My husband and I were looking for a sedan at JMLexus. Our sales advisor, Robert St. Aubin, was extremely knowledgeable and a great listener to what our needs were. From past experiences, I ve always dreaded buying a car. The search, the haggling, the back and forth waiting games, shady dealerships etc. However, with JM Lexus from start to finish it was smooth! From the moment you walk through the door they are so welcoming! We saw the car we wanted, they informed us upfront there is no haggling and even looked online with us at other vehicles listed for sale to see price comparisons. They were truly the least expensive around since all other dealerships had hidden fees they ll tack on after getting you through the door. Our salesman Kahari was great, he was patient and had a good sense of humor all while keeping it professional. Here, I could tell they all work as a team and every salesman is trained to also work your finance papers! I did not get passed around and didn t have to wait excruciatingly long for the whole sale to be completed. I walked out loving my purchase, not feeling cheated, and with plenty of time to spare! This experience has truly changed my perspective on buying a car, I just hope all other dealerships follow suit with JM
READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END PLEASE: I took my car with four tires to be mounted and balanced at 10:30 am on June 5th. I needed to be out in an hour, so asked the person outside If I they could finish it in an hour. He directed me saying he would have no idea about that trying to make me go inside, so that it would be burden for me to leave even if I do not like the waiting time inside. (great strategy!!!). Hoping for the best, I got inside and was asked to wait for a service person to help me. I was told by Xavier that the tires would be replaced in an hour after waiting for him 10 minutes in the waiting area. So the time is now 10:45. He told me to feel free to go around and see the cars or relax in the lounge. I took my time and came back at 11:45 to see what is going on. He told me it should be done by 12:15 which would be 90 minutes not an hour, but that is ok in my book since we cannot be perfect with our timing always. Instead of waiting in the lounge, I decided to go see the service area. From where I stood, I could see an area that at least 10 cars could be fixed at a time, but there were only two and the rest of the spots were empty. Although getting more and more impatient, I decided to wait watching these two cars and others in the distance that were being watched, hoping my car would appear in the line, but IT DID NOT FOR THE NEXT 30 MINUTES. It is now around 12:40pm. Before I move on, let me tell you about those two cars. There were a guy by one of these cars that I could not understand that he is there to fix the car since he was the slowest person I have seen in my life. I am not kidding a bit. Another car was left alone with the tires removed at least for 20 minutes until I am pretty sure that they started thinking that I was the owner and somebody came to work on it. SERIOUSLY LEXUS? WHY IN THE WORLD ARE YOU PAYING THESE GUYS? I have not seen more laid back service center in my life. After getting super mad, but keeping my calm, I decided to back to Xavier and asked again about my car. He actually took me this time trying to find my car. We passed the first service area, washing stations, and finally arrived the second service area that I saw my car on the lift. Time is 12:50pm. He told to guy to speed up, but I waited another 10 minutes for my car to be delivered outside under the sun since I was super late to my meeting. Remember I was supposed to be out at 11:45, but I am leaving at 1:00pm. You thought I am done. Nope, here is the second and worst part. After I left super quickly and made it to my meeting an hour late, I did not have a chance to check my trunk until 4:30pm. When I checked it, I found out the trapezoid lexus bag that came with the car and had my key for one of the lug nuts were missing. I got SUPER mad again. ARE YOU SERIOUS? LEAVE ME ALONE. FIX MY CAR AND GIVE ME MY CAR WITH EVERYTHING IN IT! I immediately called them and told them they took this bag that had the lug not key for my car. The lady asked me who helped and I off course could not remember Xavier. She then pulled it out and directed my call to Xavier. You guessed it. Of course he is not available. I left a voice mail explaining the incident (I believe this was ACCIDENT!) reminding him that they also lost my battery on my last visit and that I am tired of them taking my stuff. He never got back to me. I am writing this review at 7:57 which is 3 hours 27 minutes later. By the way, I am a teacher that barely makes a living seeing these people being laid back made me so mad that I told myself I should quit and find a job like their to waster people's time. I stand 5 hours every day to teach three different grades that at the end, I have no energy. If I were Lexus, I would find that darn bag with my wheel lock key asap. Otherwise, I WILL NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE! A. Genc EDIT: Next day. I am noticing intermittent, but perfectly periodic and noticeable shake on the car after the balancing of the tires. Weights glued to right front tire are loose since I can easily flex them with my finger. What a high quality work!

They have been great! I purchased my Vehicle with the no hassle pricing. Mike D was an absolute amazing salesman to us once again. I was not the easiest customer and we tested and looked at so many different vehicles and not once did he complain or make us feel uncomfortable. Absolutely stellar service from a super knowledgeable and respectable guy! JM Lexus has good deals but Mike was definitely the deal breaker for us in going through with the purchase.

