I've traveled the World pretty much and have had my Honda Accord serviced by nearly 35 dealerships over the years and not once was I greeted with the sheer professionalism that was offered by Tara O'Leary. I think she is a manager, but not certain. She took control and helped me understand the process of resolution. She didn't just forget about me, but truly made it her priority. I had a problem a few weekends ago and she not only solved it immediately but she restored my faith in the Honda brand. Great staff! She is a keeper! I went there on Black Friday to buy a CR-V as a Car Pro customer. I thought their unusual way of doing things was due to the "Car Pro" process, but, it was just a deceptive dealership. I was never introduced to the Car Pro sales manager, I was not allowed to see the car's manufacturer's window sticker (was removed) and I was sold a maintenance agreement I told the lady in Finance that I did not want - twice. I feel stupid when I look at my car. Trust no one. Read everything and ask questions.

I already had a 2012 Crosstour that I loved but while getting my oil changed, I learned that John Eagle had a program where you can trade in your vehicle for a new model and they try to keep the payments the same. Since I had put a lot of miles on my car, I thought I would go in and find out what it was all about. I was helped by Zane Pruett and he made the whole experience a pleasure. He was very thorough about all the bells and whistles on the car and went as far as helping me set everything up. I was treated like a queen while having to wait on paperwork to be done. I would definitely recommend asking for Zane if you are looking for a car at John Eagle. Also, Daniel in the finance department made that process as painless as possible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in explaining every detail of the nasty finance part of buying a car. Again, if you go to John Eagle Honda ask for ZANE PRUETT!! He is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I didn't even feel like I was dealing with a salesman, but a friend.

After my first visit to John eagle Honda, I was not very happy when I had to come back, especially considering it is a very long drive for me. After my first experience, I expected the same, but to my surprise I was treated very well thanks to heath. He took care of me, made sure that I was happy and answered all my questions that I had. I brought my car in for service but decided that I needed a new one since I was having problems with my current car. He made sure that the car I wanted had everything that I needed and wanted. He made me feel as though I was wanted there and not just another customer with money. I cannot vouche for anyone else, but I will only do business with heath for now on. The place is also very clean and very organized, it is very easy to find any car that you are looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I took my own sweet time to get my car - doing online research ,trying out cars at other dealers... and Abel used to constantly keep me in loop by providing me information about the latest addition to certified pre-owned vehicles. Ali Shahid is the Man! If you really want to buy a car then meet this guy. Ali Shahid (Sales Executive) helped us for everything and he kept his words till the end. Ali was really professional with his job keeping in mind both Us and John Eagle Honda. I have given 5 stars for review just because of Ali Shahid. He gives his client feeling for his new car and memorable moments. He was really enjoyble and fun.
My next part was Financial Department. I met a guy Alex A. , Financial Manager , he was really a nice guy. He helped us alot to get the best rate and best deal.

We saw a Honda Accord for my friend at this dealership. When they claimed that no dealership within 150 miles can match their price, we showed them another deal on Autotrader with the same year of manufacture and less miles quoted for around $700 less from a different dealership. So we tried to bargain it down for a few hundred dollars since they claimed that they give the best price around, but the manager over there wasn't ready to reduce even a penny citing that it's a certified car and the one at the other dealership wasn't certified. Then he compared both the deals and explained us what benefits we get for those extra $700 since it's certified. When we were still trying to bargain, he told he cannot reduce the price and so we walked out. When my friend called John Eagle Honda the next day and showed his interest in buying the car for the same price they quoted, they responded positively but later called back and told that the car wasn't certified like they mentioned the other day, but the price cannot be reduced even though it wasn't certified. First they falsely claimed that they give the best deal on the car within 150 miles and later they argued with false claims that the rate cannot be reduced as it was a certified car when it's not actually certified. That was a very bad experience as we thought they were really good with the customers seeing all the positive reviews here.

I bought a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Honda from John Eagle Honda, got a great vehicle, in great working condition, with an extended warranty that covers me bumper to bumper for 100,000 miles. They treated me exceptionally well, gave me all the offers in writing and got me in and out very quickly. Finance was great too, I would definitely recommend John Eagle Honda to anyone, this is not your typical dealership where you get pressured.

I typically don't write reviews unless something is terrible, but in this case I had such a great service experience I thought it merited some recognition. I had to bring our Honda Accord in because the brakes were making an odd noise and there were a few other related issues. I pulled up curbside as 8:00AM and Jesse was there to greet me and take note of my concerns. I went inside while the technician diagnosed the problem. Jesse came back and notified me of the issue(s) and said they could take care of it today and then offered me a loaner car while they made the repairs. Once the service was completed I was called and returned the loaner, paid, and picked up our car curbside. The process from walking in the door in the morning to finally leaving with our vehicle repaired was as smooth and seamless as I have ever seen at a dealership. Jesse's customer service was beyond my expectations (based on my previous experiences at Honda dealerships) and much appreciated.

