Alicia Stark is an outstanding customer service person. Although the new Lexus Plus "non negotiation" can be frustrating, she hand held my spouse and I through the entire purchasing process. That process started back in September. In the end the "Lexus to Remember" event opened up new incentives and cemented the final deal. Thanks Alicia for not giving up on us! Great job!
