call and pester me, he didn t constantly email etc. When I did finally call him back to tell him I was ready I asked him, Why didn t you bug me like most dealers do? His response was perfect, I trusted that when you were ready you would call me and pressuring people is just not how I work. It was at that moment I knew he would be great for me! So I go in Monday and I show him a picture of the car I have decided I wanted and he had to regretfully inform me it sold 2 days prior to that. Now, I am a Honda girl and have had 2 Honda civics and 1 non-Honda. (MISTAKE) So naturally the car I wanted was another civic but a nice pretty new one! I was rather upset because they had no other ones in stock. Chad came back and said let me work on some things, we are going to make this happen. I told him this was ABSOLUTELY the car I wanted and I wasn t going to sway, he never pushed me. I was doubtful as I left but I thought if this car is the one I am meant to have it would work out. I get a call a few hours later where he informed me he found one outside of Dallas and it could be there by Thursday. I was bummed as I wanted it asap but I understood and told him I would see him that day. The next morning I got a call from Chad informing me he was on his way back to Houston with my new car and I could come buy it that day! I was shocked and happy and blow away, Chad PERSONALLY drove up there to get the car for me so that I didn t have to wait for it to be delivered on Thursday. I WAS BLOW AWAY and obviously SO EXCITED! From that day forward everything went smooth and perfect, Jay Castillo in finance made sure that aspect was not stressful and before you know it I was leaving in my first-ever-bought-by-myself HONDA and I was one happy lady. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Chad Bodwin and Jay C. I would recommend John Eagle Honda to anyone. My dad bought a car there and now I have. BRAVO JOHN EAGLE HONDA, BRAVO!!!!! -Skye Benzel
I received the ultimate customer service at John Eagle. Ali Shahid is the best salesman I have ever worked with. The finance manager George Turosik was a pleasure to work with as well. They both met my "demands" with ease. I will forever be a John Eagle Honda customer.
I came in for a routine service but needed help with my Honda Link app. Jake Schunk was my service consultant and he was Terrific! He got my car right in, the service was taken care of and Jake completed a hard reset to help me fix the app issue. He quickly got me out and made sure I knew that if I needed anymore help with the app, to call him directly. I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Jake!
Abel was straightforward and honest with us. He didn t play games and helped us meet our monthly payment goal. He didn t hassle us, just like their policy says. I would recommend him.
It was such a great day today working with Heath Dixon to purchase my new Accord. Great service, friendly and honest. Love John Eagle and their amazing crew. Thanks again Heath for helping my mom and me out today!
The online advertised price was pretty good on a used Odyssey... However, don't trust the sales guys to hold to that price. They don't include all the gimmicks like nitrogen and paint coating in their online prices. They also happen to have already done all that work before you even show up. What a mess! Got them to knock most of those off, but then we agreed during negotiations that they would 1. Replace the battery and 2. Try to fix the seat cover. When we picked up, we realized they hadn't fully fixed the seat, but we moved on and figured it wasn't worth the hassle. 7 months later we have major battery problems, and it turns out they never replaced the battery at all!
Word of advice - ask for everything on paper. Double check everything, these guys will tell you anything.
----- Update -----
Tried the service department. Work was professional, communication was great, just not sure how a total price could be over $600 more than the total given over the phone. Lame!
Never get your service done here warranty or otherwise!! They punctured our radiator and denied it! After we had another tech verify there was no way that car would have been able to drive a block without overheating they changed their story. On top of that the reason they said they had to take it off was to repaint it, but it was never repainted! We argued with them for weeks and had to threaten legal action to get any results!
I could not ask for a better sales consultant. Emilio H. was both knowledable and courtesy. It has been a while since I purchased a car(10+ yr) and he took the time to inform me of all the last "bells and whistles" and the great service JG Eagle offers. The fam love's the Accord Sport in white. Thanks E!
Well it take to long for salesperson to come back with the number then you find out they add to the price explain it in the small print but they will give you a small discount on it then you start think what a rip off but ok then sale person has giving you the wrong car that is the end of it all it time to just go home there to much bull here there got to be a better place to but a Honda but I guess Honda is ok with dealership lying to people sad for Salemen thought he was a nice guy but he must been tire to give price on wrong car that took over an hour to get the number and no coffee to wrong the person leave at 6 I think maybe the dealership should close when that person go home maybe they treat people right
Excellent and quick service. When it was done the lead tech sat down with me and reviewed everything including the warranty. They were very knowledgeable. It was like I was at my doctors getting a review on my physical. Great Job.
Mike Ma at John Eagle Honda Service Dept. Is wonderful! He is very professional and so helpful. I have taken both of our cars there and he always takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. Trust is so important when dealing with car repair and we totally trust him to take care of our cars and offer fair pricing. He has great customer service skills and is a great representative for JEH.
Anthony Olson was my service advisor and he was very attentive to my concerns. The Service Group was able to turn my car around in 24 hours. This was my first time using the main Service Group and I was very satisfied with their efforts.