hi, my name is Roy Diaz, Jr. and I use to buy my Hondas at Hondas of Spring. I first went to John Eagle Honda in April of 2013. I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV and my salesman was Ali. I received a very warm welcome and he made me feel as if I were family. He showed me around the great and friendly facility. I traded in a 2006 Honda Odyssee, which had over 230,000 miles. One year later I traded in my 2013 Honda CRV for a 2014 Honda CRV. I got a great deal on it. Still a year later I traded it in on a 2015 Honda Accord Sport, love that car and I've received a lot of compliments on it. My first Honda Accord was a 1985 and I traded it in, in 2005 for a 2005 Honda Accord. (It had 245,000 miles on it). I have purchased at least 9 Hondas myself and have had the honor to help my family and friends purchase their Hondas. (about 20) I have been to several Honda Dealerships, but not as family oriented as 'John Eagle Honda, located at US 290 at West Road. I have thought a lot about how to rate John Eagle after owning my Honda CRV for 4 years. The sales experience was probably a 1-2 stars. Mainly because the sales rep was not completely honest, and because he wasn t very knowledgeable about the cars. Had I not been a previous Honda owner, I probably wouldn t have purchased a Honda this time. But, overall, the customer service with the service department has been good (4 stars). Most of the time, the service department is courteous and accommodating. But, I have had a couple of just okay visits.

We had such a pleasant experience this past Saturday purchasing our new Pilot. Jason Reid was our salesmen and he was very straight forward and honest with us(not the typical car salesman stereotype). He laid all the facts out for us and then he made sure that his financing department took care of the rest so that we could make a deal happen. Daniel in financing was super nice and very personable. He also did everything he could to make sure that our payment was exactly what wanted without us having to skimp on any extra coverage that might be needed down the way. I will definitely be recommending John Eagle Honda to anyone that is looking to buy a car in the future. We live 3+ hours away, but we will definitely be back for future business and services.

Recently purchased a 2017 honda accord EX, our Salesman was Evans. He is a fantastic guy and we enjoyed our experience with him. We actually drove in from Louisiana to purchase a car. We looked around Houston at several dealerships. I'm very pleased that we came to John Eagle Honda. We had a great first impression from the moment Evans walked up to us in the lot and throughout the buying process. Hamilton (finance) worked with us and was personable and extremely helpful. The finance director was also very friendly and helpful. Everything I've been afraid of about buying a used car from a "shady" company came true at a supposed "reliable dealership." I spent over four hours here one Saturday trying to trade in my 2015 F150 for a smaller, gas efficient, used car. At first the salesmen comes across as nice and reassuring; explaining that he shoots straight and doesn't use the same underhanded techniques. We negotiated for hours over a few thousand dollars; he would say one number then leave for half an hour "to negotiate" with finance then come back. He would skew the numbers, talk fast, overly explain every contractual detail until I was confused. Once we had an agreement, he left for about 30 minutes. In the finance office, the man was nice again. When I declined GAP insurance and additional warranties, he was required to leave and bring in another forceful manager who wouldn't stop talking and making promises until I agreed. This took another hour. We were only here to sign the document, but got roped into more negotiations. I kept saying no, that I was ready to leave. Asked to see the documents, the financials for over an hour and no one would show us. Finally when I agreed to GAP insurance (they worked a lower rate for interest if I agreed), I saw the financial statement for the firsttime. The manager said he was "throwing in tire warranty" to "take care of me like family". When the numbers didn't match up, I kept arguing for another half hour until finally we saw that he added $600+ tire warranty onto my contract. After removing this, which I had already explicitly declined, the computer system wouldn't print correct numbers. They kept asking me to sign the document promising it was correct. I showed how the numbers from consumer printout to bank document still didn't match. I was promised it was just the way things add up. Finally, when pressed the financials man, went back into the system and saw that it had never actually removed the extra warranty.

Thinking finally this was all over. A week later a belt started making high pitch noises whenever moving into reverse so whatever service checks were run ignored this. This week, the company called my father who was with me at the time for support, to tell him the financial document I signed was torn in the mail and the bank will not accept. So they are mailing me a new one.

Overall, the WORST experience I have ever had buying a car. I came here purely because the reviews were good, and I would think a dealership with used stock would be more trustworthy than an independent lot. This is not the case it seems. I'm not sure if this new torn document is another strategy or not to pull something else out of me. If I had their names, I would list them all down. But over four hours in, without food, bring thrown around verbally and mentally, left alone, a series of new faces to come in a negotiate with me all for a $6500 used car......I left utterly exhausted and overwhelmed.

My wife and I believe John Eagle Honda has succeeded in making the purchase of a new car a most pleasant and stress free experience as is humanly possible. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we got out of our car. From Evans, sales associate, courteous greeting & knowledge, to a car ride with most informative Javaid and then negotiating a great price with Nicholas, sales director, and ending with Mr. Burns and George making the paper work pain free and friendly it was the most pleasant and stress free experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Everyone knows Honda is a great car and John Eagle Honda has made the experience of buying one easy from beginning to end. Shopping for a car was an amazing experience. The salesman, Anthony Olson, never gave me the feeling that he was "pushing" a car; instead, we had discussions and information conversations about cars in general and the Honda features. I felt I was talking to someone I could trust.
All the staff was courteous, even now as I continue to go there for servicing.
They bend over backwards to help you buy a car and keep you happy with the purchase. Amazing, especially compared with other dealers I tried.
