Mike Ma has been my dedicated Express Service Consultant for years. As a busy person, he makes my life much easier. I email him when I m bringing in one of my cars and he responds very quickly with setting up my appointment and even having a loaner car ready. When I arrive, everything works like a breeze and I don t miss a beat. He makes sure I m aware of any recalls or services that need to be done while my car is there. He tells me if immediate action needs to be taking or if it can wait until next time as well as all costs up front. Mike is very friendly and I trust him with my cars. The best feeling is when I drive off the lot, knowing my car is safe to drive. He has extremely strong customer service skills that are over the top.
