Bought a set of front brake pads for my accord, and asked if the retainer clips were included. The young man assured me that all of the necessary parts were in the box, so I paid and left for work.

Opened up the box when I started to change my brakes, and realized that the retainer clips weren't there. So I went back this morning, and was informed that those clips were out of stock and cost $40!

So I left a review about how sad and disappointed I was about not having enough money and parts to change my brakes. Sure enough, my phone rings a couple hours later, and it's a gentleman named Chris from John Eagle Honda. It's his day off, but he still took the time to call me right away. Resolved every issue I was experiencing, and blessed me by paying for my brake pads. He's a good man, and I appreciate all the assistance.

Not only am I a disabled man on a budget, but money has been extra tight since Hurricane Harvey. This level of customer service is above and beyond what I've ever received in my entire life, thank y'all so very much!! Have a wonderful weekend Go Astros!!!
