Horrible experience. Wanted to buy a new accord, they have almost $3000 worth of "protection packages " basically just additional fees. And they won't negotiate at all. On $25,000 msrp accord they had it pricesdat $29,000. We went to Sterling McCall and got exactly the same car for $21,000, yeah and no extra fees.
