Update: The service department seems to have no one that has customer service on their radar. The 3 times I have taken my vehicle in to have anything done I get attitude like how dare I actually bring in the vehicle to have an oil change. I am all about customer service so I had to drop my rating because when I got the car happened to be the only time it seemed anyone cared. After this I will gladly pay extra some where else to get the oil changed if it means good customer service from everyone.
I lost my car during Harvey, and so I went to a few dealerships. As soon as the sales person knew I had no vehicle they started to pressure me into buying, but not here. This was the best experience in purchasing a car I have ever had.
Just took my car in for an oil change and to be detailed, turns out their idea of detailing is just to vacuum the car out and not very well at that. Asked to get a kid stain out of the back seat looks worse then when I brought it in and the "car wash" it more like they just take a garden hose to it, there is no visible change to the cleanliness of my vechile other than a vacuum MAY have gone over the carpets
