I am a first time buyer and I had the pleasure of dealing with sales manager Reggie Leo. He was referred to me by multiple people I know and I had the pleasure of experiencing his awesomeness and guaranteed customer service at first hand. I was super nervous about first time buying and Reggie made me comfortable since day 1. I initially came to shop and just feel out my options for this car I fell in love with that I kept seeing on the road.Reggie offered to provide the best service and that he did. He stayed in touch and available at all times for questions and answers. A week or two later I had the pleasure of driving off of JM Lexus lot with my car with every feature I imagined. Especially my interior lol. The cars were going crazy as if they were buy one get one lol but Reggie was honest , amazing and very down to earth and I would refer him to anyone looking to join the Lexus family.