JM Lexus is THE best! I originally purchased my car from Khaled Dandashi who really is just phenomenal! The kind of sales person who keeps in touch and has helped me with numerous questions and "little things" ever since I bought my car in 2010. I would definitely buy from him in the future because he treats you as more than a sale or transaction. He treats people like a professional relationship that he'll be around for. I love that! I also had a great experience at the body shop when I didn't win the fight with my garage (oops). Anyway, it was Khaled who answered my franic call yesterday at 8 am! Meanwhile a manager at another dealer (much closer to my house) didn't even call me back. I must compliment JM's service staff for today. I went as a walk-in and since I live 40 miles away this means getting up early and having my fingers crossed. But again JM delivered awesome service! Will and Ryan were kind and helpful. I am writing this review with the spare time I have because I didn't sit there all day like I would have assumed (when getting anything checked on your car, on a Saturday, as a walk-in). The service really was "express". I had a coffee in their upscale waiting area, ran into Khaled! and within 30 minutes Will was pleasantly smiling (saying hi to all the customers) and told me my car was ready! I recently leased 2019 ES 350 from JM Lexus which is now a Lexus Plus. This was my sixth Lexus from this dealership. Mr Reggie Leo made my experience the best I have ever had. He is not only a true professional but also a through gentleman. He remembered all the little details that I asked for and he delivered with a smile and a great sense of Humor. Everything went as well as one could ever expect. I scheduled my visit, arrived five minutes early, and Ken took control. He described what was going to be done and how long it might take implying that unknown situations might arise. Didn t happen. But then I was not surprised since I own a Lexus. This dealership is phenomenal. We are looking forward to purchasing an RX350 in October and we know it will be fantastic.

I recently had my car serviced with repairs done here. I was helped by Brian Mintzer, Charles Durrant from service, and Enrique Cuevas from parts. They all helped accommodate me, ensured I had zero stress and had all my questions answered. Enrique and Brian coordinated with me weeks in advance to ensure everything went smoothly with parts, and fixes for my car. I would say they both went above and beyond and really set the bar high for customer service and satisfaction. I was extremely happy and pleased. Charles keep me updated after I dropped off my car. I was not kept in the dark on what was going on with my car. He ensured and verified that my car was ready and done correctly. Great experience. The techs did a perfect job fixing my car. Hi, Dylan was awesome and the waiting lounge was clean and quite as usual, however I was highly disappointed when I realized thst the mechanics did not reset my service reminder so now when I start my car, it says that my car requires maintenance. You would think an upscale dealership would do better.

Constantly lied to! I have my kid brother whom is attending medical school in S Florida and so I decided to treat him to a new car. I got my best deal from Lexus Of Pines THEN reached out to JM and FRAN assured me they would make it a true sign and drive because she had "certificates" to apply. When we got there the sales manager(Michael Paliotta) insisted that's not possible and we would have to put down 600 bucks. We left. The next day Hieu Vo the New Car Sales Director sent me and email and I explained the situation. Another internet manager (JEFF) called me, apologized, and waived the 600.00 bucks. The second day there and it turns out our sales man Rick Barone told us POINT BLANK that THERE WAS NO FIRST TIME BUYERS PROGRAM WITH LEXUS FINANCIAL and I would have to co sign for my little brother ( which i was willing and able to do). NOT TRUE as I called other Lexus dealerships and spoke to a couple business mangers WHICH THEY CONFIRMED that there is in fact a FTBP!
Now its night TWO and about 11pm. 10 hours so far and Keegan Potter is my assigned business manager. He as well as the sales man are questioning the 1000.00 recent grad rebate available from Lexus Financial. I explain that my kid brother is ENROLLED in a local medical school as well recently graduating from undergrad, also pointing to his student loans as obvious proof.
THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THE CAR! I was told that even though my kid brother has Tier 1 credit they WOULD NOT sign the 1000.00 recent college grad rebate until MONDAY because of some nonsense. The business manager told me THE only way they would contract and roll the car tonight is if I paid the 1000.00 bucks for the rebate upfront! BUT MY KID BROTHER IS ENROLLED IN MEDICAL SCHOOL! HE HAS A ID, TRANSCRIPTS, COMMITMENT FROM CLEVELAND CLINIC! So we would have to wait till Monday when they can "confirm"
We left sooooo disappointed and frustrated that it is no longer a happy of fun experience, i truly regret steering my younger brother away from his 35k approval from car max.

Wow!! What a difference from other dealers. I contacted the JM Lexus by phone, regarding a pre-owned car that I saw over their website. They set-up an appointment and sent to my e-mail immediately. Went to my appointment, test drove the car, which had the same price as advertised on the website, not like other dealers that put thousand more$ on the car window sticker. The total price out the the door was exactly the car price plus tax, tag and title. No DEALER FEE other Ridiculous fees like most of other dealers charge. It was the Best Car buying Experience of entire Life, No Hassle, No Stress period. Took less than an hour from test driving to getting the keys. Oh, they even found better than expected interest rate for my financing. Honest, Professional and Amazing Dealer.
