I truly hope the owner and management see this, because my experience with Jesse absolutely must be acknowledged and rewarded. Having worked for a luxury dealership on both the service and sales side for nearly 8 years, I have high expectations (some unrealistic) and I ve seen what made service advisors successful or fail. It s not just about great service, it s about CONSISTENT great service and Jesse Larin embodies this with every visit I have had over the last year or so.
It s hard to find a person you can trust to do what s best for you and your car, not just for their paycheck, but I have total faith that when I come in, he s going to give me the facts. Even when I come in with questions that aren t necessarily going to make him money, he treats me like I m an important customer and helps me find the answer. My car is out of warranty and I could go anywhere, but Jesse makes me feel like a valued customer, not just another number, which is easy to do in his position. I always feel taken care of when I come here.

I will also say that their tire prices here are extremely competitive. I wanted Bridgestone Potenzas and they were cheaper here at the dealer than Tire Rack, plus it came with the 2-year road hazard warranty.
